Diego (10/5): Una parada perfecta para viajar en moto - La atención de la host fue excelente desde el primer momento. Desde que hicimos la reserva estuvo siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Viajábamos por tierra y teníamos una hora de llegada definida, y en todo momento fue muy flexible y comprensiva con nuestros horarios. Al llegar, se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos detalladamente no solo las habitaciones, sino también los servicios e instalaciones de la casa en general. Los desayunos fueron deliciosos y además pudimos tomarlos en un horario que se ajustaba perfectamente a nuestros planes. Nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para aprovechar la zona y la comunicación fue siempre clara y oportuna. En nuestro caso, necesitábamos parqueadero para las motos con las que viajábamos, y este resultó ser excelente: seguro, cómodo y muy práctico. Sin duda, lo recomiendo totalmente. No tengo sugerencias en este caso, nuestra experiencia fue muy buena.

Juan José (10/5): Gracias 👏🏻 - Mi estadía en este hospedaje fue excelente. La habitación que me asignaron estaba impecable: todo muy limpio, bien organizado y con un aroma fresco y agradable. El baño también estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy aseado y con una ducha caliente que funcionaba perfectamente. Uno de los aspectos que más valoro es poder descansar bien, y aquí fue posible gracias a la tranquilidad del lugar —no se escuchaba ningún ruido— y a una cama increíblemente cómoda. Además, la atención de la host fue excepcional. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out fue muy amable, cercana y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Su calidez y hospitalidad hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, lo recomiendo totalmente y volvería a hospedarme aquí. Todo perfecto

Samuel (10/5): An exceptional hotel experience; first/only consideration for future visits to Manizales - This is without question one of the most impressive hotels/apartahotels that you will encounter. I've done a multitude of traveling over the past 38 years and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. First and foremost, the owner/management and staff (Erica and Beatriz) are exceptional. Paula deserves 7 stars in a 5 star rating. Super attentive, personable, and committed to ensuring your stay is the most comfortable and accommodating. The prices (depending on the apartment chosen) are very affordable and reasonable. The security at the facility is unmatched; I've never seen anything like it. The common areas and apartments are all uniquely (impressively) decorated, exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy. The Wi-Fi was super strong and fast. The location is great, in a very quiet, peaceful area, with plenty of easy/convenient public transportation options accessible. There are a couple of supermarkets within easy walking distance from the hotel and if walking is something you like or prefer, you can walk to the downtown/central part of the city and the largest, most popular mall in 25 or 30 minutes of casual walking. If you are in need of a place to stay in Manizales, do not look any further or consider any place other than this hotel. Nothing. Everything exceeded expectations.
