- Iskra (10/5): Wonderful, best place in Krapetz. - Loved the stay at Vodolei, this is our third time staying at the property. The staff is friendly and keeps the hotel extremely clean. The apartments are thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable. Great AC, balcony to relax, well stocked kitchen, beatiful bathrooms and smart TV. Black out curtains too. There is a lawn in front of the property great for kids or evening walks. I would love an elevator, especially with luggage or for elderly people.
- Cotofana (4/5): I think a clear, strong statement of the strict silence policy would help a lot, so people know. - Curb your enthusiasm. Fairly clean. Way smaller than in the pictures, but I guess it all depends on luck - if you book early, you might get lodged in the surrounding two stories apartments featured on the site with indoor stairs, plenty of space. If late, you get the regular hotel rooms, way smaller. Same price. We were late, lucky us. Nice pool, just as in pictures. Nice garden outside, although totally uninviting, nobody enjoys it really. It's just a scenery. Because: Buyer beware. The really strict silence policy. It's all good if you just want to extend your mundane family city life - wake up at 7, get the kids to school, go to work 9 to 5, pick up the kids, get home, do some extra work on your laptop in total silence, have a snack, kiss your spouse on the cheek, "lovely salad my dear", do your prayer, go to bed at 9. A pleasant hospice, a lovely sanitarium, a place of maddening quiet - do not dare sneeze outside, it's an offence. We were a bit nuts! Two families in their 40's with two 7 years old kids, we were crazy enough to chat on the balcony at 11 pm and even (can't believe we were this crazy!!!) have a laugh now and then! Like... trying to have a bit of fun, as if... we were on our holiday, that sort! Worth mentioning, all rooms are equipped with AC and sound proof windows, but for some reason, they all kept their windows open. Tradition I guess. We'd get over this no problem, our apologies included, if not for one of the admins (more like a local thug, really) who showed up banging at our door, no apologies (I know you don't get it Mr. Thug, it's complicated stuff, it's called being "diplomatic" as you were the manager and the host - even if formal, apologies are a trait of being civilized and a good manager who's in control, not a gorilla. I know you don't get, it's really complex stuff), fuming and shaking and clenching his fists as if almost itching to punch and kick all of us inside, kids included. As if we were there illegally, for free, someone just did us a favor, and look at us behaving, chatting on the balcony at 11 o'clock!!! I really want to reiterate this: we were just chatting! Not shouting, no loud music, just chatting. It was 11 pm, not 2! A fckn' monastery, excuse my French. And not a cheap one, mind you. Worth mentioning, and we really want to be fair: the rest of the staff was nice, no issues.

Plajele sălbatice din apropiere sunt un mare plus pentru cei care caută natură și liniște. Personalul a fost atent și mereu dornic să ajute. Am avut o problemă cu internetul, dar s-a rezolvat imediat după ce am anunțat. Prosoapele au fost schimbate pe parcursul sejurului, ceea ce am apreciat. Recomand pentru cei care caută liniște și natură. The oven button was not working and even though we informed them nobody even cam to check. Whenever the children were playing in the pool someone from reception continously came to scream at them in Bulgarian…

- Velislava (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was nicely furnished, everything was clean and new and it was quite spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a lovely outdoor space and the surroundings are quiet and beautiful. The pool was also amazing.
- Bogdan (10/5): Great surprise for Krapets area - The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you need. The place is quiet, no loud music, the garden is huge and nicely landscaped. The indoor pool is a nice treat in case the weather is not so good or you are just lazy enough to not go to the beach. There is a lifeguard also, sunbeds and umbrellas outside the pool and a shallow water area for small smurfs. A small farmer shop across the road is an easy to reach source of fresh fruits and vegetables in case you fancy some straight from their garden. We stayed a week and during this time our towels were changed and the really nice young cleaning staff offered us cleaning services. Nothing much to complain about. Maybe just that there was not enough cutlery for a two bedroom apartment that can accommodate 4+ people (one fork and one spoon). Luckily we brought our own as we always do when the accommodation has a kitchen/kitchenette.

We had everything we wanted, balcony for smoking, a beautiful swimming pool to compensate the rainy days and smiling people in the staff. I liked everything. :)

- Ciocanul (8/5): Restful and relaxing, with a touch of kitchen smells - As usual, it is a wonderful place to rest. It's quiet and peaceful, all you can hear during nighttime are the crickets. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Everything is still new and in good condition. The main issue that might make us reconsider coming back until it is solved is the smells getting into your room through the kitchen hood from the apartment below. Our neighbors dip fried fish late at night for 4 days in a row, and all their fumes were entering our room through the kitchen hood, making it unlivable and partially ruining our experience. Also, the wi-fi is still an issue, the connection is very poor and unstable.

