• Andreas (4/5): Sehr laut und heruntergekommen. - Die Lage ist gut. Sehr zentral. Vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal tut viel, um den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu machen. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es sehr laut. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Pub, der bis tief in die Nacht Musik spielt. Wenn dann noch ein Europapokalspiel mit englischen Fußballfans in der Stadt ist, geht dort die Party mit Trommeln und Trompeten bis um 4 Uhr in der Früh. Wir konnten dann ein Zimmer nach hinten heraus und ohne Fenster bekommen. Das war allerdings sehr klein und ohne jeglichen Komfort. Generell war in den Zimmern viel kaputt (Safe, Fön, Schrank, Duschkopf, Steckdosenleiste und mehr). Zwar wurde es nach der Beschwerde schnell repariert, aber das wäre besser im Vorfeld geschehen.

• Andreas (8/5): Die Suite ist schön - Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Die Suite war dann sehr groß und schön. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Zimmern war auch alles funktionsfähig. Die Lage grundsätzlich gut. Vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lautstärke vom Pub gegenüber.

The hotel should provide some of the kitchen utensils and tea towels including tea and coffee like other hotels provide.

• Stojanovic (8/5): - Hotel je u blizini jednog od najvećih trgova, kao i u blizini najvećeg šetališta. Velika je pogodnost što su sve stanice javnog prevoza veoma blizu. Soba se čisti svaki drugi dan, prilikom čege se menja i posteljina koja je fenomenalna. Ono što se nama nije svidelo je udobnost sofe koja je veoma kratka i nije za spavanje, kao i to što je soba gledala na ulicu u kojoj je svake noći velika gužva i po celu noć je veoma bučno, pa je bilo vrlo teško spavati.
• nastasiia (10/5): вид с терассы супер - брали люкс с терассой, вид супер! ну до люкса ему далеко)) но все чистенько, локация тоже супер! истикляль 2 мин ходьбы, в стамбуле мы раз 20… все здесь знаем, в отель на такси а обратно на метро в аэропорт истамбул-удобно 1 пересадка и без пробок по вечерам очень плохой интернет, почти не работал.. на терассе нет сиденьев.. были только 2 мини табуретки и 1 министолик в номере, посуда есть вся, но не оставили ни средство мыть посуду ни даже губку..

• Olga (10/5): Очень удачное расположение! - Нам все очень понравилось! Номер соответствует фото, все оформлено в едином стиле. Номер очень компактный, но в то же время все продумано, тесноты не ощущается. Отдельно хочется отметить наличие зеркала в полный рост на входной двери. 👍🏻 Горячая вода без перепадов, напор хороший. В номере тепло. Вайфай стабильный. Минимальный набор посуды есть, чайник, плита, микроволновка и холодильник- исправно работали. Постели и полотенца чистые. Расположение просто шикарное - 3 минуты неспешного шага от метро и площади Таксим. Благодарим команду отеля за гостеприимство! ❤️ Так как мы целыми днями гуляли по Стамбулу и в отель приходили только спать, незначительные мелочи, такие как легкая усталость интерьера и небольшая группка муравьев в районе кухни, нас никак не тревожили. Все отлично! 👍🏻

• Maryna (6/5): - I appreciate they accepted an early check in. I arrived to Istanbul early in the morning, so it was a life saver. When the property was new, for sure it was way nicer than now. Now it's so worn out and seriously need some maintenance. Little sofa was quite dirty, same as the microwave and kitchen stuff, rusty tap in the kitchennette, shower door broken. The place is SUPER loud since it's located right at the little street full of bars and pubs, and the windows are facing one of the pubs.
• Areti (8/5): Καλή - Τέλεια τοποθεσία στην πλατεία Ταξίμ. Σε δύο λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στον πιο εμπορικό πεζόδρομο της Κωνσταντινούπολης με πρόσβαση στο γραφικό τράμ. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Με βοήθησαν σε ότι χρειάστηκα με πολύ ευγένεια. Προτείνεται για διαμονή 2-3 ημερών αλλά σε μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο. Πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο. Σχεδόν αποπνικτικό. Δεν υπήρχε χώρος να ανοίξεις ούτε τη χειραποσκευή. Για να ανοίξει το παράθυρο έπρεπε να ανέβεις στο κρεβάτι, και άνοιγε με ανάκληση ώστε δεν περνούσε αρκετός ο αέρας.

Есть лифт, хороший WiFi, горячая вода, мини кухня в номере с посудой. Кондиционер работает на тепло. Чистое и достаточно новое постельное белье и полотенца. Приветливый персонал. Большой балкон и Красивый вид на мечеть. В целом хороший отель, есть пара моментов, которые надо просто починить или заменить. Дверь на балкон не закрывается до конца, весь шум с улица был в комнате, особенно это мешало на рассвете. Ремонт уставший, где-то обои отпадают, где-то мебель поломана. На диванах страшные старые пледы в пятнах (замените их, очень портят впечатление от номера)

• JALAT (9/5): I recommend it to anyone - I had a very pleasant stay at IQ HOTEL in Istanbul. The security was excellent, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The location is perfect, very convenient and close to many important places, which made moving around the city easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was good; the rooms and common areas were always very clean and well maintained. I also appreciated that housekeeping was done regularly every two days, which shows great attention to comfort and hygiene. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again Some old mattress and furnitures but not much

