- Roland (5/5): - Lage war OK. Die Türe zum Appartment war mit einem elektronischen Schloss versehen. Hilfreich wäre es gewesen einen Hinweis zu geben wie der Öffnungsmechanismus funktioniert.
- Elliot (8/5): Great location - The location is brilliant. Close to restaurants and shops and a good range of parking available close by. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a washing machine to wash clothes during a long stay.

- CAROLINA (4/5): No volveré! - No hay desayuno. No hay recepción. No contestan al teléfono. Los utensilios de cocina estan muy sucios y en mal estado. Quemados y pegajosos. La falta de higiene en la cocina es lamentable. Me tuve que comprar sartenes, tabla para cortar y utensilios de cocina nuevos. Llamé más de 5 veces a los dueños y dejé mensajes en el buzón de voz. Ni una sola vez he podido hablar con ellos. NO HAY PARKING! Una de las razones por las que queria hablar con ellos es esa. Porqué anuncian parking disponible?

It wasn't written in the checkin instructions that the I had to call them to send an employee to do the checkin for me! The apartment was not cleaned there was food wast in the fridge!!!! Also you can see the dust and insects near the window. Towels smell was also very bad! Also for summer visits it must got a fan added.

Man musste die Fenster schließen, sonst hätte man nicht schlafen können. Geschirr und Besteck nicht wirklich sauber. In der Beschreibung stand Fahrstuhl vorhanden, dieser existierte gar nicht.

- Bernhard (8/5): - Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe, direkt am Stadtzentrum sind hervorzuheben. Das großzügige Zimmer im zweiten Stock hat die Erwartungen voll erfüllt ..... .... jedoch bedarf das Treppenhaus einer dringenden Renovierung um auch einen positiven ersten Eindruck beim Betreten des Gebäudes zu erzielen.

(9/5): Stay in the old town of Aalen with today's comfort - Location was just perfect - town center, shopping and groceries all at 3 min walking distance, and an affordable parking garage at 3 min as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The host explained well how to get into the apartment. The bed for 2 is relatively narrow, but there's a comfortable sleeping couch as well. When you plan to use that, you need to ask for additional sheets (provided free of charge). The sheets had a very strong smell of laundry perfume. Some furniture needed fixing (like, the table had one very shaky leg)

- Jenifer (7/5): Für Geschäftskunden i.o. - Es war eine Küche vorhanden Kaffeemaschine im Gang gab es auch Alles bissel sauberer sein könnte(Schränke waren Fingerabdrücke)an den Decken Spinnenweben.Leider nur wie in einem Konferenzraum schallosie keine Vorhänge.Wirkte drist und kalt.TV ging leider nicht und wurde bis zu unserer Abreise auch nicht behoben.Fahrstuhl war auch keiner.

- Angelo (6/5): Mit ein bisschen Arbeit kann das eine richtig gute Location werden. - Modernes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung sehr zentral. 3 Parkhäuser in unmittelbarer Nähe. der Empfang war sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. sehr leichtes ein und auschecken. Supermarkt und Café in direkter Nachbarschaft. Das Haus an sich ist etwas älter. das Treppenhaus ist leider gar nicht einladend. Denke das wird nach und ach noch modernisiert. Aktuell aber nicht schön.
