- Hermann (6/5): - Gute Lage
Großzügige Anlage
Toller Pool Essen war immer das gleiche

- balázs (10/5): Hibátlan! 😊👌 - Tiszta, jól felszerelt szobák, közel a Makronissos Beach-hez. Kedves személyzet. Nissi beach 3 megállóra a 101-es busszal. A medence nagy tiszta, jó kaják a medence bárnál. Nem volt ilyen.
- DimNtoul (9/5): Spacious and clean room in a well located hotel - Spacious and clean room in a hotel with good facilities and a large pool to enjoy. The terrace view to the pool bar and the garden was also appreciated. Plenty of amenities nearby and close to the most wonderful beaches of the island. I particularly liked the Makronissos Beach A detail that didnt affect me much but I think should be pointed out is that some of the blocks of the hotel were closer to the busy A3 road and the window insulation allowed for some noice to come in.

- Bozana (9/5): Prijatno i opusteno .

- Tanja (9/5): Superb - The Makronisos Village hotel is overall good value for money. Kind and hard working staff, well maintained facilities, clean apartments, well kept garden, excellent swimming pool, nice restaurant and cute little bar. I couldn't think of a single negative point, although the location could be an issue for people who want to be close to the center of Aya Napa because it is almost 5km away from it, and also the walking distance to the beach could be an issue for people who expect to get out of a hotel and be immediately on the beach. None of these was a problem for us. There is a bus stop 2 minute walk from the hotel, and the buses really do go on time (101 to the centre and 102 from the centre). The closest beach, Makronisos Beach, is simply gorgeous. It does take 15 minute walk from the hotel to the beach, but we discovered wonderful Papafilipou Icecream parlour halfway and it turned out to be an excellent place for a short break on our way to and from the beach in the scorching July sun.
When booking this hotel there is a possibility to book just accomodation, bed and breakfast or half board. We decided to book accomodation only, however once we arrived and discovered that there is a limited choice of restaurants nearby and the supermarkets have everything and at the same time not that big of a food choice, we decided that it would be too much of a hustle to go in search of a place to eat every day, so we upgraded our stay to half board and we do not regret it. The food on the menu is repetitive, both breakfast and dinner, but it is tasty and none of us stayed hungry.
- Jestrovic (8/5): Very good - It's nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Good location, value for money There are ants and i think the mattresses could use some cleaning. We had some bug bites.
- Anna (8/5): Nice hotel close to the best beaches of Cyprus - Apartment had all necessary items, kitchen, big terrace etc. Very nice territory with swimming pool, a lot of flowers and places to walk. We had cleaning almost every day.
We also had a place for rented car near the apartment and it was really comfortable. We preferred to swim at Landa beach and a car was really good decision. You can hear a road when windows are open. Also when it’s really hot, road to the nearest beach is quite long. We booked apartment for 4 people and 1 sleeping place was a cot and it wasn’t comfortable.
- Stefany (9/5): Superb - The village facilities was very nice, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and helpful also every time support was needed. We spent 4 days at the village and our apartment was cleaned only once, including towels change - only issue though.
- Isabella (9/5): Good place to stay with kids - The apartment was clean, location nice, swimming pool perfect for kids. I would recommend everyone. There was not variety for breakfast.
No cloth drying stands available
- Andrew (6/5): Won’t stay there again - Staff were great The rooms are old and dated, insects everywhere
- Daniel (8/5): Great place for families with small kids - Overall everything was good value for money loved the kids park under the shade cover and the pool Food selection on the buffet was very limited although it was cooked to perfection every time

- Jo (10/5): Coming back - Everything Nothing
- Marios (10/5): Lovely spacious modern apartment beautifully decorated - Spacious one bedroom apartment with view of the gardens and swimming pool
- Anonymous (8/5): Chilled - Food was great , room vet clean(apart from the ants 😔 in kitchen area Not any places to eat or go to in the evening within walking distance r
- Juha (9/5): Superb -
- Lisette (6/5): - Pros:
Pros: Good value and really clean with ample amenities, comfy beds, definitely a family with kids place.
Cons: Reception lady mostly on duty seems really miserable. We had a 1 bed suite (493) the bedroom curtains were not lined so from 4:30am/sunrise and all day the room was so bright like being on the beach and scorching hot so made sleeping really hard. Would also recommend bringing own towels as they are thin & very hard.
