- Salaheldin (7/5): This stay was unpleasant. - I usually stay in this hotel being close to my relatives house. This time the room was handed over unclean and full of dead mosquitoes scattered everywhere. When the receptionist was informed, he didn’t offer any solution just said sorry.

- Omar (1/5): - As per my last experience, The front desk manager’s behavior was unprofessional and discourteous. When I requested assistance, his response was dismissive, saying: "If you don’t like this, you can go to another hotel." When I asked to speak with the manager, he replied that he himself was the manager. Additionally, I attempted to file a complaint, but no number to call to file a complaint was provided. This experience was disappointing and did not meet expected hospitality standards. I do not believe I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

Kawałek od centrum, ale mi to nie przeszkadzało, w poblizu jest supermarket, a w tym samym budynku bardzo dobra libańska restauracja. Niektóre elementy wymagaja lekkiego remontu, ale nie przeszkadza to w korzystaniu z apartamentu.
