На мой взгляд очень удобное расположение, в шаговой доступности Истикляль, Гала башня. Нет в самом отеле функции завтрака, но поблизости много кафе, где можно покушать.

El chico de recepción es un encanto, nos ayudó en todo e, incluso, contratamos un Transfer al aeropuerto, lo gestionó y nos ayudó con un objeto perdido en él. La ubicación es muy buena, está a 5 min de Taksim Square. Las camas son muy cómodas. El barrio es un poco regulero, pero no es peligroso para nada. La mampara de la ducha estaba rota y no había ni siquiera gel de manos.

La propreté à certains endroits, l'hôtel est un peu vieillissant mais si vous recherchez un prix et un emplacement central ce logement correspond aux attentes.

We stayed on the fourth floor with a nice view over the roofs of some of the neighboring buildings. Friendly and helpful staff! Elevator is not working, but the staff helped us carry our luggage to the fourth floor. The place is clean but not modern.
• Marcos (5/5): Bien predispuestos pero con mucho por mejorar - El personal era amable y bien predispuesto, cuando pedíamos algo lo hacían de forma expeditiva y eficaz. Nos tuvieron las valijas varios días antes de que hicieramos el check in mientras hacíamos un viaje a otro lado sin ningún problema. La cama era defectuosa (se hundía en las esquinas), las sabanas eras muy malas (no había cubrecolchón sino una sabana que ser corría al más mínimo movimiento). El ascensor no funcionaba y eran 2 pisos por escalera empinada. No había casi nunca alguien de recepción. No nos limpiaron en 4 días la habitación, tuvimos que dejar anotado en un papel si nos pudieran dar más jabón y papel higiénico porque no encontrabamos personal (cosa que hicieron, pero nunca limpiaron la habitación). Para ir a Sultanahmet había que sí o sí combinar transportes, no esta cerca de un metro ni un tranvía y no hay ningun colectivo que te deje en el casco histórico, había siempre que tomarse un colectivo al puente de Galata y de ahí combinar.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - Overall, this is a great place to stay. It's definitely budget accommodation, but very affordable and comfortable. My room was ready early, so they let me in at 10am. Air-conditioning worked well, shower was hot, plenty of teabags and coffee. Multiple buses from the main road and metro shit 10 minutes walk. Soundproofing wasn't the best, but not so bad that I won't recommend this place.
• Kirill (6/5): Pleasant - Very nice location to explore Taksim surroundings. The street is quite quiet compared to the ones nearby. The ceiling lamp in the room gave almost no light at all. Overall the room was not very clean, and there is mold in the bathroom.

Large, comfortable beds, cleaning every 2-3 days. 2 minutes away from Istiklal street and close to trams/buses that will take you to all of the tourist areas. Mold in the bathroom (floor & ceiling). Holes in the floor covered by carpets. My foot went trough one hole near the bathroom door.

The room style and colors make you feel at home. The location is close to Taksim/Istiklal. And near the police station. Also there are some kofte shops and groceries around. Boulevard köftecisi was the best of all I highly recommend it. Our stay was great Thank you Ali Some noises from the street. But this is normal in Beyoğlu

• Ludivine (10/5): Exceptional - The Pandora Residence hotel met all my expectations for my stay in Istanbul. I originally booked for four nights but ended up staying nearly 15 days. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good bed and a bathroom equipped with all the essentials—shampoo, shower gel, etc. The location is very close to everything; you just have to cross a street to find all the restaurants, bars, and places of interest. The internet connection is excellent for those who need to work online. I’d be happy to stay here again.

• Rouven (1/5): Can NOT recommend!! - My room had mold in it and the air was really bad. After complaining they gave me another room which was way smaller than the one I booked and had no balcony. Also every time I lay in bed my whole body started itching for some reason. I can NOT recommend this place!!

No big hills to climb to get to these places unlike other places in this area I've stayed in. You get what you pay for. It was cheap so the facilities reflected that but still good for the price. I cannot fault it

Very close to Taksim and Istiklal Caddesi. Everything was OK for a cheap stay. Mattresses weren’t too comfortable, room was a bit small, and the bathroom could be improved, but it’s still excellent value for its price.

Hot water, aircon, everything worked the way is was supposed. Friendly staff. The elevator didn't work (according to the reviews it hasn't been working for years), 4th floor is quite a climb. My room was booked by someone else, so i had to move to another. I got a discount, but still it's not very professional.

I highly recommend that hotel. In the end it was really sad to leave Istanbul, because this hotel had provided us a good vacation.

• Ahmed (10/5): I'm very happy I chose this hotel - First of all, the location is very good. It is 1 minute away from Istiklal Street, which is the main tourist street of Istanbul. It is also in a safe area with good access to any facility and right next to a police station. Secondly, the room we got (105 2nd floor) was very comfortable. Good bathroom and hot water, comfortable bed, very good air conditioning good fridge, wardrobe etc. The elevator doesn't work, but it's not an issue since the stairs are easy. We were on the second floor and would probably use the stairs in most days anyway. If you have trouble carrying bags, I believe the staff there are willing to help. Thirdly, you can't hear others from their rooms because the rooms are not attached to each other, unlike many cheap hotels. This is an issue even in some 5 star hotels. However, note that you can hear people going up and down the stairs, and they can probably hear you from your room as well, but that's expected in any small hotel. Fourthly, Azad was very friendly and trustworthy. For the price, I think it is difficult to find better value in Istanbul, especially given the location. Maybe they can add a small lighting near the wardrobe. But I mean, for the price and value you get, you can't complain much. Azad can also give us restaurant recommendations earlier as it was too late to try a nice restaurant he recommended 😅 I also recommend bringing earplugs if you sleep a bit late into the morning as the sound of people going down and up the stairs can be inconvenient. However, this is totally expected from a small hotel, and with earplugs, I slept with no issues at all.

• Dax (5/5): Adequate budget accommodation but would not recommend for solo female travellers. - The room was clean and shower worked well. Owner and staff were friendly and helpful. It was a cheap stay, so my expectations were low. While the location of the hotel is quite central, the area itself is a bit dodgy. I arrived at night and my taxi driver was very eager to get out of there! The elevator does not work and never will, so if you are not a fan of stairs, avoid. My toilet seat was completely loose and considering how cheap it is to fix that, it is an unacceptable discomfort. The staff & owner were friendly and helpful, but there was nobody at the desk on arrival and the front door is locked so I found myself standing on the street in the dark trying to get hold of someone to let me in.

Staff made the stay - - Friendly staff - Good on a budget - Location - Close to public transport links The staff were great, friendly, welcoming and accommodating, overall we had a great stay at Taksim Pandora. - Not a lot! - Location Location also on the negative side, wouldn’t call it a negative but just on the side of caution if you’re a solo traveller, the street leading up to the hotel can be a little dark at night.

He got me 2 extra rooms at the very last minute and made the necessary arrangements regarding our comfort. Later, he also arranged with a friend to show me a flat as I wanted to stay longer in Istanbul. I appreciated he went the extra mile. He was always available for any help and questions I could have, so even though I've had my babies too, overall it was a great stay. I recommend it 100%. Teşekkür ederim Ali! Nothing! I only would like to suggest having some coffee available, maybe small sachets, but this is my personal choice. I drank coffee outside and it wasn't a problem for me at all.