- Anonymous (9/5): Excellent apartments will stay again - Lovely spacious studio access to many pools Only issue was our extra bed wasn’t very sturdy but we didn’t use it so it’s ok otherwise super
- Anahit (8/5): Nice stay with nice balcony and location close to excellent beach. - The best beach Makronisos beach is located in 800m from the hotel by normal walk - we pass that distance in 15 minutes. The hotel has own nice pool. The both bus station to and from centre are close to the hotel. Also there is a market shop with all what is necessary - fresh bread and other what is needed - like adapter for sockets and etc. We even extended for one day more instead going to Larnaca. Planning to come with family next time. I will suggest the restaurant menu made most sea and seafood :-) We have to go to the centre of Aya Napa to have a tasty seafood.
- Sanni (9/5): Superb - The hotel was perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. You can either spend your day by the pool or go to the nearby beaches. Also good bus connections to Ayia Napa center or if you wish to go on a day trip for example to Larnaca. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious and clean.
- Steviie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marios (10/5): Lovely cozy one bedroom apartment with big balcony. Massive swimming pool next to the pool bar giving a sensation of an - The apartment was lovely and spacious
- Stanton (8/5): Fantastic value for money, friendly staff. - Great size room with great mini kitchen facilities. You could hear the cars on the road.
- Dušan (8/5): Very good - Staff was really nice. The facility is old but renovated and mostly decent. A few rough spots around the edges but generally ok. Makronisos beach is really near. Motorway is near, if you get an apartment on the upper side of the village. If the bedroom is facing that way, you better have earplugs. Or sleep with the AC on.
Towels were washed but not really fresh, they had an odour which the detergent didnt cover.
- Anna (9/5): Superb - Makronisos village has great pool. And is lokated near Makronisos Beach which is a great pleace if you travel with kids. We really enjoyed our stay there and the staff was really helpfull and supportive when needed. Unfortunatelly they don't provide pool towels. And as a minus I would point loud music near the pool but some enjoyed it...
- João (9/5): Superb - Late check out, pool area, location
- Adela (9/5): All was very nice, i recommend to others ;) - Nice rooms, close to the beach, friendly people. Close to the main road, 10min walk to the beach, no good shopping around.
- Patrick (7/5): Good -
- Olga (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was bad
- Tracey (7/5): Good -
- Panos (8/5): Very good -
- Oli (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katarina (9/5): Superb -
- Worren (1/5): Bad - Ants crawling all over the room all over the beds while we was sleeping and then they refused to refund us or change or room all the done was give us a can of ant killer spray so we was then left with hundreds of thousands of dead ants in the hotel room which we had to clear up Just to then have hundreds of thousand more live ants in the hotel room again the next morning disgusting
- Antonis (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (10/5): Great apartment, with great staff. Lovely people running the shop there. good pool. Great overall. - Got upgraded :-) Great pool, spotless apartment, friendly staff. The free wine, very poor :-(
- Olivia (10/5): Amazing - Everyone was super friendly. It’s next to an amazing water park & the Mariana. It is in close proximity to multiple beaches
- Gamil (7/5): Good - No security box in rooms
Only small security boxes in reception, not big enough for i pads
- Charalampos (8/5): Very good -
- Evridiki (5/5): Passable -
- David (5/5): Passable -
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Diosalyn (8/5): Good service - Big pool and friendly staff at the restaurant and bar I book this room for my parents they say the aircondition not cooling Well and the water pressure is not that great
- Diosalyn (8/5): Very good -
- Vsevolod (8/5): A decent 3-star: everything you need for a good vacation, but with remarks - We've spent there 14+ days in Jul and overall were very happy about it. It's 15-20 min from wonderful beaches, it has a large enough and very clean pool where kids could spend literally whole days when we are not at the sea. Mini-kitchens in rooms are life-savers for long stays and the pool-side restaurant serves very nice coctails and all you need for lunch (order fresh fish -- you won't regret it!).
The location is very good for families with kids: still close to the city (10-15 min by bus), but far enough from the night life. There's a mini-market open 24/7 right in front of the reception.
Apart from that there's really good WiFi in public places (pool, restaurant, etc.), new AC unit in rooms and very frendly and helpful stuff. WiFi in the room was particularly annoying: no signal in the bedroom and on-and-off in other areas. Not a real problem for us as we had roaming anyway, but still this is particularly sad as they have quality WiFi equipment there (Ubiquiti), but still in-room internet is barely present.
