• Gabriela Kobosil und Lutz (10/5): Zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig - Die zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhige Nächte haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Appartement ist schön hell und man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Weinberge und eine Kirche . Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und die Kommunikation bezüglich Schlüsselübergabe etc. war hervorragend. Unbedingt empfehlenswert

• Birgit (8/5): Die Unterkunft ist ansonsten empfehlenswert - Sehr geräumig und sauber. Leise. Ausreichend ausgestattete Küche Zimmer 15 min lang gesucht, da es auf dem 1. Stock sein sollte, aber auf dem 2. war. Am Abreisetag kam morgens um 7 Uhr das Putzpersonal mit dem Schlüssel rein.... Die Betten sind aehr hart

Uns waren die Sitzgelegenheiten zu niedrig.

• Lohmann (10/5): Die Unterkunft hat zum Wohbefinden in Esslingen beigetragen, das Wetter leider nicht. - Das Apartment befindet sich in einem 6-stoeckigen Haus nahe der Altstadt von Esslingen. Viele Cafes, Restaurants und die malerische Altstadt von Esslingen sind per Fuss zu erreichen.. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stilvoll. Wir haben den Blick auf die Weinberge sehr genossen.
• Anna (10/5): Entspannend! Bequem! Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Es war wirklich perfekt! Ein wunderschönes Apartment, blitzblank und ausgestattet mit Allem, was man braucht. Wir haben keine eigenen Fotos gemacht, da jedes Bild auf der Seite genau so schön in echt ist, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders erstaunt waren wir über die Ruhe. Die Fenster schließen absolut schalldicht. Es ist Alles neu. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die Reinigungs- und Hygieneartikel, die komplett ökologisch. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Wir haben super geschlafen. Wir haben schon geplant noch mal, für ein paar Tage mehr zurück zu kommen.

• Anette (10/5): - Wir haben schon in jeder Etage dieses Hauses gewohnt und sind jedes Mal begeistert. Die Ausstattung, die Betten, das Bad, alles top. Die Innenstadt, der Marktplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestelle und Parkdeck sind fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz der Hauptstraße sind die Wohnungen ruhig. Bei Bedarf steht das MAVO-Team zur Verfügung und hat auch eine Kaffeemaschine zum ausleihen Wir kommen wieder !

• Thomas (10/5): Top Zimmer in klasse Lage !!! - Die Zimmer waren wirklich sauber und sehr bequem. Genau das was wir erwartet haben. Tolle Zimmer würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Wir würden hier wirklich den elften Punkt von 10 vergeben. Das einzige was nur 99,5 Prozent von uns erhält sind die tiefen Sitzgelegenheiten. Für ältere Menschen kann es etwas höher sein. Den TV hätte ich beim einrichten auch nicht an die Schlafraum Wand montiert falls jemand früher als der Mitreisende ins Bett will.

• Meinrad (8/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft mit merkwürdigen Lichtschaltern - bei meinem Zimmer war eine Küche dabei. Das Zimmer war gtoß Die Lichtschalter waren nervig. Drauf drücken, zwei Sekunden warten, dann klackt ein Relais, und das Licht geht an, wenn man auf die richtige Seite drückt. Liebe Leute: verschrottet die Lichtschalter. Alle anderen sind besser.

• Dirk (8/5): Wir werden trotzdem wieder buchen! - Die Lage ist super und erstaunlich ruhig in der Nacht. Der Bereich direkt um das Bett ist etwas eng.
• Corina (9/5): Alles sehr gut ausser dass vergessen wurde, mir den Zutrittscode und die Zimmernummer zu senden. - Alles war tiptop: Lage, Gebäude, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit. Ich hatte ein schön grosses Zimmer, eine kleine Küche und ein schönes grosses Badezimmer für einen guten Preis. Ich hatte nur ein Problem: da die deutsche Bahn Verspätung hatte kam ich erst um 23.00 Uhr an, hatte aber keine Infos/Codes bekommen um ins Gebäude zu kommen. Ich konnte die Rezeption telefonisch nicht mehr erreichen und kam nur durch die Hilfe netter Hotelgäste in mein Zimmer. Ich brauchte dazu 1/2 Stunde.

Unfortunately, we were not able to access the laundry room as there was something that would not unlock on the door even thought the key unlocked the other lock. I could clearly see a second kind of lock through the slit in the door that kept us out.

