Хозяева были очень внимательны и предупредительны. До центра легко добираться или на метро (3 остановки), либо на Uber (8 евро до моря или музея Пикассо). С удовольствием вернулись бы! Все прекрасно

• christelle (10/5): Très bel appartement adapté pour 6 personnes avec place de parking - Matériaux nobles. On ressent le souhait du propriétaire de proposer un appartement de qualité. La place de parking inclue devant le logement était trop courte pour notre véhicule ; il nous a de suite proposé un autre stationnement gratuit pour nous. Accès à tous : un ascenseur dans l'appartement (1er étage) permet d'accéder au toit-terrasse (3ème étage). Des voisins ont passé plus d'une heure à rire et discuter en pleine nuit, vers 4h.

• Radomir (10/5): Ubytování doporučuji všem, kteří chtějí navštívit Malagu. - Velmi blízko jsou stanice metra a supermarket. Do centra je to metrem 10 min, pěšky 25 min. Absolutně klidné místo. Perfektně vybavená kuchyně. Velká terasa na střeše. Chyběly noční stolky u postelí a poličky v koupelnách. Provozovatel si naúčtoval dost vysoký poplatek za předání klíčů, protože jsme přiletěli v noci. Klíče by mohl předat prostřednictvím kódovaného systému a navštívit hosty až následující den.

• Helen (8/5): Very clean, excellent location. - Vasyl met us and let us in, we kept in contact prior as we were arriving by train which was delayed. The property was spotless and nicely decorated, each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is a lift that takes you directly into the property (used it for luggage but it was quite small and I'm claustrophobic). Location is good, less than 10 minutes from the main station and the metro station is 100 yards away. Taxi to the marina was €8. The shopping at the rail station was excellent and there's a shopping mall next to it. Handy supermarket round the corner They do ask for a cash security when you arrive, although unusual it was all above board. I suspect they may have had a few visitors who have trashed the place so its security for them. We were there in Feb March and a lot of the restaurants in the area appeared closed so you had to go into the old town for food. Water in the shower could have been hotter but that was personal preference.

První co řešil majitel byl poplatek za pozdní check-in, který byl pouze z důvodu vybrání kauce v hotovosti. Vše na fotkách vypadá větší, zejména postel byla malá. Jinak ale pěkná terasa a klidné místo - měl jsem původně obavy z blízkosti vlaku o kterém jsem ale celý pobyt vůbec nevěděl.

Parking pod apartamentem więc dodatkowy plus. Windą na 2 piętro gdzie znajdujduje się apartament. Na 3 piętrze prywatny taras. Dobrej jakiści pościel. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Brak zmywarki.

• Veronika (9/5): - Ubytování bylo skvělé, paní majitelka milá a ochotná, cokoliv bylo potřeba nám vysvětlila. Umožnila nám dřívější check-in za příplatek. Vše bylo čisté. Ubytování je hnedka vedle metra a za 10 minut pěšky jste u vlakového nádraží pro cestu na letiště, nebo třeba stezku Caminito. :-) Kuchyně je plně vybavená a má dostatek nádobí. Nejvíce nás nadchla střešní terasa. Postele jsou poměrně malé, ale dá se to zvládnout. Instrukce k check-inu dorazily až v den příjezdu, což bylo trochu hektické, protože bylo nutné přes telefon zadávat všechny údaje o hostech.

Appartamento a soli 50mt dalla fermata della metropolitana Purtroppo e non è colpa del proprietario entrambe le notti alle 1:00 dei vicini di casa di un'altra palazzina appiccicata alle nostre camere si mettono belli tranquilli a parlare ad alta voce sul loro terrazzo. X chi ha il sonno leggero come me è un incubo! X fortuna c'è il divano letto in soggiorno.

The beds were quite comfortable, and the spacious living room was a nice touch. The location is excellent, with the metro, a supermarket, and various restaurants all within walking distance. However, we had a big car and couldn't find parking at the apartment. Fortunately, the owner provided us with a key to another garage that was just a less than five-minute walk away—super convenient! Although we didn't utilize the fantastic rooftop, it looked incredible. Our host was very friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Soukromý výtah na střechu, kde byla terasa,nás taky ohromil. Klidná lokalita v postranní ulici, blízko nádraží a obchodů. Do centra tak 15 minut pěšky, na pláž je to blíž. Nedostatek horké vody ve sprše.

Super kontakt z właścicielem, który pokazał wszystko naszej grupie i dostosował się do późnej godziny przyjazdu. Dobra lokalizacja, nie w ścisłym centrum ale można do niego szybko dojść spacerkiem. Obiekt idealny dla kilkuosobowej grupy. W opisie nie było informacji o maksymalnej możliwej długości auta do zaparkowania, co było stresujące dla naszego kierowcy, ponieważ ledwo się zmieścił. Druga sprawa, brak informacji o zwrocie kaucji przez PayPal, którego nikt z grupy nie miał - było to problematyczne i trzeba było na szybko szukać wśród znajomych kogoś, kto używa tego systemu. Ostatnia sprawa - zimna woda w łazienkach przez dwa z trzech dni, niezależnie od pory dnia, co znacznie zmniejszało komfort pobytu.

