• Roy (6/5): Deuxième séjour moins satisfaisant en raison de problèmes de douche et d’équipement - C’est mon deuxième séjour à Cicerone. Nous avons repris le même appartement que l’année dernière, mais cette fois, nous avons été déçus. Si l’emplacement, la superficie et la communication avec Semih étaient très bien, les problèmes se situaient au niveau des équipements et des facilités : 1) Il n’y a plus d’étagère dans le bac de douche ; nous devions poser nos articles par terre. 2) Sous la douche, l’eau chaude s’interrompt toutes les deux minutes. Il faut ensuite attendre environ une minute pour qu’elle revienne. Résultat : pour une douche de dix minutes, on doit alterner avec l’eau plusieurs fois, ce qui devient vraiment pénible.

Сами апартаменты хорошо отремонтированы, красивые, хорошая мебель, удобная кровать. Нет вывески. Чтобы найти, пришлось спрашивать в других отелях. Персонал в отеле постоянно не присутствует, надо вызывать по телефону. Нам опять помог менеджер соседнего отеля. Нет горячей воды. Совсем нет. Только холодная. Обратились к менеджеру, он посоветовал нам звонить в администрацию города и выяснять самостоятельно. Нормально? Сломана раковина в ванной, дверь в ванную держится еле-еле и скоро упадет. Окна грязные. Пол не был помыт, очень пыльный, пришлось мыть самим полотенцем для ног. Уборку во время проживания не делают, мусор тоже ваша проблема. Была плохо собрана кровать. Не закреплены детали. В любой момент могла рухнуть. Естественно, ремонтника не дождались. Попросили принести ключи, муж сам разобрался и отремонтировал. Абсолютно все вопросы вы должны решать самостоятельно. Софа в гостиной тоже собрана плохо, может развалиться. Выключатель для кухонной зоны не работает и ремонтировать его не будут. Если бы апартаменты хорошо содержались, то они были бы великолепны. А так, собственность скоро придет в полную негодность.

• Dmitrii (7/5): Overall, we liked everything, but there are more budget-friendly places to stay in Kaleici. - Great location—almost next to Hadrian's Gate. At the same time, the street is quiet. All the sights of the old town are nearby. Nice courtyard with flowers—people were constantly taking pictures near our gate, and you can understand why. Comfortable bed. enough space. Not very ergonomic: the kitchen is very small and it's difficult to cook anything there, and there's nowhere to hang or put things in the bathroom. There were problems with the kettle. In the area with the sofa, it would be nice to add a small open cupboard or something similar.

There were no wine glasses, coffe mug, oven, microwave... And no smart tv, no netflix app, so if you dont have tablet or laptop, you have nothing to watch.

Many details were thought out in the room and all of them were very useful. Also the best feature about the facility was that despite being central, it was very peaceful and very quiet at night, it was one of the best sleeps of my life. The staff and the manager are very helpful, answered all my questions with interest and introduced me to the surroundings. Thanks to the team, I will definitely be back on my next visit. • Abbi (9/5): Great little apartment in perfect location, with lots of personality - The host Semih, the company who provide the apartment and the cleaner were all very attentive and lovely - constant communication and checks happened. Plus they helped us to source taxis for better value too! The location was perfect! Very central in Antalya and within a hotel district, which has security gates stopping unauthorised vehicles coming through, so it's a really cool little district with small alleys, lots of restaurants, friendly people and cool venues. Cicerone Apart is situated right next to a small restaurant called Level. I wish I could've stayed longer purely to try more of their food! As they sell vegan and gluten free food only - and finding nice tasting food, which is safe for me allergies is normally a nightmare! It meant that we bought lots of food from supermarkets which were 5-10 minutes walk away (you have to walk through Hadrian's gate, which is cool). There are also small gluten free sections in the supermarkets too. Semih was also very helpful at ensuring they did not use fragranced products leading up to our arrival, as I have a parfum/fragrance allergy. This is another thing that's so difficult to find usually and I'm SO grateful! The apartment itself is small, but perfect sized for me and my mum. It's up some stairs and you have a locked downstairs gate, as well as a door key. So it feels safe - although the area feels very safe anyway! There is a huge bed in the main bedroom. Then the sofa in the lounge/kitchen area turns into a pull out bed, but my mum said it was comfy and big enough to sleep on without extending it. The kitchen is a kitchenette. You've got a kettle and two hobs, but one of the hobs doesn't get anywhere near as hot as the other, so cooking a proper dinner takes a bit of skill, but is definitely possible! There are a few saucepans/frying pans. The fridge is HUGE and has a little freezer section at the top. The bathroom was acceptable and they made an effort to design it nicely. Although the shower door handle is broken from the inside, so you have to open it carefully. Plus there was a leak somewhere that caused a permanent puddle in front of the toilet/shower. Thankfully the cleaner brought us extra towels and a new floor mat! They supply the bathroom with toilet rolls and there is a cupboard with towels outside it too. Plus a little basket of wash stuff and a bathroom bin. I've reported these minor issues to them, so potentially they will be fixed in future and it would make sense that they could have been missed previously! Also there are few utensils however, so I would recommend maybe considering bringing some and also some kitchen roll/washing up cloth. Cutlery is enough for 2 people, but there is only 1 unbroken mug and small Turkish tea glasses/cups. Also only two plates, one bowl-plate, a glass platter-plate and a mixing bowl (which we used for washing up, because there was no plug); it was enough for me and my mum, who would wash up during and after every meal. There's no cooking utensils like spatulas, but there was a drying/ tea towel. There's also a small kitchen bin and Semih got the cleaner to come and empty the bins during our stay.

