Beautifully clean apartments and we used all of them. The host was most helpful and went out of his way to be accommodation to our travel plans going the extra mile. I will definitely use these facilities again. Nothing to dislike at all clean and comfy with great location and really suits large groups

• Kath (3/5): More of a pod than a room, two mattresses in a box plus shower room. - Handy central location. Shower good. More of a cupboard than a room. The single beds turned out to be two narrow, spongy, single mattress side by side in a box. To get into bed had to climb over board at the foot and crawl up across the jelly like surface, nursing bruised shins. The width of this bed(s) was the width of the room. One hard chair, wall mounted TV, no space for anything else.

Cleanliness of the room was excellent The stairs to access the house the description mentioned upstairs of in a certain suite, but my goodness you wouldn’t want to be injured or elderly as this is a mission. Up a few near the front door then another steep curved staircase and another steep staircase up the sleeping area. There were no bins in the suite, no drinking glasses, the bathroom was extremely tight and you struggled to close or open the door due to the placement of the glass panel for the shower.

Avremmo gradito magari dei dispenser con bagnoschiuma e shampoo e sapone. 1 cestino per 4 persone e un soggiorno di 5 giorni un po’ poco come così la carta igienica. Ma detto ciò, che sono cose ovviamente ben superabili, null’altro da aggiungere. Anche nell’area comune consiglio di aggiungere caffè/the/tisane visto Comunque il prezzo che non è basso.

• Angela (5/5): War ok - Die Lage war super und das Zimmer an sich toll eingerichtet, sowie die Zimmeraufteilung. Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt als wir ankamen und war erstmal ein Schreck für uns. Betten vom Vorgänger noch, Handtücher flogen rum, Mülleimer voll, Toilette dreckig. Der Vermieter hat super schnell gehandelt und nach 1,5 Stunden war das Zimmer dann gereinigt. Was dann ok war. Nicht super sauber aber ok.

• Alexandra (8/5): Perfect little apartment for a quick trip. - Location! Clean and tidy on arrival. Mirror with two sinks to get ready. 4 comfy beds. Nice powerful shower. It had everything we needed. We were only there one night so it was the perfect place to get ready and head out. We didn't need anything else such as cooking appliances as we were eating out and back very late early hours. We even asked for early check in and got in by 1:30 so thank you :) Nothing it was great.

The bathroom is very good and the beds are comfortable. We only had a problem on the first night with the iron. As soon as we plugged it in, the circuit breaker tripped, leaving us in the dark. • Tobias (5/5): Kalt ohne Küche - Es war kalt keine richtige Heizung. Wenn das Wasser gepumpt werden musste war es richtig laut. Der Gemeinschaft Raum ist ein Platz für 5 Personen und bietet nur einen Wasserkocher und Kaffemaschine. Keine Teller oder sonst etwas. Es gibt keine Küche.
• Sara (2/5): Pictures are misleading — the house is neither clean nor spacious - THe locations near to the city center is the only positive from this apartment. Th eonly positive is that the owner allowed the team to leave the luggage untill 13h. The photos made the apartment look like a comfortable house, spread across several floors with a fully equipped kitchen as described. We rented the entire property for a total of 17 people, assuming we would have access to everything and that it would be comfortable. We were wrong. It started with the access codes: some were missing, meaning there were rooms we couldn’t even enter. The house itself is divided between a ground floor and a lower floor, connected by a very narrow staircase that is unsafe to descend with luggage. The only so-called common area is a tight corridor with just a few utensils, a coffee machine, and little else. There is no dining table, not even a microwave or anywhere to heat food. Not all rooms had a bathroom. On arrival, the towels were dirty, the bed sheets had visible stains, the floors hadn’t been vacuumed, and the bathrooms had clear signs of dirt — even the glasses in the bathrooms were filthy. After our first night, we complained, and the response was that the next day a few towels and sheets were left on top of the beds — not enough, and nothing was cleaned. Only after the second night did the host finally arrange for cleaning, and the house became somewhat acceptable. This was a work trip, where comfort and cleanliness are essential. To find dirty beds, dirty towels, and dirty floors was unacceptable. We feel we were misled, as the photos did not reflect the reality. The space is cramped and unhygienic. I will not return, and I do not recommend this property.

Access and Security was good. Customer service was great. Bedding was clean. The TV didn’t work - although we didn’t go to watch tv it would have been nice to have on in times we were in the room. Shower drain needed cleaning which resulted in water flowing in to bathroom. Chair in the room was full of stains And small thing there was no mirror other then the high bathroom mirror.
• Raymond (6/5): Mit Fotos alles aufgehübscht - Strategisch liege die Unterkunft super. 4 Betten in einem Raum bei unserer Gruppe war perfekt . Die Betten waren sehr sehr weich und durchgelegen. Wir hatten das Appartement ganz unten (Souterrain) . Die Terrassentür zum Lüften war so eingestellt, das sie nur max. 8cm aufging. Im Mini - Bad der Lüfter war defekt , so das der Dampf vom duschen stand. Die nassen Fliesen konnten nicht trocknen , trotz geöffneter Tür. Es war leider ringsherum Schimmel und Dreck in den Fugen. Es gab keinen Schrank, nur einen Kleiderständer mit 2 Bügeln. Ein paar Haken hätten theoretisch auch gereicht , gab es leider keine . Die Unterkunft ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört die anderen Reisenden kommen und gehen als wären die direkt neben dem Bett;-)

• ESTEFANIA (7/5): Una buena opción relación calidad-precio, sobrio y aséptico, pero correcto y bien comunicado. - La ubicación es fenomenal, bien ubicado para moverte por los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad, también a pie. Tiene servicios y comercios cercanos, y buena comunicación por transporte público. Nos autorizaron a un check-in anterior y al llegar no estaba disponible. Nos reconvocaron a otra hora para hacer el check-in pero no nos mandaron a tiempo el código de entrada. Aún así, media hora después nos escribimos y se solucionó. Creo que la ducha no es cómoda. No hay separación entre el lavabo y la ducha, y siendo una habitación para 3 personas, tener el suelo mojado era un inconveniente.

