Daphne (9/5): Great location - Stunning location with dual aspect windows overlooking the river & mountains. Comfortable but little storage space. No human interaction at all.
ANASTASSIYA (9/5): Good place to stay - Smooth check in / check out process, great location, warm, clean and tidy layout. Good tea and coffee is provided by the host, very welcoming. Nice river view. Check out is at 10:00 (early) , a bit noisy in the evening (windows are not soundproof).

Tracy (9/5): Idyllic Innsbruck stay - Location, view, easy access to all attractions very clean, little touches like body lotion was unexpected but a lovely thought also teabags and coffee. Comfortable beds, good lighting and a brilliant shower. There was an issue with where this specific piece of furniture was placed which caused upset but hopefully with some feedback it'll be remedied.

Hans-Willi (8/5): Super Lage, schönes helles Zimmer, mittelmäßiger Service - Sehr gute Lage, gleich neben der Markthalle, fussläufig zur Altstadt, am Fluss gelegen Unten ist ein Bistro, wo man auch gut frühstücken kann Ein Bettbezug war etwas kaputt, auf Anfrage der Fernseher-Bedienung hat die Dame versprochen, sich telefonisch in 5 Minuten zu melden, tat dies aber nicht. -Tag vor der Ankunft wollte ich nach Parkmöglichkeiten fragen, AB war lediglich an- auf meine Frage wurde nicht geantwortet. Das sind die Nachteile bei unpersönlichen Check- in „ Hotels“ Sieht man leider auch nicht bei den Booking - Angeboten.

Gerhard (9/5): Top für einen Städtetrip nach Innsbruck - Sehr zentral gelegen. Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Parkplatz (Altstadtgarage) 1 Minute zu Fuss entfernt. Ich hatte eine kurze tel. Rückfrage und es hat sofort jemand bei der angegebenen Nummer abgehoben. Gutes Frühstück im Lokal im gleichen Haus (mit Rabatt) möglich. Eine Kleinigkeit und auch für die Bewertung nicht relevant: ich konnte den Fernseher nicht bedienen …..
Stemberger (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Altstadtgarage ist nur wenige Schritte daneben und das goldene Dachl schon fast in Sichtweite. Natürlich zahlt man die Lage auch mit. Auch beim Parken. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und der Selfcheck- in haben super funktioniert! Am Morgen haben wir in der Marktbar gefrühstückt. Auch das ist nicht gerade günstig, aber dafür sehr lecker und mit Liebe zubereitet. Uns hat alles gefallen. Nur die Dusche ist nicht ganz sauber. Ansonsten ist das Appartement (ganz oben, Nr5) toll eingerichtet und für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Zwei schlafen auf dem ausgezogenen Sofa.

Johann (9/5): Immer gerne wieder! - Sehr zentral beim Parkhaus Altstadt. Die tolle Suite Marktbar mit dem Wintergarten mit Blick auf den Inn ist ruhig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Lift erreichbar. Check-In dank einer detaillierten Nachricht einfach. Der Hauseingang ist nicht leicht erkennbar. Das Personal in der Bar ist aber sehr hilfsbereit.

Jessica (7/5): Very central! - Great location with river views, car parking also very close by (for an additional fee). The bed was comfortable and the room had all we needed, AC greatly appreciated. Whilst the main facilities such as bed and bathroom were very clean, some of the fixed soft furnishings (sofa and the chair in the front lounge area) were filthy and very stained which made us not want to sit there. I cannot comment on the staff/ service as we did not have any interaction due to self check-in.

Nicole (7/5): Ideale plek om de stad te ontdekken, minder luxe dan het over komt op de site - Je loopt zo het centrum in en 's morgens ontbijt halen op de overdekte markt. Goed uitgerust en ruim appartement op de 5e etage. Prima bedden. 5e etage icm met goede isolatie van de ramen zorgde er ook voor dat we geen last hadden van geluid, ondanks een festivalletje op het marktplein. Het appartement was wat smoezelig (stof en een grote pluk roze haren op de grond) en de geur in het slaapgedeelte was heel onaangenaam. Daarnaast alles contactloos. Niet echt duidelijk hoe je makkelijk contact kan krijgen. Op mijn mail over de geur is in ieder geval niet gereageerd.