The service was excellent, the room spotlessly clean, and the view amazing — you could see the towers and the river from both the bedroom and the kitchen. We asked for a coffee machine and it was at our door within five minutes. Anytime I asked for information, they responded immediately. I recommend it without a second thought.”

• Carsten (7/5): Eigentlich schönes Apartment mit erheblichen Schwächen im Detail - Modern sauber und gut gelegen Kein Schlüssel bei der Ankunft vorhanden. Kam erst nach 30min - ist nach 4 Stunden Autofahrt sehr nervig Schlimmer: nicht einmal ein Stück Seife geschweige denn Shampoo im Bad oder ein Zahnputzbecher im Bad - müsste man auf jeden Fall darauf hinweisen. Kein einziger Teebeutel oder eine kleine Flasche Wasser vorhanden

• Tobias (7/5): Im Winter bestimmt gut, für den heißen Sommer völlig ungeeignet. - Zentrale Lage, einfaches Check-In. Große Wohnung. Durch die vielen Fenster nach Süden heizt sich das Apartment extrem auf, so dass man nachts überhaupt nicht schlafen kann. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit es zu kühlen. Weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilator, noch kann man Durchzug machen. Fenster öffnen geht auch nicht, weil die Hauptstraße sehr stark befahren und laut ist. Wenn man morgens die Wohnung verlässt und die elektrischen Jalousie runterlässt, öffnet sie sich einfach automatisch tagsüber.

• Tuyana (9/5): Highly recommend, amazing location and facilities. - Location, right in the middle of the old town. Very spacious room, facilities. Amazing stuff - they wrote me a hand written card, left a glass bottle of water (expensive one) and a sweet present. Very attentive. A very small and flat pillow, I believe (that's only my personal opinion, I might be wrong) not many people can sleep well with such flat head support. I would l stay at MAVO definitely again, but take my own pillow with me.
• Zoi (9/5): Very nice and comfortable room with a beautiful view, close to the city center! - Perfect location with a beautiful view, just a few minutes away to the city center and all amenities! Room was perfect, very comfortable and spacious! Also, the stuff was very kind to us as when we first entered the room (late at night) a sweet biscuit was waiting for us along with a bottle of water! The only disadvantage of this property is that there are no shutters/curtains on the windows meaning that the light gets in the room very early in the morning disrupting your sleep!

• Sharon (8/5): Great value, well located apartments - These apartments are great! Spacious, well equipped and a great price. The location is also fabulous - an easy 5-minute flat walk from the station. I also like the welcome macaroon. This place needs proper curtains. There are outside shutters on the windows but they don't block all the light so I was awake very early. It's also advertised as having washing machines in the room, but they are in a shared room which isn't as convenient (but they did work well and were free). I also didn't know it was self check in as booking didn't email me the message so I panicked on arrival when I got there. Thankfully, i found the message quickly.

• Paul (9/5): Superb - Just one note: To get into the appartement building requires an access code. To get into the apartment itself requires another to access a key-safe. Make sure you know these numbers before you arrive. They were buried in the chat function of my booking app. And if you arrive out of hours there will be nobody answering the phone. I could not get in and had to find another hotel for the first night. I used booking.com and am used to all the information you need being on the booking confirmation sheet. The following morning when I could get to the office I learned that all the info including the emergency out of hours phone number was in the chat function - once you scrolled far enough to find it. This is just to help others not make the same mistake. The apartment is great!!

• Sarah (10/5): Great place, highly recommended! - This was a perfect place for me to stay, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of Stuttgart. Very easy to find and convenient location, where you could walk everywhere. Easy access from the train station and to the old town center. Super clean, quiet and spacious, with wonderful views. I got some of the best sleep of my entire 4 week trip here! I could have used some additional kitchen supplies, like a colander to strain pasta, and a wooden spoon. The living room seating is not very comfortable - maybe add small pillows! Everything else was just perfect.

• Lars (10/5): Spacious modern apartment in great location! - I’ve arrived just after midnight. Prior to my arrival I’ve received an email with PIN numbers to access the building and there was another key locker located at the door to my apartment. The apartment was spacious modern and very clean. Great location and good value for your money. There was also a little welcome snack in the fridge and a large bottle still water. I can highly recommend BAS Esslingen and will definitely stay here again.

Nothing.