• Florin (8/5): A sweet place. - I loved the location. It is situated at about 150 meters of the Hadrian;s gate, surrounded by narrow streets and old classic buildings. You can find a supermarket A101 at about 3 minutes of walk. The villa has also a garden and we had access directly from the room, but it was raining and cold... Not many things. A small problem we had with the shower was quickly fixed by the administrator.

It has living room with open kitchen and a bedroom. It's equipped with cutlery, hotplate and kettle as well as other gadgets like iron and hair dryer. Staff was really helpful and responded quickly to all our queries. Daily room cleaning is available on request. Great value for money! Minor thing - Towels are changed every 3 days - like any typical apartment stay - so don't expect hotel-like cleaning service.

The apartment is located in the little alleyways with many shops and eating places nearby. The team managing the apartment was very helpful and quick to respond for any of our issues. They ordered our taxi and agreed the price beforehand so made it easier for us. The bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated and need some maintenance work and upgrading.

Loved that there were so many cats around, especially one that we got very attached to😍 the stuff was available at all times via WhatsApp for everything we needed. Tunahan, especially was so kind and went to print our boarding passes which saved us as we didn’t know where to go! The property was equipped with AC and was working very well. Loved that they have cleaners who clean your room everyday! Really an amazing experience thanks to this place 🙏🏼 Just one table we had wasn’t opening properly so it was a bit hard to eat and we had to eat in the table outside but apart from that everything else was great!

• Zaakirah (1/5): So bad we checked out early - Nothing The apartment was not very clean, pieces of furniture were stained and the bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was the worst, the sink was dirty and the shower did not work properly. For some reason the shower head would only produce scalding hot water and when I asked the manager to repair it he said that housekeeping would fix it but this never happened. I had a toddler with me so using this shower would have been dangerous. There’s only AC in the bedroom which makes the rest of the apartment unbearable during the day due to the heat and lack of ventilation. The surrounding area is full of drunk loud people at night and the thin glass windows allow you to hear everything that’s going on. Honestly such a bad experience we decide to check out early. Do NOT book this apartment
• Solène (8/5): Good stay in the city center - In the center, very close to Hadrian’s Gate and the marina. Good appartement. Very nice manager. Confortable bed. Good air conditioning (but not in the bedroom!) We heard all the noise from the street because we were at street level and the windows were not soundproof. We also always had to keep curtains closed which was not very convenient. The light in the bathroom was not good.
• Osiris (10/5): Great experience - The apartment was in a really nice area of the old town within minutes of all the restaurants, bars and markets. The personnel that work at the apartment were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.
• Luca (10/5): Absolutely recommended accomodation and stay - will come again! - Location! Although you are right in the middle of Kaleici, the street is actually very quiet. We were traveling with our baby daughter (8 months old) and she never had troubles falling asleep. Everything in the area can be reached by foot, you never need a taxi. The flats were clean and spacious, we were even provided with a baby bed for our little one. Cleaning was regularly offered and was done well. The flats offer a small kitchenette with basic tools to prepare everything. Semih was an excellent, generous and kind host - all our extra needs were covered: for instance when we wanted to do a tour of the nearby archeological sites or when we needed a transfer he organized one for us. One day we got sick, he even helped us finding a really good doctor so we could continue our holiday. Everything was good 👍🏻

The staff were very helpful in suggesting were to go and were to eat at reasonable prices. There is a supermarket very close by. Please take cat food :) Kitchen is quite small not much area to cook and clean, but overall it was good enough!!

• Arseniy (6/5): Great location if you want to discover the old city, but has its opposite side. - - Location is great - in the heart of the old city, close to grocery shops - apps a good looking (ikea) - Very noisy at nights (motorbikes, people screaming) - not suitable for cooking (the cooker as well as pans, etc. we’re very old) - the bed was not very comfortable - it could have been cleaner (e.g windows were dirty on one side)

• Hanna (6/5): Little details count - Location Air condition Cats in the garden Shower drain was clogged. There was little space for cooking and limited cutlery . There was a cleaning service but nobody actually cleaned the room or changed the towels (they just made the bed and took out the trash). We couldn't open the door that led to the garden. We were not told that there was no parking close to the apartment so we ended up parking very far and walking all the way to the apartment with all our luggage. The checkout experience wasn't nice. The guy kept on knocking on the door consistently while i was in the bathroom even though I told him that we would have come later to pay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, no matter what we needed, they made sure we were well taken care of. The rooms were clean and tidy, the beds very comfortable. Prime location directly within the city centre. Overall, a nice and safe area to stay in.

• Wei (8/5): Very good - We are happy with the stay in the apartment. It's on a quiet and safe location, close to everything. Host met us outside the apartment on the arrival in the early evening. Apartment is clean. Both the lunge and the bedroom are in good size. The little kitchen area is basic but you could make simple meals I guess. We only use it for making the Turkish Tea because eating out is not expensive. Staff takes out your bin everyday. Shampoo, conditioner shower gel and soap are provided which is nice. The aircon keeps the apartment warm in the late Dec early Jan. The quilt is too small for a double bed. Shower could be a little bit powerful but this is just been picky.
