Amongst many other issues, the lighting in the bathroom over the sink was hanging off dangerously, damp patches were evident in one of the bedrooms, broken furniture provided in the lounge area. It was truly terrible. We notified the company who offered us some recompense but then didn't respond any further to us. If they had managed the situation and found some sort of resolution I probably wouldn't have provide this honest review, but they didn't.

• beata (4/5): Tired after 2 distrurbed nights - The location is good. Not clear on check-out hour, however we were allowed to leave at 11:00. Despite not so central location, it is very hard to sleep in any of the bedrooms. The upper one with tarrase gets all the noise from the street, and you cannot avoid it, so till 3/4 am we were awaken each night. The second bedroom inside the apartment overlooks not nice internal patio, it has a big leak on the ceiling, and unfrotunatelly the noise is from patio, and upper floor with thin ceiling where you can literally hear everything (steps, and party discussions). On top of that there were construction works starting from 7 am. In terms over-night regeneration - hopeless case. The provider did not provide invoice despite several requests.

Front door was memorable. Very happy to have had this experience. Beautiful rooftop patio. Excellent views. It was a trade off. The building is historic and centrally located. For the price, I wasn’t bothered but the showers are antiquated, warm water was scarce and it would get super loud. Again for the price and overall experience. I looked past these annoyances.
• M (5/5): Sleepless in Florence - The location was fantastic and on first arrival the apartment was lovely. Sad that having paid SO much for the apartment, there wasn't even a bottle of water or wine or any other welcome amenity to settle us in - a missed opportunity. The company also wanted to charge us €12 to store our bags if we arrived even up to an hour before check in time ! The noise and smells - brutal and all night. Two of the rooms (on the kitchen side) were pretty much unusable due to street noise all night and despite having ear plugs, we got no sleep. The other two rooms looking into a grungy courtyard had the extractor fans from the restaurant below and the smells were continuous meaning none of us got any sleep. The bedrooms were also very dark. The bathrooms are in dire need of a make over and the water pressure is terrible.

• Véronique (8/5): Endroit rare mais peu de service (tout se fait à distance par messages) - Le rooftop au 5e et dernier étage et son merveilleux panorama : Duomo, Bargello, Palazzo Vechio, maisons tours et toits du vieux Florence, Santa Croce, San Miniato... Hébergement spacieux, dans une demeure historique et très bien situé, relativement calme pour un édifice aussi central. La chaudière dysfonctionnait et il n'a pas été possible de trouver une solution durant notre séjour... Eau chaude très fluctuante... 3 verres à pied dépareillés pour un logement de standing pour 4 à 6, c'est un peu dommage pour l'aperitivo sur le rooftop... Dommage de ne pas inclure un service pour consigner les bagages au départ.
• Audrey (10/5): Terrasse de rêve ! - La terrasse mérite à elle seule le 10/10, la vue est tellement incroyable que cela semble irréel ! L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé. Les 2 salles de bain sont un plus. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec suffisamment de vaisselle. Il y a également un petit bureau qui peut servir pour s'isoler (et travailler). La position de l'appartement est parfaite pour visiter les monuments, se balader au centre ville et même dîner au restaurant (voir thefork). A 6-7 minutes un supermarché (conad) suffisamment grand pour de "vraies courses". Les contacts se font pas WhatsApp/téléphone mais comme c'est très fluide et efficace c'est très bien aussi.

• Korkmaz (4/5): Vasattı - Konumu güzeldi binası güzeldi We stayed for two nights, and both nights there was excessive noise coming from the restaurant next door and street. Even earplugs did not help, and we were unable to sleep properly. The so-called sofa bed was extremely noisy whenever we turned, which made our nights even worse. When we entered the apartment, there was no coffee, tea, or even drinking water available. We could have arrived very late at night, so this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell inside the apartment. Although this accommodation was more expensive than many others, we chose it expecting a more professional experience. However, it did not meet our expectations. Also, the apartment is on the 4th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor, which makes carrying luggage quite difficult. The extra cushions on the sofa in the living room kept falling off, making it impossible to sit comfortably for more than 10 minutes. We were unable to reach the host for 30–40 minutes via phone and email when we fir st arrived. Once we finally got in touch, instead of listening to our situation, the host sent an automated message and asked us to pay €12 for early check-in, while also responding very late to our messages.

It is close to a piazza with restaurants to choose from, for breakfast, lunch or even very late dinner. The apartment - Santa Croce, was spacious, lovely apartment, the building was a palazzo before. There’s two bathrooms, a plus for my family of 6 people. The apartment was on 4th floor, with lift. We enjoyed our stay, host was responsive, check in was smooth, access code was given timely after payment and the day of reservation. Short taxi ride from train station. None.

The girls took one bedroom, my son took the sofa sleeper, and my husband and I had the upstairs loft. It had a kitchen, a washer, two bathrooms, a large dining table, and extra seating. They also had earplugs for us! The location was conveniently close to many of the things Florence has to offer. We enjoyed our stay. Our upstairs bathroom was a little tedious getting in and out of the tub/shower. I do not recommend that bathroom for the elderly, but the downstairs one was fine. We were in the heart of Florence so it would get a little loud at night, but the earplugs were a nice touch. The beds were mixed - some very firm, others very soft. Overall, though, it was a great venue.

