• سامي (5/5): ما حسيت في الاستقبال الي يهتم ويمكن عشان جيت انا وقت تبديل شفتات وهنا تفرق كل واحد يرمي على الثاني - انها تقع بالقرب من عدة مطاعم وكافيات النظافة ليست على المستوى المطلوب واحد من السراير كانت السفنجة حقته غير جيدة وقاسية مختلفه عن الباقية الاسره نظافة ما بين السراير غير جيدة بلاط الشقة فيه اثار خدوش وااااضحة جداً

The one bedroom apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff was very accommodating and available when needed. The pool and steam sauna need major maintenance.

• ابو مشعل (8/5): - حلو جميل جدا والاخوه كانو ييلبون جميع طلباتي .. عايله زوحان وطفلان .. مريح ومطل علي البحر رغم ان البحر بعيد. لكن الاطلاله جيده جدا الاناره كان لونها ابيض وقوي حدا وكان مزعج. لي لاني فيني حساسبه .. طلبت منهم ابجوارات وجابو لي ما قصرو .. فقط هذي الملاحظه .

• Abid Ali (8/5): Convenient, spacious and clean apartment. Great for a family break in the city. - Clean hotel with very friendly staff at reception. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Our room was very high up and we had a great view of the city and new year fireworks. WiFi in the hotel was good and worked well for what we needed. The hotel is very close to local amenities such as Juffair Square and a variety of 24 hour supermarkets. There's a Lulu, Ramez, Al Jazira and a host of local stores, as well as the Oasis Mall which is about 2-3 minutes by car or a 10-15 minute walk. Juffair Mall, where the Lulu Hypermarket is situated, is also close by and has a bowling alley as well as other activities. There's free parking available at the hotel with a spacious multi storey car park. The lift was ever so slightly slow. It wasn't the end of the world, but it would be nicer not to have to wait and take longer than normal to get to the higher floors. Food is not available at the hotel as there is no restaurant. There are many options near by however, but it's just something to note. Towels seemed to have been in very limited supply. They offer floor and bath towels, but not hand towels. When I called asking for more, housekeep would ask why I wanted more towels and I told then that they at least needed to supply a towel per guest, not a towel per bathroom.

• hamad (2/5): إقامة سيئة لن اكررها - يوجد مواقف للسيارات وإطلالة الغرفه جميله والموقع جيد وسهل الوصول عدم تنظيف الغرفه حيث بعد عودتي الساعه 12 ليلا تفاجأت انه لم يتم تنظيف الغرفه وقمت بالاتصال بموظف الاستقبال وقال سوف ارسل لك عامل التنظيف ولم يرسله إلا لما نزلت بنفسي لهم وبعدها قام عام التنظيف بتنظيف الغرفه وبعد خروجه اتضح انه وضع فوطه واحده فقط وكانت متسخه علما اننا شخصين ولإحساسي بالتعب ولموعد سفري ثاني يوم تحملنا هذا الإهمال وبعد النوم وفي تمام الساعه 2،30 ليلا اشتغلت صفارة الإنذار بالغرفه بدون سبب مما ازعجنا وقطع نومتنا فعلا كانت اقامه سيئه لن اكررها وكذلك كانت رائحة الممرات سيئه

• Eugeny (8/5): - Spacious, nice apartment, convenient location. Even though it was the 26th floor, it was noisy enough to sleep. I can recommend these apartments... I hope the owners will correct the shortcomings. Unfortunately the service is not very good, you have to ask for everything. There were no kitchen utensils in the kitchen. The furniture was terribly dirty.