La posizione non è poi così centrale (piazza dam e red light distano più di 20 minuti a piedi, mentre casa di anna frank più di 15 minuti) La stanza era sporchissima: ragnatele in più punti (con annessi ragni), polvere ovunque, addirittura era presente cenere di sigarette sulle mensole vicino al letto (in pratica non hanno provveduto nemmeno alla pulizia minima tra un ospite e un altro). Biancheria sporca sia le lenzuola che asciugamani. Abbiamo segnalata alla struttura, ma al netto del cambio della biancheria nessun intervento (addirittura è rimasta allo stesso posto la ragnatela sopra la doccia che avevamo fatto vedere alla persona che era venuta in stanza). Inoltre le foto sono ingannevoli, in quanto le stanze non corrispondono alle foto pubblicizzate. La stanza era molto più piccola di quanto indicato ed era priva di varie cose indicate (le più gravi: non c'è possibile di appendere i panni, un'unica presa elettrica per caricare il telefono). Esperienza terribile.
• Maria (8/5): - The room was comfortable and spacious. The decor was very nice. It's well located. Close to everything and quiet. What we didn't like was the lack of air conditioning. Only a small fan for four people on very hot days. On the other hand, there's no staff at the hotel. Everything is online, and if you have any questions, you have to email or call. Finally, the shower didn't have a water catcher, so the entire bathroom got wet. There was no way to contain or dry it.

La doccia perdeva molta acqua quindi il bagno (doccia e wc insieme) era sempre allagato e senza la possibilità di asciugare. Non c’è la presenza di un tappetino. La nostra camera era attaccata al locale caldaia quindi, ogni volta che qualcuno apriva l’acqua, partiva un rumore molto forte tipo trapano. Difficile dormire così. No deposito bagagli

Godt vi kun var 3 personer.

No bed actually. a deck that both you have to crawl in and out, no good for anyone especially for aged people which causing cramping in the leg. The room design looks like in a wrong direction and should change into bed accommodation.

• Ian (10/5): Great apartment. 5 Star from us ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ - Great location. Close to tram and park. Worked perfectly for a work trip with 9 people and 5 rooms. Rooms were really clean and beds are super comfy. Cost was reasonable for the amount of space we had. Host was super quick to reply and very helpful. Hard to find any faults. Only slight issue was a shower curtain in one of the showers room rather than a door. Probably wouldn’t affect a couple but when it’s colleagues (work trip) it could get awkward. But it’s a very slight issue

There were no cooking facilities just a kettle and toaster. No microwave when it said in the description it did have. We would not have chosen it if we’d known.

• Megan (6/5): It was okay..... - The place was very clean and a very convenient location. It was easy to walk to most attractions. Most of what you need is there - bring your own towels as the quality isn't great. It served it's purpose. The layout of the property was very weird - doors opening in directions where it was hard to walk around. The beds were very spongy and as a result, moved in the night - one of my friends actually tripped when going to the bathroom as her mattress had moved and fell over and hurt her face. THe communal area was very small and defiantly would not sit all guests at full capacity. We were 11 in total and only just fit us all. There is no sofa, just a table and some chairs/benches. There are no means of cooking, just microwave and toaster. There are no photographs of this area so we did not know what to expect. If there were a floor plan and measurements, it would have given more of an idea of the layout/sizes of these spaces. Upon check in, we were told that someone would come and use the laundry facility, this is the only laundry in the entire building. I asked to be informed before they arrived which they did not. There is a sign up in the property to say that someone would be entering on Tuesday/Thursday and Saturday....as someone entered on Saturday (we know this as our decorations had been moved and not put back) we were not expecting someone to also come in on Sunday and one of my friends was home alone only to be disturbed by someone entering the property again. In addition, at 5am on the Monday morning, we were awoken by the doorbell being rang 3 times, we believe this was guests of an upstairs apartment. Because of this, it did not feel safe.
• Claire (6/5): Great location, average accomodation. - Great location. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit like a rabbits warren. We went for an apartment rather than hotel so we could sit together as a group but the only seating area is a room with no windows and uncomfortable bench seats. It was ok for our group of 5 but it wouldn’t work if every bed was filled. Quite dusty and had issues with one bathroom which they did send someone round to fix very quickly.

• Michelle (9/5): Great apartment - Lovely apartment, great location near to everything, very clean and loads of space xx we were a group of 9 women and this was perfect for us, it has 5 bedrooms and 16 beds and 5 bathrooms. Don’t understand the negative reviews on here as it was perfect and very clean. The beds are very soft but I didn’t mind this as I like a soft bed, also the kitchen is small but didn’t affect us as we were out a lot.