• Sergey (8/5): Отель очень близко к площади Таксим - Нам необходимо было провести ночь в Стамбуле, так как наш вылет был только на следующий день. Мы доехали из аэропорта на автобусе до площади Таксим и этот отель находится примерно в 700 метрах от остановки автобуса. С этой же остановки на следующий день нам нужно было уехать обратно в аэропорт и продолжить путь. Этот отель - это было логистическое решение в нашем случае. Отель находится практически на самой площади Таксим и рядом много кафе, ресторанов и магазинов. У вас не будет проблем с едой. Также совсем рядом пешеходная улица с магазинами. Сам отель, в принципе, нормальный, и для нашей задачи он вполе подходил. Отель маленький, но в нём есть мини-лифт, номер был для двоих вполне адекватный по размерам. Мы не пользовались кухней в номере, использовали только холодильник, мы были в номере меньше суток. Отель, видно, что давно "уставший" и требует внутренней реставрации или ремонта. Отель находится на маленькой улице, где много кафе и ресторанов, и почти у всех кафе столы на улице. Соответственно всю ночь была музыка, смех и иной шум почти до самого утра. Закрытые окна не помогают особенно, так как окна тонкие и деревянные, это не стеклопакеты. Я не знаю как обстоят дела с шумом в течении зимы, но в начале октября было так. Если вы чутко спите, то вам нужно учитывать этот факт или купить заранее беруши. Мы переночевали, позавтракали в ближайшем кафе и уже в полдень уехали из отеля в аэропорт. Для нашей задачи этот отель подходил вполне нормально. Персонал в отеле приветливый. Ночью бывает шумно от ближайших кафе и ресторанов.

Calle muy ruidosa. Con tapones para dormir. Colchon incómodo. Deberían de cambiarlo. Y darle un lavado de cara a las paredes, ya que tenían manchas de humedad.

Aria condizionata top. Prezzo. Vecchissima. Nella nostra camera c’era una finestra in alto che non aveva più la maniglia quindi a volte si apriva all’improvviso anche in piena notte. Insonorizzazione pessima, durante il richiamo alla preghiera delle 5 del mattino sembrava di stare dentro la moschea, non una cosa piacevole ecco. Inoltre tutti i mobili vecchissimi, il bagno cadeva a pezzi. Le altre recensioni ci avevano avvertito ma il prezzo ci ha convinto e tornando indietro forse cambierei albergo.

• Hamza (10/5): An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Taksim! - I usually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves an exception. Located right in the heart of Taksim, just steps away from the metro and bus stations, the location is simply perfect. I booked a 34 m² suite for 10 days and informed the hotel that it was for our honeymoon. To my surprise, they went above and beyond with a beautiful romantic decoration, the suite was filled with fresh, colorful flowers and small candles. The suite itself was very clean, spacious, and decorated in an attractive traditional Turkish style, which made the atmosphere even more special and charming. It included a kitchen with all the necessary amenities, a hot water shower with excellent pressure, and a panoramic view from two balconies and large windows overlooking the Taksim Mosque. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. And the price? Absolutely unbeatable for the value provided. Highly recommended and without a doubt, we’ll be coming back!

• Khosrow (1/5): Never stay here - Absolutely Nothing Disappointing Experience at IQ Hotel Istanbul I recently stayed at IQ Hotel and I have to say that my experience was completely different from what was shown in the pictures and descriptions on the website. I had booked a five-person suite which, according to the advertisements, was supposed to have comfortable beds and full amenities. However, when I entered the suite, I found that none of the beds were there, and instead, we had to sleep on couches, which was far from ideal. The website and photos advertised balconies and comfortable beds, but in reality, the balconies were tiny and the suite was cramped. The space and comfort were nothing like what I had expected. Also, the promised breakfast was completely absent. One of the biggest issues with this hotel was the rude behavior of the staff. When I asked them about the problems with the room, they were unhelpful and didn’t offer any solutions. Their attitude was extremely disrespectful. Additionally, the rooms had serious hygiene issues. The walls were damp, which made the experience even worse and unpleasant. Another major issue was the noise. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, and the sounds from outside were disturbing throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, this hotel was nothing like what it seemed in the pictures and advertisements. I would strongly recommend researching more thoroughly before booking this hotel and reading other guest reviews.

Very noisy from clubs all night and then call to prayer at 6.15am. Water cut out twice while I was there so ended up staying somewhere else for 2 of my 8 nights.

• Tamina (9/5): Great experience! - Extremely friendly, helpful staff and beautiful rooms. The location of the hotel worked really well for our stay and we truly enjoyed our time in Istanbul. From the booking process to organising airport shuttle services and checking in/out, the staff of IQ Hotel did absolutely everything to ensure we had a positive experience. The only thing that could perhaps be an issue is the volume outside the hotel, as it is located on a very busy street, in the middle of a very busy part of the city, meaning: loud music and loud voices until late at night. We were aware of this, however, and prepared accordingly by bringing earplugs or going out at night ourselves :)

• Tahir (10/5): Lovely stay, lovely staff... - Location was very good, ideal for someone who is on holiday. M2 line is a few minutes walk and connects to all the major attractions. Staff are really friendly and very helpful, they will advise which tours that match your budget to go for and arrange pick up and drop off. The cleaning staff are really friendly and trustworthy, they came every second day and cleaned the room, never to touch any of our personal belongings. Hotel is very close to a busy high street, you can find all the top brand and theres really nice places to eat. There's a brilliant restaurant across the road, that has food to suit most budgets, also a off licence which is open till late. I would highly advise anyone to stay here if they are on holiday as it a perfect location to be. You can get to most places really quickly using the metro and price is really good value. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no washing facilities for your cloths. But there is a dry cleaners just up the road. This is not the hotels fault as space for them is a issue.
