I bet one could whale watch from the sitting room in the winter! There's one small road to cross to get to the park/cafes/beach and coastal boardwalk. Unbeatable location!!!!!! • Rod (9/5): Capeview Apartments at Kings beach is our pick for a holiday location. - We greatly enjoyed being over the road from the beach. Andy the manager was very friendly and helpful, even helping carry some of our bags in. It was nice to hear the waves. It was also well located for cafes and markets. We had the 1st floor level but could still have ocean views. Our specific unit, unit 4 was very private with a court yard at the side and an area at the back. We want this unit again if we get to the Sunny Coast again! We've been in quite a few different apartments in most parts of the Sunny Coast over the years but we found this to be the pick. Nothing bad about Capeview Apartments.

The bedrooms & bedding configurations suited my needs - 2 single beds, as opposed to bunk beds most places offer, are much better suited for teens. The private outdoor area was a great size. Tables & Chairs. Clothes Lines. Great space! The location, being opposite the local surf club flagged beach, was great!
• wallis (10/5): unbeatable views and friendly management - The views from apartment 13 (top floor) are absolutely unbeatable. Location cannot be beaten with beach, park, cafes, fish n chip and ice cream shops almost directly across the road. Air conditoined living room kept us cool while we watched the ships go by. Will rebook. Bring pretty much every kitchen requirement, salt and pepper and small long life milk provided, could have done with a small pantry cupboard - but that was probably more my poor planning than anything!

The manager was very accommodating and even helped carry our bags up to the apartment. There's e even a pool and BBQ area. I would recommend to anyone, very enjoyable stay. The only downside is there is no lift and if you have someone who has trouble climbing stairs you would want to book a lower apartment.

• Kylie (9/5): Great unit in fabulous location - Amazing location on the beach with beautiful views. Friendly staff, well equipped unit. Getting a little bit dated/run down but overall very clean and comfortable.
• Mokoma (7/5): - Great location, accessible to everything. awesome Staff. Nice and spacious apartment.
• Lomax (10/5): - Great views and location. Loved that each room had air conditioning and that there were two bathrooms. Everyone was super comfortable and loved staying here The stairs haha but was great exercise

• Melanie (10/5): Great stay,will certainly be back,Andy was great!Highly recommend. - I honestly cant fault anything about this stay,close to the beach,abit of a walk to town,however,you make the choice either beach or town.We walked daily on the board walk,absolutely beautiful mornings.Also Andy helped us with luggage,and even offered to pick us up at the bus depot.
