• Jatin (9/5): value for money and good staff - the location is premium, around 300m from the tram station, can walk to sultanahmet as well. Staff was really good and helpful, he also helped us with arranging the taxi for saw airport. Birds and prayers sound early morning will sometime break the sleep
• Iuliia (8/5): Если приедем ещё, готовы жить тут снова. - Отличное расположение - в центре старого города, рядом много достопримечательностей, уютные аутентичные улочки :) Хозяин порекомендовал хорошее место для еды - недорого, просто, сытно, вкусно. Полотенца в номере меняли каждый день. Принадлежности для мытья (шампунь, мыло..) - всего достаточно. В первый и последний день - хозяин позволил оставить вещи на ресепшене ( в ожидании заселения и перед окончательным отъездом). Спасибо:) Бытовые мелочи в номере 6 - на них можно не обращать внимания, т.к. мы не сидели дома, а гуляли целыми днями. Надеюсь, к следующему разу хозяин всё устранит и поправит: не очень хорошо уходила вода в раковине. Хорошо бы добавить крючков при входе: для куртки, зонта, пакета.. Так же, хорошо бы добавить в ванной комнате: полочку (под мыло, щётки, зубную пасту и др.), крючки для ручных полотенец. Хорошо бы обновить плиту на кухне и тоже добавить: крючок для полотенца или бумажное полотенце. Заселили нас на 1 час позже обещанного, но любезное общение, чистота и доброжелательность - позволили быстро забыть неприятный момент.

• Abdelhak (8/5): فندق مناسب للجميع - فندق ممتاز صالح للعائلات، في الاستقبال يوجد السيد أحمد و هو شخص ظريف، طيب، بشوش ، يتكلم أيضا بالعربية... يعرض عليك جميع النصائح و الخدمات و يلبي جميع الطلبات. بالنسبة للفندق موقعه ليس ببعيد عن المسجد الازرق،و لو أنه يتواجد بزقاق منحدر،هناك بعض الصعوبة في الوصول إليه أول مرة ،يجب استعمال Maps لتسهيل الوصول إليه،مظهره الخارجي يحتاج الى اعادة تزيين و صباغة ليصبح بمظهر أنيق و جميل يغري السياح بالنزول فيه،أما غرفه من الداخل فهي نظيفة ،ممتازة ، أنيقة ،واسعة و توفر ظروف الراحة . و هو قريب من جميع المرافق الضرورية : محلات تجارية ،مطاعم،محلات ديكور و البزار ،مسجد، حدائق كبيرة و ملاعب للاطفال... بالنسبة للثمن فهو مناسب جدا. لا يوجد مصعد،المدخل الرئيسي و المظهر الخارجي للفندق يحتاج الى تزيين و تحسين.

• BRAHIM (9/5): Good experience - The staff was very nice Abdullah and Ahmed. The location was very good. The room was clean. I didn't like the double bed, it wasn't comfortable. But the single bed and the sofa bed were good. In the bathroom, there wasn't accessories where to put the soap and the teeth brushes.

We felt like home. The apartment location was very near to Cemberlitas tram station. Only 3 to 5 minutes walking. The room cleaned every day with fresh towel. • Yasmina (6/5): Ni estuvo mal, ni estuvo bien - - El hotel está cerca de la calle principal donde están las tiendas (subiendo dos calles muy empinadas hacia arriba) - Hay un supermercado y muchas cafeterías y restaurantes alrededor. - El gerente es muy amable, te ayuda en subir el material al igual que resolver cualquier problema. - La habitación tiene 3 ventanas grandes y entra un fresquito + ves el atardecer. (En los pisos de arriba) - Teníamos a disposición muchas toallas de diferentes tamaños. - La forma de la cama me gusto mucho y pega con el color de la pared. - Se escucha el adhan de las mezquitas muy fuerte y bonito. - En todas las plantas había cámara de seguridad, nos sentimos muy bien protegidos. - Bonita olor en las escaleras (pero estaban sucias, no se limpiaban a diario y se acumulaba basura) - La chica de la limpieza es muy amable y nos entendimos a través del Translate. - Escaleras empinadas hacia arriba, sin ascensor. - El agua caliente tarda un rato hasta que llegan. - Durante la noche se oía un ruido muy fuerte que procedía de la ventana. Seguramente del aire acondicionado de los vecinos de arriba o al lado. - MUCHA humedad en el baño (acumulado durante meses), a tal grado que costaba respirar. (Si es que tardabas dentro) - También había humedad en el techo de la habitación y debajo de las cortinas. Teníamos que dormir con las ventanas 24 horas abiertas. - Los platos y el hornillo estaban sucios de las otras personas que lo usaron. - La cuna de bebé que te ofrecen viene sin colchón, teníamos que usar toallas y cojines como colchón. Y la cuna estaba muuy sucia por todos lados. - El suelo estaba sucio, no estaba fregado. Solo al entrar me encontré muchos pelos largos. - Sabiendo que íbamos con una bebé, nos dieron la habitación más arriba del todo. Siento que no estuvo bien organizado. - La nevera en la habitación estaba muy sucia. - Se me caían juguetes debajo del sofá o cama y al cogerlos estaban llenos de suciedad y pus + encontraba basura no recogida de los anteriores huéspedes. - Por la noche se escuchaba mucho ruido afuera. Por ejemplo: coches con música alta, el camión de la basura… - Delante del hotel hay dos cubos de basura, donde todos vienen a tirar allí al acabar el día. - Siento que ese hotel no está hecho para familias, especialmente con niños. Afuera al subir los escalones al hotel, falta una RAMPA. Ya que hay como un hueco vacío en el suelo, que sino te das cuenta pues podrías resbalar.

