• Megan (3/5): Awful, don’t bother - Location was away from too many tourists No toilet roll until the last day. Breakfast was a joke, we had to go somewhere else with a tiny menu. We had to pay for expensive coffee with breakfast and were given matcha tea instead. Beds were uncomfortable and not enough bedding. No cups in apartment and 1 plate.

Walking distance from the Vincom Center Metropolis and Lotte Department Store. They upgraded our room too! There's a construction that woke us up in the morning - not sure if it was inside the hotel or the one beside. Luckily, we needed to get up early so we never mentioned it to the staff.

We get maybe 35/40m2 with no balcony and no folded sofa. To be true I can't understand why lie in the offer? Breakfast: there wasn't much choice (but ok) and there were no drinks (tea, coffee) included - you had to buy them separately.

However, the kitchen was not equipped & I struggled with the cooking etc… 2. The deluxe room included laundry, however, there was no washer & dryer in our room. 3. The breakfast did not include any vegetarian options and also the coffee & fruits were not part of the breakfast.

Neither hotels were up to standard for how they were displayed in Booking.com the images have been enhanced with AI. The staff did their best to make up for the inconvenience but it wasn't enough. I was planning on going back but have cancelled my next booking.
• Singh (9/5): Superb - The staff is extremely helpful and very kind. I loved everything about the place and would highly recommend it. Especially Pham a young girl who went out of the way to help me when I lost my phone in the cab.
• Binh (5/5): Disappointing - 1. Dont choose breakfast here. The breakfast location is abt 200m from the appartment. If its rainning then not convenient to go. I was charged 100,000vnd (4usd) for breakfast/ person but just had 1 dish (or bread with 2 eggs, or noodles). NO COFFEE OR TEA OR WATER. NOTHING ELSE AT ALL. You will have to buy. And 4usd for a bread or a noodle is TOO EXPENSIVE. 2. i chose a suit (60m2, highest quality room type there). But at first they pushed me in a smelly room. I had to ask to change the room for my peace. 3. For 1 hour late check out, i was charged 4usd (first time happened in my life). 4. As the towel was a bit dirty as i dyed my hair the day before, i was charged 8usd for this!!! (First time in my life also). I wont come back.

The rooms were not that clean and we did not feel particularly safe here. We had booked 3 nights and stayed just one before moving. Location was not good, just off a main road and not close to anything.

• Mircea (1/5): Avoid this accommodation - I've booked a standard king room for a night and I wasn't informed that they had some plumbing issues so they moved me to an old apartment where the window wouldn't close and it didn't look anything like that I payed for. Try to avoid this accommodation
• Chandler (9/5): Comfortable, clean and beautiful apartment in convenient location - We were able to be upgraded to a bigger room and it was perfect for our stay! Probably our favourite stay from 6 weeks in Vietnam. The location is quite far from Hanoi Old Quarter so if you're keen to head to the centre often you will want to get grabs - but we enjoyed the shops and restaurants around us so it didn't bother us to be outside the main center for a few days. Very convenient! The staff were lovely and always willing to help you with anything you need. Some more cutlery and crockery would be good in the studio apartments. We didn't have a complete set.
• Matthew (4/5): Disappointing - I purposefully booked this place because it looks nice in the picture and it has a washing machine ( based on my filter) only to find out that I needed to upgrade it to a premium suite to have a washing machine. (400k more per night) At this point I couldn’t cancel because I was pass the cancellation window. When I arrived room was in terrible condition and was not as pictured on booking.com There was a pungent smell of mold and urine throughout the apartment. The washer that I had paid extra to use was full of mold I requested the clean it and they sent the maintenance man up twice to clean but it was still moldy after running 3 cleaning cycles. Fortunately I was only here for one night and flying the next morning this apartment should be taken down and sanitized throughly… I cannot in good recommend thisy place to anyone please spend your money elsewhere.
• Chris (4/5): Don't get tricked by the pictures and descriptions - Nice and friendly staff tried everything they could to make my stay "comfortable" , mostly good English knowledge The room is nothing similar to what you can see in the pictures. To me it made the impression of being new, clean and modern with everything needed for a comfortable but it is really not. Its moldy, dirty and poorly taken care of - there were stains on the bed, the washing machine was super old and dirty aswell. I was having some serious health concerns while trying to stay here. After check in I requested a new room hoping that it would be a one time case but It turned out that all of their rooms are like that. I booked 8 nights here and didn't sleep a single one there. Maybe I'm a little picky but for this price there are many better hotels in hanoi. Don't get tricked by the nice looking pictures.

• Samsara (7/5): Good - The staff were wonderful with any issues we had and I think they were the best thing about this hotel. The first room we were shown (7th floor) was nothing like the photos and the patio door for the bedroom balcony was a glass door that hovered over the wall, so you couldn’t actually shut out all the pollution or noise from the busy road outside. We were moved straight away by the staff to a larger room (4th floor) that looked just like the photos. The hotel isn’t too far from the main attractions in Hanoi, it’s close to two big malls and there’s a circle K right downstairs. The bedroom TV had Netflix which was a nice touch. The hotel provide complimentary water every day as well. On check out, we told the staff that the extractor fan wasn’t working in the bathroom, so there was a damp smell and mould around the sink and bath. The only way to relieve the smell was to open the windows, but this let the pollution in. We should have told the staff earlier on but after asking to change rooms, we didn’t want to cause more bother. It would be great to have a proper floor towel for the bathroom as well.