In general there are little bits and pieces here and there that may disappoint (but once you know them it's usually totally fine). E.g. fresh fish, pasta and coctails at the pool-side restaraunt were amaizing, but the kid's burger looked like a fried frozen cutlet from a supermarket. Or the room service (every second day): it was good, but a couple of times new towels were fusty (still clean though).
- Aloesi (7/5): Friendly Staff and Great Location to get to Nappa Strip. - The Location The Breakfast was a bit average. I'm glad I didn't pay in Advance .
- Lana (7/5): Nice family stay, value for the money - Rooms are a little bit dated, but clean.
The food needs more variety, but it's tasty and you will not stay hungry.
Swimming pool was ok for kids, but we preferred beach.
Macronissos beach (in my opinion the best beach in Ayia Napa) is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It's not far, but it is tiring with small kids, and a lot of beach staff carrying along every day on the Sun, no shadow along the way.
The staff was very nice.
All together, we enjoyed our stay. Wifi needs improvement
- Diane (7/5): Good -
- Tim*** (1/5): Bad Stay - Should be Rated minus (-10) - Only the staff at the restaurant was very kind and smiley Very dirty. The room they gave us was very bad condition, very dirty and old. There were ants, spiders and wood insects everywhere. In the floor, walls, bedsheets. The balcony seems that was non cleaned for more than one year. Windows the same. I called at the reception and mentioned the ants for first time and a lady came just to spray them. At night my kids couldn't sleep because of the dead ants and also hair on the bedsheets. I emailed the property and next morning they gave us a new room that was renovated and better cleaned. The pool area also was not so good. The umbrellas were old and very small to hide the sun. The Breakfast was ok, but with not a lot of selections and not any healthy choices. The dinner was awful. Actually, nothing to eat. Only rice and fried food that was untasted.
The parking areas is with soil. My car became dusty and dirty from the trees.
- Diosalyn (9/5): Good stay and fell safety with my family - Location, pool and friendly staff especially in the restaurant and bar Food
- Petros (8/5): Very good -
- Suzana (8/5): Very good -
- Deecee85 (9/5): A nice family friendly place! - Loved the location it was "far" away from the city but close enough to hop on a bus and be there 20mins later. There were also beaches nearby/walking distance. The hotel was very family/kid friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean (we were 11 persons and booked 4 different rooms). There were always sunbeds available. And the pool is very spacious so it didnt matter if there were many people. The restaurant/bar staffs were very accomodating. Very helpful and friendly. Specially Louise at the restaurant, my two kids talked to her alot, and she did have patience with them 😆 There were signs that the pool closes at 6pm (even got it confirmed at the reception). As my family likes being by the book, i found it frustrating that lifeguards didnt say anything when they got off from work. So people just stayed in the pool, and having kids it was hard for me to tell them that it is closed, when they can litterally see people in the pool till 10pm some days even 11pm. Other places we been to, the guards would "kick" you out of the pools, so they could close it and start to clean the pool area).
The food were basics, would have wish to more variations specially the breakfast.
But overall it was an excellent stay, thanks to the staff!
- Samuel (5/5): Passable - Swimming pool Insect in the room, no pression on the water, not so clean
- Androulla (5/5): Passable - The swimming pool. The appartments weren' t clean enough, there were ants in the rooms and one of the airconditions was broken so we had to ask the reception for a plummer to fix it. The towels had a bad smell.
- Jackkoum (10/5): Perfect stay, vfm - Good room, large pool and nice open area
- Amir (7/5): Not having a roofed parking lot and not working the jacuzzi of the pool and the drying of the flowers and trees inside t - Clean water of the pool and facilities inside the room and kitchen and bathroom and toilet service The bad smell inside the kitchen cabinet and the cockroach inside. Not having a roofed parking lot and not working the jacuzzi of the pool and the drying of the flowers and trees inside the area
- Marios (5/5): Passable - Room, pool Food
- Daria (2/5): It’s a waste of money, not recommended. After this hotel need proper phisiotherapevt to fix the body after beds and sofa - Nothing really Very dirty, beds more than 30 years old, couldn’t sleep on those beds, all body pain. Hotel room was dusty and dirty, windows and balcony also full of dust and died flowers. Kids play room down from reception is like abandoned for many years , all very dirty and broken. Pool all green around. Restaurant chips came with hairs in it, ice americano had ant inside swimming. Hotel need lots of renew and proper cleaning.
- Alin (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff, great location, plenty of amenities, pretty clean but the breakfast was the same every day and pretty scarce, I would've definetly rate this property higher if the breakfast was better. Breakfast.