• Babar (2/5): - The (yellow) neighbourhood cat wich i loved to hold in my hands. 😄🐈 Let me start off by saying that i have not come across a more dirty bathroom till i visited this place (unfortunately). The bathroom was full of mold, staines and hairs (i think the uploaded pictures says enough). Talking about hairs, the roomservice is led by a older (Turkish) women who always for some reason left hair everywhere around my room (including the bathroom). I don't know why, but these particulair women do have something against Arab looking people (wich i am not by the way 🤣); the looks says a thousand words. However, it did not stayed with looks: these evil women even scratched the hell out of my phone wich was charging during roomservice time (i was outside buying groceries, see the pictures if you think i am not telling the truth). Lucky me that i came on time back: i noticed my (pretty expensive) watch was not at the place where i left it. Within seconds of mentioning it "magically" appeared at the right place, where i left it. I saw the scratches on my phone later that day. They also (partly) ripped my traditional Arabic clothes (see pictures) I really dont understand these women. I even tipped them, greeted them always with a smile but they treated me like garbage basicaly. I mean you could see the hate in their eyes, i really don't know why or how. If i did someone wrong, i would totally understand why. This is just pure hatred for no damn reason unfortunately. Talking about the room: bed was OK. The thin curtains however, in combination with the streetnoise wich started daily from around The only thing postive was the receptionist, who was always friendly (both on Whatsapp, where he approached me, as in real life). I forgot my Bose headphones after checking out and after reaching out to him he did took care of these headphones and held it apart for me. I really appreciated this move by him, shows me that not everyone working in this (moldy) hotel is a thief/scammer.

There is a locked parking place for 15 euro per day right across the hotel which is a very helpful option in the old town centre. The hotel itself is on a walking distance from most of the historical places and museums. It was old and especially the bathroom was very dirty. The kitchenette was ... One hot water kettle and a microwave with missing plate, dirty forks and spoons, plates. If I would visit it again will be only because of the kind personnel.

• Sadia (10/5): - J'ai passé 10 jours exceptionnels dans cet hôtel, il est super bien placé, il est à 10 minutes à pied de Sultanahmet où il y a la mosquée bleue et Hagia Sofia, et en plus de ça il est super bien desservi avec la ligne du tram qui mène à toutes les stations importantes comme Camberlitas. Il y a des supérettes et des laveries juste en bas ouverts jusqu'à très tard le soir. J'ai utilisé la mini cuisine de notre chambre cela m'a permis de préparer le petit-déjeuner le matin. En descendant la petite pente on arrive sur une grande route avec pleins de restaurants et des boutiques souvenirs. Je recommande Capricorn by Otantik à tous. Allez y les yeux fermés. J'ai tout apprécié je n'ai rien à reprocher.

• Zubair (1/5): Not clean, very cramped and it’s at the bottom of the hill which means where ever you go you have a hill to climb - Nothing Hi, I’d like to raise some concerns about our stay so far. * There’s no hot water after midnight, which has made things difficulties as we returned home after 35 degrees heat . * The bidet is broken and needs repairing. * There are dirty stains on the walls, which is not acceptable and unwelcoming. * We requested linen to be changed, but it hasn’t been done. * Stained Bedsheet – The bedsheet provided had visible stains, which is both unhygienic and disappointing. * Also, the apartment was advertised for 6 people, but it feels very small and claustrophobic for our group. This isn’t what we expected based on the listing, and we’re really disappointed. We hope these issues can be addressed as soon as possible, and we would also like to ask about compensation for the inconvenience caused. Looking forward to your quick response. Best regards,

• Liezel (7/5): Good, clean accomodation in a great location for exploring on foot. Reasonably priced for clean but basic accommodation. - The property is situated in the heart of the old town. Easy access to all the famous sites and the Grand bazaar. The area has quite a few steep roads. It was hard getting our luggage to and from the property from the public transport station.
