• Francesco (6/5): - Top Lage Ein viel zu kleines Bett. 1,60 m breit is einfach , so schön die Villa auch sein mag , einfach zu klein und hat mit Urlaub und Genuss nichts zu tun ..!! Ansonsten völlig in Ordnung
• Eva (9/5): Sehr gute Lage, schöne Unterkunft - Die Küche im 2. OG sah gut aus, war allerdings nur für eine Nacht da und habe sie nicht genutzt. Schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Das Zimmer hatte zwar einen Fernseher, es war aber kein Sender rein zu bekommen.

• Eliette (9/5): Schöne Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage. - Schönes Haus. Zimmer komfortabel und hübsch eingerichtet. Kaffee und Sandwiches jeden Morgen im Foyer. Ruhige Lage am Park. Geh weiter zum Zentrum. Alles bestens. Es gibt nur leider keine Möglichkeit, das Gepäck nach dem auschecken noch im Haus zu lassen.

• Winfried (9/5): - Ruhig, sehr schönes großes Zimmer. In meinem Raum konnte ich schlecht arbeiten, u.a fehlte eine Schreibtischlampe, das Personal war aber super bemüht und ich konnte in ein grosses Zimmer in der Downtown-Dependence umziehen ohne Aufpreis.
• Christiane (6/5): eigentlich sehr scön, aber - alles war sehr gut Die reinigungskraft hat uns sehr unschön früh morgens geweckt, indem sie sehr lautstark in dem Appartement über uns sauber gemacht hat!!!

(9/5): Super Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage! - Die Villa liegt in einer außerordentlich schönen Gegend, unweit des Fernsehturms und der Innenstadt.Das Studio ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gepflegt. Ein toller Blick in den Garten bietet Entspannung und Wohlfühlaroma. Zum Lesen lädt ein kleiner Verandabereich mit Sessel ein.

• FERHAT (10/5): Villa Life is sweet - Sparkling clean! No water cooking device in the room, only one shared for the entire house
• Nils (9/5): Entspannte Lage mit Papageien Wecker - top Lage zur Innenstadt aber sehr ruhig gelegen am Park. Wecker war unnötig - dafür gibt es die Papageien im Garten Flasche Wasser im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen, da keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden ist.
• Frank van de Kamp (9/5): - Comfortable beds, spacious room, well equipped with a small kitchen. And a large bathroom with a good shower. The instructions and communication were really good. And we liked te location a lot! Within walking distance of the city centre, but also directly attached to the park and the riverside so we could easily walk our dog.

• Francoise (10/5): Eine schöne Villa in ruhiger und zentraler Lage - Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Unkomplizierter Check-In über den Schlüsselsafe. Der Untere Luisenpark und Neckar ist direkt vor Tür, herrlich!

• Peter (8/5): Empfehlenswet - Liegt in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil Mannheims an einer ruhigen Straße. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Reinigungskraefte haben sich früh morgens im benachbarten Waschraum unterhalten, das war sehr störend.

Close both to nature & the city center - service minded staf - Quiet & peaceful, dogfriendly, the park & the river right at the door step and walking distance to the city center. There were no place in the rubbish to collect the compost….and the extra fee for bringing a dog was a bit expensive.

• Natalya (7/5): Good - Easy to check in (no reception). Clean common kitchen on the 2nd floor. Clean room. Everything is recently renovated. I got the room on the roof floor: after a very hot day it was also quite hot inside. The conditioner is a potable one and quite noisy, impossible to leave for a night. Small window with a plastic shield (what for?) also wasn't helping.

• Hubert (10/5): Stayed here many times and still our first choice when in Mannheim as very convenient for us. - The only BIG disadvantage being that there is no Reception and no number you can call or WhatsApp if you have a problem. One often has guests parking near the Entrance blocking the way down. A sign would help.
• Tobias (9/5): Superb - Quiet and convenient location. Park nearby. Very clean rooms. Mini-fridge available. Walking distance to some restaurants (<10min). A bit longer to downtown (~20min). Free street parking in about 100m distance (a bit luck is needed). Key card system was working a bit random... In my room the mini-fridge was rather loud, I unpluged it.
