Наши окна в номере 7 выходили на улицу, там проезжая часть, очень шумно, с закрытыми окнами очень душно. Комары в огромном количестве, а фумигатора нет. Мы ужаснулись кухне! Сковородки просто на выброс, единственная кастрюлька даже грязная стоит. Противень в духовке- противно прикоснуться. Губка для посуды не менялась год, наверное. На кухне нет полотенец, нет тряпки вытереть стол. На 4 ночи 1 мусорный пакет. Салфеток бумажных тоже нет. Вилка одна!!!

• Mia (1/5): The worst place I've ever stayed - location The communication staff had a bad attitude. They couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. They also attacked the residents' phones. It was 30 degrees outside but there was no air conditioning. The indoor heating couldn't be turned off and remained on all the time, resulting in the residents not being able to sleep all night.
• Damenia (4/5): We were staying just for one night and I wouldn’t stay for more. - Location wasn’t bad. Nice neighborhood and flexible for transportation. It’s highly secured so you’re gonna feel safe. To begin with, no supplies for basic needs, not even a cup for water (even though accommodation was for four people). They only provided one tiny fridge. Everything was dusty, shelves and beds were covered in dust. Looked way better in pictures than in real life. There are two toilets/bathrooms which is shared with everyone and it gets really messy.

С администрацией было трудно связаться: не отвечали на телефонные звонки, в сообщениях понимания наших проблем с заселением не было, отвечали грубо и неинформативно. Три кодовых замка было до номера. Последний замок был механическим с кодом, который с большим трудом удалось открыть (номер 1). Но больше он не закрывался и дверь пришлось оставить открытой и на ночь, и уходе на прогулку. Это недопустимо! 2. Батареи не выключались - на улице +17, в комнате как в печке. Пришлось открыть окна, которые выходят на оживленную улицу - было очень шумно 3. Шторки в ванной нет. Неудобно принять душ. Сантехника плохо работала 4. На полу, выложенным плиткой, нет ковриков - очень холодно ногам. 5. Полы в номере и ванной комнате очень грязные, не мыли их давно 6. Штор на двух окнах нет - при отсутствие кондиционера свет и шум очень мешает 7. Администрация в сообщении требовали дополнительно оставить «примерно 6 € с человека» за ночь на столе и прислать фото с оставленными купюрами. При бронировании было указано, что дополнительных денег платить не надо.

• anne laure (5/5): Un bon emplacement mais un peu de rénovation serait nécéssaire pour rendre le lieu plus agréable. - L emplacement du logement La salle de bain commune où personne ne sait sur les 6 chambres si c’est occupé ou non. Il serait bien de rajouter une petite pancarte avec marqué d un côté occuper ou libre. De plus salle de bain vétuste avec même un siège de toilette fissuré. Et de d autre locataire se permettent de venir vous dérangez tard le soir pour vous demander des choses type de la glace??? Des jeunes gens qui claques les portes à 3 h du matin. Pour le calme on repassera. Il serait bien de faire un rappel à vos locataires de manière plus importante.

Nel bagno neanche un bagnoschiuma. Esperienza terribile! Hanno fatto casino fino alle 04:00 del mattino e alle 08:00 hanno iniziato al piano di sopra con martello e trapano.

• Ana carolina (1/5): Terrible experience. - Confortable bed I made a terrible mistake by not realizing the bathroom was shared. But what an awful bathroom! Small shower stall, dirty toilet, and no bath mat. The room is okay. The blanket was dirty, with a stain that looked like chocolate, so it must not have been changed. On the second day we arrived and the door was open, and we had certainly closed it. I didn't give zero stars because it wasn't possible. Worst accommodation experience of our lives.

El baño compartido pero estaba bien. quizás hubiese sido óptimo que cuenten con un dispenser de jabón aunque sea sabiendo que uno no viaja con tanto. Si bien Florencia es pequeño está a 30’ caminando de la zona turística y si estás solo un día quizás resulta incómodo. La cama cómoda y la habitación amplia.

Principalmente no me gustó que intentaran cobrarnos 6euros por persona y noche cuando ya estaba todo incluido, y sobre todo por eso ni volvería ni lo recomiendo. Luego la cama y la almohada eran incómodas, colchones muy antiguos. Ni secador ni la mitad de cosas que aparece que tienen, habitación no insonorizada y mosquitos por todas partes. Es una pena que un espacio tan grande lo tengan tan mal cuidado y aprovechado, solo busca sacar dinero a los turistas con lo mínimo.

