• Blanka (10/5): S personalem jsme neprisli do styku, tak tezko hodnotit. - Krasne zrekonstruovany statek, hned vedle rybniky a stado kravicek, ktere jsme rano a vecer chodili krmit travou. Dostupne grily, ohniste k opekani parku, hriste pro deti, uzevreny areal. Mozna trochu peclivejsi uklid - pavuciny v rozich, na prapetech.

• Jean (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft in der Nähe von Budweis in ländlicher Umgebung - Wir haben hier drei Nächte verbracht und Budweis, Pilsen und die Umgebung besucht. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht um einige Tage zu verbringen und die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. In der Kochzelle hat es das notwendige Geschirr und Pfannen um leckere Menus vorzubereiten. Wir können gerne die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Es gab nicht zu bemängeln.

• Trobl (9/5): 95%spokojenost, skvěle ubytování i s malým prostorem na zlepšení k dokonalosti…… - Prostor i zařízeni apartmá 302, příjemné matrace i bavlněné povlečeni, sítě v oknech, pobyt s domácími mazlíčky, nekuřácké prostory… Nemůžu říci nelíbilo ale tip na zlepšení …Škoda povrchu rybníčků pokrytých nevzhledným žabincem, chybějící škrabka na brambory zeleninu…mizerné pingpongové míčky, příjemná by byla větší sleva při delším pobytu, neodpovídající propagace místní prodejny (žádné pečivo - jen na objednávku předem) …nic z toho ale žádný zásadní problém…

• Pavla (9/5): Víkendový pobyt - Zajímavé ubytování, moc krásně provedeno. Velmi se mi líbilo, že jsme se mohli podívat na fotky ale i virtuální prohlídku předem a vše vypadá skutečně jako na fotkách. Postele příjemné, vybavení naprosto dostačující, všeho dostatek ( příbory, sklenice, sklenice na víno, talíře, nádobí, příbory, nože).... Jednorázové pantofle super, i když pro větší nohy jsou užší. Prostředí, parkování i všude kolem dostatečně blízko na dojezd. Také je super, že člověk může dojet kdykoli, protože v den ubytování dostane zprávu s kódem. Jak jsme zaparkovali, byly vidět krabičky, našli jsme číslo pokoje a kódem si otevřeli krabičku s klíčem. Potom už můžete do apartmánu. Ten náš 302 byl opravdu super. Vstupní hala, koupelna, velký prostor s kuchyní, jídelním stolem ( pro nás tři v pohodě, jinak se nám zdál být menší, ale dělali jsme si jen snídaně), sedačkou a televizí a pěknou terasou, jeden i ten druhý pokoj s manželskou postelí a komorou a nočními stolky. Senzor na chodbě měl asi vybité baterky a strašně pípal, takže to bylo slyšet i přes svoje zavřené dveře do obývacího prostoru a bohužel trochu i do ložnicí. Také odpuzovače hlodavců v noci v ložnici hodně svítí. Trošku chyběly lampičky u nočních stolků a zásuvka je dál od postele, to jsou ale jen drobnosti. A pobyt se nám velmi líbil.
• Anna (9/5): Ciekawy apartament godny polecenia. - Bardzo ładny apartament, dobrze wyposażony, wygodne łóżka, szybkie łącze internetowe, klimatyzacja, bardzo cicha okolica. Problem stanowiły zwierzęta (ptaki i żaby), które w czasie wietrzenia mieszkania wskakiwały do środka. Poza tym brak w pobliżu nawet małego sklepu z podstawowymi produktami.

Tv with Netflix which was really useful for us. Lovely location. From the outside I wasn’t expecting the property to be as nice as it was because it was next to a large barn and a tractor but once you enter the complex it’s really sweet and pretty and the apartments had their own little front garden! It was so cute. The standard of the accommodation was really high. My 13 year old son who stayed with me said it was the nicest place he’s ever stayed and that it was better than a 5* hotel. I liked the fact that we had a code to enter the property and didn’t have to wait around to check in. Thanks for a lovely stay and I’d definitely recommend it. If we ever come to the area again we will stay again. Took me a while to find the entrance! Maybe the entrance door could be made slightly nicer with a big sign perhaps? The bed was slightly hard for my liking but that’s just personal preference. There was nothing I didn’t like about it though.
• Michał_89_ (2/5): Very poor - This is my first negative review in 10 years of traveling and using various travel portals. I apologize for my opinion, but it is primarily based on the quality of service provided by Mrs. Marie. We booked the apartment the day before and until the evening of the next day, we didn't receive any information from Marie about the accommodation code. Throughout the day, we sent emails, SMS messages, and tried to contact her unsuccessfully. When we arrived at the apartment, there was still no contact; we waited outside the door. Finally, someone called, but that wasn't the problem. Mrs. Marie seemed slightly annoyed that we were causing trouble. Later issues with the kettle, internet, and bathroom were treated as our problems, and there was a negative attitude towards our requests. I needed the internet for work the next day. The next day, there were issues with the toilet; poorly laid sewage pipes made the bathroom smell. Someone from the staff said we would be moved to another room. This didn't happen despite 8 calls during the day and messages with zero responses. The next day, Mrs. Marie claimed that supposedly, we called the wrong number, even though I said I could send a screenshot of the phone calls, where she deliberately stopped answering the phone. I am very sorry to write my first comment, but even after attempts to contact her later, she still believes that everything was fine on her part. I apologize, but unfortunately, I do not recommend it due to the lack of communication, internet, and the smell from the toilet. Limited communication with reception. Internet was not working when we arrived There is a smell from the bathroom due to a poorly installed drain The rooms are arranged next to each other and do not reflect the photo, but they are squeezed next to each other.
• Jozef (10/5): Excellent - Everything was perfect. A good size,cozy accommodation on the ground floor. Newly remodeled. Located in beautiful southern Bohemia countryside. Within reasonable distance of nice sightseeing towns. Well equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area. Comfy beds with the quality bedding. Spacey outside patio with the view of large courtyard. Very quiet place. Parking in front of the main gate We couldn't stay longer.
• Saray (10/5): Perfect accommodation in a remote spot. - Old stables, completely renewed with taste and romantic flair. Rooms and furniture are brand new. Bathtub with capacity for two; warm water is perfect. Very clean and very cosy. Huge shared courtyard with fireplace, roofed pingpong, grill and playground for kids. Towels, toiletries, hairdryer, and fully equipped kitchen with all the basics. Two big TVs. They admit pets and every room has a tinny fenced green courtyard for them to chill. The immediate surroundings are beautiful but nowhere to have a walk (cow meadows).