Só sentimos falta de tapetes para o banheiro, pq solta muita agua pra fora. Mas foi um detalhe muito minimo, banheiro e chuveiro ótimos. O diferencial é o atendimento, nós tinhamos nos hospedado em um outro lugar, que simplesmente quando já estavamos em florença nos contatou dizendo que por overbooking teríamos que encontrar outro local. Desde o inicio nao conseguimos conversar com nenhum ser humano, só robôs e em ligação não atendiam. Nesse não, tivemos que entrar em contato no dia da reserva por conta deste ocorrido e desde o inicio já mandaram o whatsapp com uma atendente humana que nos respondia em qualquer horário! Experiência maravilhosa e no coração de Florença!! O prédio com uma porta de madeira gigante teve todo o charme! Maravilhoso! Tudo ótimo!

• Raphael (7/5): Boa localização, barulho incomodou. - A localização é muito boa, bem centralizada. Mas um pouco distante se você for usar muito o trem e se deslocar com frequência a SMN. Dos outros pontos turísticos a distância é curta. O quarto é confortável, espaçoso, bom custo benefício no quesito preço. Possui um ar antigo, pois fica em um prédio histórico. Se for com família grande, o quarto possui só um banheiro o que complica um pouco. A iluminação é fraca, mas da um certo charme. O pior mesmo foi o barulho vindo da rua, a madrugada de Florença é animada, realmente incomoda. A hospedagem até oferece protetor auricular, o que ameniza o problema.

• Marta (8/5): Charming and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. - The apartment has its charm, with a little mezzanine bedroom and a roof terrace. It is clean, spacious and beds are very comfortable, even pull out couch was decent. The kitchen is well equipped so we had a morning coffee and breakfast in the apartment. The terrace on the roof, with plant pots, a bistro table and chairs was a lovely place to relax with a glass of chianti. Location is beyond excellent. Around 10-15 minutes walk to Uffizi and to Duomo, even closer to Santa Croce and to many other main attractions. There is a perfect restaurant, "Mama Eat" at the corner of the street with a great selection for everyone but also an entirely separate kitchen for Gluten Free cooking. Bonus points if you have dietary restrictions. We had delicious GF arancini every day. If you are a fan of unexpected treasures just walk straight to the left from your building and you will see a gorgeous small church Santi Simone e Giuda, built in 13 century. Across from the church there is a wonderful caffe Vivoli with gelato and pastries and the best affogato. Both just a minute walk from the apartment! There is also Carrefour Express nearby for quick grocery shopping, a convenient luggage storage and also a bus stop for a bus taking you straight to the train station. Next to the bus stop there is a Cat Caffe, with cats lounging inside - if you love feline friends. Don't choose it if you are claustrophobic. I didn't have a problem with it but to get to the apartment to the 3rd floor, there was just a tiny elevator and no stairs whatsoever. We enjoyed this little quirk but it might be problematic to some people. It also gets loud at night but the host provides ear plugs - it is a center of the old town after all, lots of tourists and loud students partying at night. If you prefer quiet, look elsewhere or check if they have a place facing just a courtyard.

Localização seria boa se não fosse estar ao lado de dos fundos de um teatro, no qual os funcionários descarregam coisas à noite toda, com muito barulho que não dá pra dormir! Ottimo trovare macchinetta del caffè e capsule ma mancava lo zucchero.

Апартамент отапливается кондиционерами, есть центральное горячее водоснабжение. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, есть посудомойка и стиральная машина, Апартамент в старом здании, очень чистый большой и теплый. Все было прекрасно, рекомендую!

La petite terrasse avec vue est super agréable. Les lits sont confortables. L'ensemble est bien équipé. Il faisait trop chaud dans l appartement, les radiateurs étaient brûlants. Il manque une petite raclette dans la douche pour nettoyer. L'ascenseur minuscule est un peu stressant.

• Enrico (8/5): Posizione eccellente, appartamento ampio e godibile, zona un po' rumorosa - Appartamento ristrutturato in palazzo storico molto bello, ampio e spazioso per 4 persone. Molti comfort pratici in cucina e in bagno (2 asciugacapelli nei 2 bagni), tavolo grande, stanze calde, bellissimo spazio soppalcato. Posizione a dir poco eccellente a 3 minuti dal museo del Bargello e 6 minuti dagli Uffizi. A 5 minuti si trova un Carrefour in Borgo degli Albizzi e mercato di S. Ambrogio a 15 minuti. Comunicazione eccellente con lo staff. A 2 minuti bidoni differenziati per rifiuti. Via decisamente molto rumorosa la notte, schiamazzi costanti per fortuna di passaggio, ma può essere fastidioso per chi ha sonno leggero. I bagni hanno pressione dell'acqua debole, andrebbe potenziata perché scomodo fare la doccia, ma dato il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, non è un grave problema. Qualche punto dell'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di piccole manutenzioni.

Appartamento accogliente, ben arredato, e per noi che siamo stati a Gennaio, riscaldamenti ottimi, nulla da dire. La struttura si trova in un palazzo storico in una via piena di locali che la sera non ci hanno permesso di riposare a causa dei forti rumori che facevano i ragazzi, lanciandosi bottiglie di vetro e altro. Ciò non si evinceva dalla altre recensioni. Essendo un palazzo antico, le finestre non permettono di isolare i rumori della strada. L’ascensore non funzionava, é stato un disagio visti i bagagli. Inoltre, la struttura non permette di lasciare i bagagli per il check-out ma propone un looker vicino a pagamento per farveli depositare. Se ci tornerei? Non credo, sceglierei altro
