• Kristina (9/5): Würde definitiv wiederkommen :) - Ganz gute Lage. Ca. 15min Fußweg entfernt liegt eine BTS Station. 10min mit dem Roller kann man schon die Einkaufsmall ICONSIAM erreichen. Direkt daneben befindet sich ein 7/11, welches Rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. Vor dem Gebäude ist eine viel befahrene Hauptstraße. Wenn man nur in absoluter Ruhe schlafen kann würde ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Mich hat allerdings der Lärm nicht gestört :) Das Zimmer ist zwar minimal ausgestattet allerdings war fast alles da was man brauchte. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Personal/Inhaber! Ich hatte zuerst Schwierigkeiten mit meinem Flug. Später bin ich dann doch pünktlich angekommen und mir wurde kurzfristig nochmal der Code zur Schlüsselbox per E-Mail geschickt. Die Anleitung war sehr präzise und eindeutig. Außerdem war die Kommunikation unproblematisch, sehr direkt und man hat immer schnell eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Dankeschön! Ich muss leider einen großen Punkt für die Sauberkeit abziehen, da in meinem Apartment Ameisen waren :( Hauptsächlich im Badezimmer und um den Eingangsbereich zum Badezimmer, trotzdem relativ unangenehm am Anfang. Außerdem war der Boden (welcher aus Fliesen besteht) irgendwie schmierig. Also Barfuß konnte man da definitiv nicht lang laufen und als man auch mit den Schuhen oder Flipflops drüber gelaufen ist hat man komische Spuren hinterlassen. Mir hat außerdem ein Kleiderschrank gefehlt oder irgendeine Art von Schrank wo man seine Kleidung aufhängen kann.
• Sara (10/5): - Second time back can't wait to bring our friends next year! While being 20-30mons away from the city center I find the location perfect. It's quiet and calmer and very accessible to pretty much anywhere you want to go! 😍😍 The water pressure of the shower in room 202 was unfortunately not very good and the drained smelled bad throughout the stay. Other that no no complaints! Oh maybe get a weighing scale for luggage 🥲

• Sarahafiza (8/5): Great location with super affordable pricing. - The location is out from the city but still it has access to the train station and its close to icon siam, song wat and the famous temple. It’s also walking distance to the masjid and halal street, really convenient for muslim travellers. I didn’t like that its quite noisy as it is facing the street and there’s construction going on nearby.

Wel zou het handig zijn als er een douchegordijn af deur zou zijn. Na het douchen was de gehele badkamer nat. De locatie viel mij erg tegen. De straten waren vies en het stonk naar een open riool.

L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre, surtout avec le métro en travaux, il y a des bouchons systématiquement.

Unser Zimmer war leider ziemlich laut, da die Unterkunft direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße lag. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kann man nur schwer schlafen.

• Sara (10/5): Fantastic short stay in the perfect little neighborhood! - wonderful cozy hostel type hotel. the rooms are spacious and very clean. the bathrooms are super clean too! there’s only 4 rooms per floor so privacy is great too! it’s in old town Bangkok so you need to travel to the city to access Malls and bigger restaurants. Luckily there are busses running all the time and trains too. if you can figure out how to use them you’d be grand and a taxi (Bolt) from House Mode to the malls is around $5.
• Maryvien (9/5): Overall, it was a great hotel with a great price, totally worth it and would definitely come back. - The hotel staff will always clean the room if you ask them, and give you bottled water every day. The location was nice because it was near 7/11 and food stalls where you can buy anything you need. The BTS station was also just one km away, so it was easy to access. Maybe if the internet wasn't slow or bad on days, it would've been better. The internet was bad on nights that we badly needed it, like for work or school stuff. It's better to improve this to help tourists access to internet and find their way around.

• Nguyen (10/5): Love to stay here - I love it here – friendly people, a clean house, everything was perfect. Thank you for a memorable vacation! It’s a bit far from the BTS station if you walk (over 1km). That’s just a minor reason why I’m not very fond of it.

It is next to a 7/11 which is super convenient, though the surrounds aren't too pleasant. However, this place is perfect as a base if you want to use the train from Wongwian Yai to Mahachai or to explore the canals and temples nearby(both highly recommended) Nothing

Nice big bathroom with hot shower at all times. I stayed here for 2 weeks as part of a working holiday. I have stayed here before and will definitely return. The staff helped me print my paperwork for onward travel to Cambodia. The launderette in reception is very convenient too. I like everything about the place. Just be aware that it’s not the most exciting area but you can easily walk to the metro station and iconsiam.

Room was clean, nice location (walking distance to BTS takes you directly to Siam). Really lovely garden terrace area. Only minor thing is the lift if only for luggage, which is no problem to use the stairs apart from when feeling lazy haha.

• Aree (9/5): Amazing place :-) - The staff were really nice. The room was very clean; the cleaning staff would take out trash everyday during my stay. I really appreciate that. The facilities were also great; washing machines & tumble dryers on the spot. You just need to remember to be connected to wifi otherwise it wouldn't work. It's near local markets and BTS. I'd definitely stay here again & would recommend it to friends and family. The traffic noise outside the building was constantly going on, 24/7. It would have been amazing if the staff were to put a double glass on the windows or something. The doors to each room should be isolated with something so that the air conditioner wouldn't waste so much energy to cool the room. Also the beds were bit hard but nothing major that would ruin your experience. Otherwise, not so much that I could think of that was bad. I had a super nice stay :-)