Also we didn’t have enough cutlery in the apt, only - We totally recommend this stay, it’s clean, quiet and staff is really nice. We loved this place as it was clean and comfortable with everything you need. The pool and sauna are a plus. The upper level apartments have a lovely sea view from the balcony. The property is good located, 10 minutes drive from the beach.

- Hennadii (9/5): Superb - All was great and wonderful. Clean and well equipped cosy rooms with kitchen. We like also a very huge green garden and a pool inside the hotel. In the pool there was a special place for kids with low level of water. It is a very nice place for a family rest. The sea was just in several kilometres away from the hotel ( Ezerets beach), and it was clean without jellyfish. WiFi was working not stable, probably the reason was in not correct configuration.

It is not in Krapetz "center", but at the end limit thereof, however, as generally we use the car both for going to the beach (that is 3 km from Krapetz) and the local restaurants, this was not an issue.

The rooms were as described in the photos, the kitchen was well equipped, the water pressure and temperature good. The feeling was of quality and new. There is a large well kept garden, with a shaded barbecue area. There was no room cleaning service for the entire stay, but in all fairness, neither did we ask to have the room cleaned. They give you spare trash bags and a broom to keep it tidy, so it's really not an issue.

The furniture and everything inside was brand new. You had everything you needed in the kitchen. I read from previous reviews that there was no microwave and no coffee machine - instead of microwave we used the oven and we brought from home our little capsule coffee machine so everything solved. Extremely comfortable beds. The big yard and the place with trees near the barbecue. So quiet. The little table outside with chairs where to drink the morning coffee and the small patio. The personnel. It was the best accomodation we had in Bulgaria, good value for money. We will come back for sure. Thank you ! Nothing

The wild cherry trees were a sweet bonus! The apartment - clean. The furniture and appliances - new. The house was enough for 4 adults and a baby. The garden view- beautiful, especially in the evening. The pool was excellent- clean water, warm not hot. Free parking in front of the door. Wi-fi connection very poor. ( it seems to be an issue all over Krapets) The house cleaning didn't include the bed sheets.

Everything is brand new, IKEA style and suitable for longer stays. We had everything we could have wanted in the room/kitchen. Would have loved to have access to better coffee than the one at the vending machine. Also, serving at least breakfast would have been much appreciated. The internet was precarious, would have loved a better connection for working from there, instead I had to create a hotspot on my phone.

We stayed in a one-room apartment and appreciated how it was designed, the AC system that worked very well, and the bathroom ventilation. The living sofa is extensible if you need to split sleep, and the fridge is big enough for a family. The staff was friendly and eager to help. Take into consideration that the location is 30 min on foot to the beach or 7 min by car. If you have a bicycle, then this is also an option. The swimming pool closes at 6 pm, and it would have been nice to remain open till 8-9 pm. The two coffee machines at the reception work only with coins.

- Maria (10/5): Very relaxing stay - Beautiful grounds, spotless rooms, we rented the two bed villa, there’s a kitchen and a sofa bed in the open plan lounge and a private terrace outside. Everything was spotless on arrival with the bonus of a clean and towel change on the third day. There’s air conditioning in every room, a hair dryer and well equipped kitchen. You can have a bbq in the middle of the the extensive garden and the indoor pool was a god sent as the weather wasn’t great in the first couple of days. You’re 10-15 drive away from the two main beaches in the area but the roads are shocking. The complex is delightful, everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended. The rules on the use of pool, specifically diving could be displayed in view. There were only placed on the hotel door that we were not using and the pool guy kept picking on my son. We were on our own in the pool and trying to have some fun. He made us feel uncomfortable constantly watching. P

Amazing that in a small village like Krapets, th - -very clean and spacious -confortable bed and a great balcony with a view -all the facilities needed in the apartment, like home - huge garden with sunbeds -clean and beautiful indoor pool -pretty close to some restaurants and the beach, a few mins by car -private parking -the indoor pool closes at 18:30, schedule which could be extended -in the first morning at around 9am, there was a lot of noise from the vacuum cleaner upstairs -you have to bring your own toiletries
