• Iuliana Alexandra (10/5): Perfect in many ways - VAYA Gerlos was a very pleasant surprise for us. First, we were very warmly received at the reception, we received very useful information about the area and the activities and we had a Summer Card for several touristic attractions. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need, including coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven, etc. The area is superb. We had daily activities, like trips by motorcycle (in Gerlos area and also in Bavaria), going up the mountain by gondola, going to the Krimml waterfall (the biggest waterfall in Europe) and so on. At 5 minutes walking distance, there is a supermarket SPAR and there are several nice restaurants. The location has also a sauna where you can relax in the afternoon. For us is was perfect in many aspects. We will stay at Vaya for sure when we will be back in this area.

• HAMOUD (2/5): تجربة لن تتكرر - لابأس بة استغلال موظف الاستقبال غير طبيعي وغير مهني لقد كنا عائلتين واطفال واخذ مبلغ تأمين 500 يورو وخلال فترة سكننا احد الاطفال كان مريض وتقيأ على السرير وهو نائم وطفل اخر تبول على السرير لا أرادي وهذا شيء خارج عن ارادتنا يفترض من طاقم الفندق تغيير الملاءات فقط ولكن الموظف دانييل كان طماع جدآ وأراد ان يأخذ المبلغ كامل 500 يورو بحجة انه سيقوم بشراء سرير جديد وهذا غير صحيح لأن نظام الفنادق والشقق بعد كل نزيل لابد ان يتم تغيير المفارش واستبدالها للزيون التالي وهذا المتعارف عليه لقد كان دانييل غير مهني للاسف. واراد اخذ المبلغ كامل بغير وجة حق . وفي النهاية اتفقنا ان يخصم 100 يورو وان لا نكتب تعليق سلبي عنه في بوكينج وانا اجزم انه اخذ ال 100 يورو ولم يخبر بها ادارة الفندق لانه لم يعطينا ايصال على ذلك وسيقوم بغسيل المفارش في المغسلة الخاصة في الفندق للاسف تعامل سيء جدآ واستغلالي وجشع . مع العلم انني كنت عميل شبة دائم لفندق فايا في عدة فروع ولكن هذا الفرع سيء جدا واستغلالي ولن اعود اليه مرة اخرى

Recht großzügig ausgestattet.In der Küche sehr vollständig, top für Selbstversorger, die gern kochen oder backen. Brötchenservice und angebotenes Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Wohlfühlatmosphäre in der Sauna. Ein Ort, von dem man Vieles unternehmen kann, ob mit oder ohne Auto. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Ein Bademantel- Verleih für Sauna-Nutzer wäre toll. Tisch ohne Sets sehr schwierig zu säubern und zu decken. Ein größeres Schneidebrett wäre cool

• Bettina (10/5): VAYA Gerlos is a little hidden miracle in Tirol. - It is close to numerous tourist attractions, very good located. Our apartman was super clean, spacious, filled with every necessary equipments. The staff was very kind, friendly and supportive. We can only highly recommend VAYA Gerlos to anyone. You will not be disappointed with this accommodation. We will definitely go there in the future. The parking fee could be cheaper.

• Hans (10/5): Short vacation in Gerlos - we were upgraded to a larger appartement. it was super big, very, very clean and modern. We even had 2 bathrooms, which were also very clean and modern. On top we had a very spacious balcony. Parking: you need to pay no less than E8 per day. There is no good parking indicator on the ground, so parking is not very space effective. Also, breakfast that is offered is really expensive.