Très facile de se déplacer, la bouche du métro est à 100 mètres, et permet d aller au centre-ville de Malaga en 10 minutes, pour un prix dérisoire . La plage est à 1/4 d heure à pied . Logement parfait et très bien situé.

• Magali (5/5): Déception - Cela aurait été très bien si nous avions été accueilli dans l’espace que nous avons réservé et non dans un espace plus petit, plus bruyant et beaucoup moins agréable. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons eu l’impression de déranger. Nous aurions dû avoir accès à une place de parking, mais ce n'était pas le cas. Il n'était mentionné nulle part que les places de parking étaient petites. Il a fallu chercher difficilement une place. On ne nous a pas attribué le bon appartement. Au lieu d’être au dernier étage nous étions au rez de chaussée. L'appartement devait comprendre deux salles de bain, deux chambres, un salon avec un couchage et un accès à une plage privée. Il était censé faire plus 110 mètres carrés, mais il était tout petit, n’avait qu’une chambre et des lits dans un couloir. Une forte odeur de produits de nettoyage chimiques désagréables y régnait. Pas de services de streaming sur la télévision, pas de système audio. Pas de toaster. Aucune vue sur la ville. La machine à café était dysfonctionnelle. Quand j’ai signalé cela il m’a été répondu que je pouvais réserver une nuit supplémentaire et que j’aurais alors accès à l’appartement préalablement réservé. C’était désagréable. Nous avons été réveillés tôt le matin par des gens qui montaient et descendaient les escaliers et parlaient fort. Deux couchages sont à l’entrée juste derrière la porte. On ne peut pas vraiment parler de chambre. Je regrette sincèrement ma réservation. Je ne comprends pas, les commentaires étaient si bons…
• Tomáš (9/5): Výborné ubytování - Velmi dobrá lokalita, blízko metra a obchodů s potravinami. Ubytování čisté a dobře vybavené. S hostitelem bylo komunikace bezproblémová. Možnost parkování před domem, popřípadě nedaleko ubytování v garáži. Jediné mínus byly občas vypadávající pojistky, což jsme vyřešili tak, že to, co je vyhazovalo, jsme vůbec nepoužívali a nechali pojistky od toho vypnuté. • Eddie (5/5): - The area is quite run down and dirty but the street was quiet. Equipment in the apartment was fine but "luxury" is not a word to describe the apartment. The terrace got little sun (less than an hour in mid October). The city view was in fact the back wall of a block of flats just a few metres away. Stayed a week and the apartment was not cleaned. The apartment was ok for 2 people but would be cramped if more than 2.
• Elisabetta (8/5): - Casa grande con tutti i confort, pulita e il proprietario disponibile. Vicino alla metro e al parcheggio privato. Nel secondo bagno il lavandino è inesistente è piccolissimo non riesci a lavarti i denti, inoltre noi abbiamo scelto questa struttura per il terrazzo , ma non è possibile utilizzarlo dopo le 23:00 questo non è specificato
• clément b. (5/5): logement neuf mais mal insonorisé - les lits, les équipements mal insonorisé, plutôt sale à certains endroits, les stores ne se baissaient plus et dans une salle de bain l'eau s'écoulait mal.

• Georgeta Maria (10/5): - Apartamentul a fost foarte curat și foarte bine utilat. Se află într-o zonă liniștită și destul de aproape de mare.
• CARLOS (10/5): Excelente estadía - Lugar impecable, lujoso, muy cómodo y agradable. Buena ubicación. Anfitriones atentos. En general todo bueno, sugeriría tener condimentos, sal, como para preparaciones rápidas. De resto, todo excelente.
• Sartori (10/5): Bellissimo appartamento - Bellissimo appartamento moderno vicinissimo alla metro. Spumantino all arrivo, acqua in frigo, teli bagno, bidet, parcheggio privato coperto, l ascensore che arriva dentro l appartamento e bellissima terrazza. Vicino c e un Carrefour e un panificio Attenzione che i due letti matrimoniali sono misura francese quindi si sta vicini vicini.. I cuscini un po troppo alti
• Emilie (10/5): Vraiment parfait - Le logement est très spacieux et confortable. Deux salles de bain et wc. Très bien équipé, machine à café, tout le nécessaire cuisine et salle de bain. Il y a des plaids, des serviettes de plage, parasols, gel douche et shampooing, café. La terrasse est superbe. Rien, c'était parfait.