N’ayant pas accès à ma boîte mail, j’ai eu beaucoup de problèmes pour entrer dans l’immeuble. J’ai vraiment cru que j’allais rester dans la rue. De plus, la personne au téléphone ne parlait qu’anglais et n’était pas très coopérative. À l’intérieur de l’immeuble, tout est très vieux : - Difficulté à ouvrir les fenêtres en bois des années 30, mauvaise isolation phonique (nous n’y avons pas touché). - La douche est limite dangereuse : le rideau ne tient qu’à un fil, le cadre de la douche est mal fixé, avec un réel risque d’accident ! - Verrou de porte cassé. - Il faisait déjà chaud en avril, alors en été cela doit être un véritable four ! - Rue très bruyante. - Loin du centre, avec un passage par un souterrain fréquenté par des personnes sans-abri (peu rassurant). Sur les quatre appartements que j’ai loués pendant mon séjour en Italie, c’est le seul qui m’a fortement déçu. Je confirme les avis négatifs laissés sur Booking. Le but ici ne semble pas être de satisfaire le client, mais plutôt d’empocher le maximum en dépensant le minimum. Il serait souhaitable que Booking effectue davantage de contrôles, même si je comprends que cela ne soit pas simple. Mon conseil pour éviter de gâcher vos vacances : regardez d’autres annonces si possible. Sinon, vous aurez été prévenus.

• Philipp (4/5): - Bei Anreise roch das Zimmer wie ein Hallenbad. Intensiver Chlorgeruch. Dazu in einer Zimmer-Ecke umfangreicher Schimmelbefall und ein stark beschädigtes Lattenrost im Einzelbett. Absolut liebloses Zimmer. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank am Kopfende des Bettes als Nachttisch. Das Brummen des Kühlschranks also direkt am Ohr. Herrlich! Man hat die Wahl: Entweder kalte Getränke oder erholsamer Schlaf. Wir sind nach einer Nacht aus der Unterkunft abgereist. Der Kontakt zum Ansprechpartner führte zwar schnell zur Beseitigung des Schimmels und zur Reparatur des Bettes, aber wir wollten nicht bleiben. Der Gastgeber stellte danach auf stur. Keine Reaktion auf Nachrichten. Ich bat um einen Kompromiss und eine Teilrückzahlung. Nichts! Der Vermieter stellte bei booking.com ein, dass wir kurz vor Anreise storniert hätten, somit also keinen Anspruch auf Rückzahlung hatten. Nach vielen Mails und Telefonaten erklärte sich booking.com bereit, eine kleine Summe als Gutschein zu erstatten. Wenn Florenz, dann besser nicht diese Unterkunft!

• Giuliapia (3/5): Sconsigliato! - L’unica cosa comoda era che abbiamo soggiornato lì per un concerto ed era molto vicino al Nelson Mandela forum Bagni sporchi, ho dovuto comprare amuchina e disinfettanti per poterne usufruire del servizio, appartamento vecchio, bagni in comune con altri ospiti, finita la carta igienica quando ne abbiamo chiesta altra ci hanno detto che non c’era. Fortuna che era solo per una notte.

En mi precio ya estaba pagada la tasa municipal por 3 personas (6 euros por cabeza) un total de 18€ por ser una habitación triple a pesar de hacer la reserva para 2 con lo cual me cobraron la tasa de una persona a mayores. Y aún por encima luego me pidieron que dejase 12 euros a mayores en efectivo en la habitación correspondiente a los 6 euros de tasa x los 2 usuarios. Vamos que me querían cobrar tasa para 5 personas.

• Mickael (3/5): Je n'y retournerai jamais... - Chambre spacieuse et volume agréable. Le logement peut convenir pour un court séjour si l’on cherche simplement un endroit où dormir à Florence. A condition de ne pas rechercher du confort. La propreté laisse à désirer : couettes poussiéreuses (probablement peu lavées), sol en pavés difficile à nettoyer, et salle de bain commune dont l’entretien semble irrégulier. Le rideau de douche partagé n’est pas très hygiénique. Isolation sonore inexistante : on entend facilement les autres occupants. L’ensemble donne davantage l’impression d’une auberge de jeunesse que d’un hébergement au prix d’un hôtel. Logement assez éloigné du centre historique et situé en zone ZTL, ce qui complique l’accès en voiture. Communication avec le gérant limitée : réponses uniquement sur les aspects administratifs et financiers, aucune aide concernant le stationnement ou l’accès en ZTL, mais très réactif pour la taxe de séjour. Taxe de séjour élevée par rapport à d’autres villes comme Rome. Donne l’impression d’un ancien appartement transformé en plusieurs chambres.

The host did not answer my questions at all, he is only available on WhatsApp and asks for personal information there. There is no kitchen or communal space except for the hallway, and there is a small refrigerator in the room. The accommodation is located in an old building, with a corresponding technical standard, but this is okay, suitable for a short stay and sleeping.

You can easily find cafes, bars, restaurants, and transport nearby. The double bed was not so comfortable. There was a problem with bed assembly; one of the iron bars under the mattress was broken.