Cor (7/5): Mooi uitzicht, maar de rest viel ons tegen jammer genoeg. - Het uitzicht op de rivier De Inn, gekleurde huisjes en de bergen. Echter na dat de ramen gewassen waren. Niet schoon. Toen we arriveerde was het super druk en herrie vanwege het drukke terras direct onder de suite vanwege het mooie weer. De grote panorama ramen in het verlengde voorstuk van het appartement waren heel vies. Maar ook in het appartement zelf was het niet zo schoon. Er lag veel stof op de kranen in de douche, op een glazen hanglamp en er lag zelfs nog popcorn van de vorige gasten. Pannetje op het aanrecht was aangekoekt vies en aan vervanging toe en hebben we niet meer gebruikt. Rest was wel schoon. Aanrecht kastjes waren vies, prullenbakken als je de vuilniszak verwisselde ook vies. Vloerbedekking / stof niet echt goed gestofzuigd en vlekjes in de stof. Ook veel gebruikerssporen ( wasbak, tafel bij de keuken met kringen). Na aankomst meteen contact gelegd en aangegeven dat het erg druk was en veel herrie en dat de panorama ramen erg vies waren. De rest was ons toen nog niet opgevallen. Uiteindelijk gaf de medewerkster aan dat ze de dag later in de ochtend de ramen zouden komen wassen. We kregen 1 ontbijtje ter compensatie. We hadden de suite nr 6 wat niet goedkoop is. En dan valt dat erg tegen. Jammer. Maar een kamer moet altijd schoon zijn duurder of goedkoper. Uiteindelijk zijn ze de ramen komen wassen en hebben we toch ondanks alles kunnen genieten van het geweldig uitzicht. Wat wel goed was : de duidelijke info die werd gestuurd voor aankomst, locatie met heel mooi uitzicht, vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Herrie : vooral zaterdagavond erg aanwezig. Zondag minder en maandag ook. In de slaapkamer ( met de deur dicht) hoorde je gelukkig niets meer van de herrie.

Jennifer (8/5): Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen. - Super tolle Unterkunft. Zentral gelegen. Ich hatte mein Zimmer auf der Seite der Strasse und es war teilweise etwas laut vom Verkehr. In der Nacht war es jedoch kein Problem.

Jodie (8/5): Comfortable, with great amenities. - The location was fab. We arrived on a sunny day and the area was heaving but we managed to get parked close by. The views were great and worth paying the upgrade. Check in was simple, and luckily we had no problems accessing the building. There is no reception in the building (which we knew) but it did feel strange not seeing anyone. Not sure how easy it would’ve been to report a problem.

Claire (10/5): Ask for the Covered Balcony Rooms for Views - Location was excellent - Right by the water, close to restaurants, sights, food. We stayed in room #6, and there is a covered balcony which has direct views of the colourful houses across the water and the picturesque snowy mountains. Room size is perfect - King-size bed and a pull out sofa for a child. We appreciated the box of toys for our child. Kitchen amenities were plentiful if one wanted to do cooking or eat in on certain days. It would have been great to have washer and dryer on-site, however there is a laundromat a short walk away.

Jacqueline (8/5): - Die Lage am Marktplatz ist als Ausgangslage für Sightseeing sehr gut, was jedoch auch bedeutet, dass man den Lärm der Bars im Parterre des Hauses bis in alle Nacht hinein hört (Fenster können aufgrund des grossen Lärmpegels nicht geöffnet werden!) Lärm aus der Bar.

Echter aan de buitendeur moet je oa op * klikken en die knop is zo afgesleten, dat je hem eerst niet vindt en dus niet binnengeraakt. Na wat proberen toch gevonden, later ook andere gasten moeten helpen.

Alina (8/5): sehr schön & zentral, aber eher ein Hotelzimmer als ein Studio - Sehr zentral gelegen. Altstadt in 2 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Modernes Altbaustudio mit Charme. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Einfaches Self-Check-In-System. Studio liegt direkt an einer sehr verkehrsreichen Strasse und morgens ist es entsprechend laut. Küche ist so klein, dass sie nicht zum selber Kochen einlädt. Für einen Kaffee am Morgen reichts.

Sinead (5/5): - Property is located in an amazing location - right next to the river and old town. If you want a peaceful nights stay do not stay here. We were on the top floor apartment and the bed squeaked all night, and the radiators made a continuous loud noise. Beds were very hard. If beds were more comfy and there was no noise from the loud radiator it would be the perfect stay. Curtains also not blackout so lots of light came in. Small changes could make this place outstanding.

Paola (8/5): Het was een mooie ervaring met een geweldig uitzicht en een top locatie! - De locatie was top en het uitzicht was prachtig. De kamer was voorzien van een kleine keuken en dat was ook erg fijn. De WC papier was op en op het voorraad kastje lag er ook niets. Dit was 2 dagen later wel bijgevuld.

Lenny (10/5): Toffe plek op een fijne locatie! - Aanrader! Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven. Centrale locatie, in de stad, aan de rivier, dichtbij restaurants en winkels, en ook de bergen zijn dichtbij. De bus stopt voor de deur. De accommodatie is modern, ruim en schoon. Voorzien van alle gemakken en tof ingericht! Niets, alles is goed.
