Emily (10/5): My favourite place in Laureles - My second time staying here and won't be my last. Such a good location, right next to a shopping mall with a huge grocery store. Love the neighbourhood of Laureles, it's quiet, calmer than Poblado and very residential. Also love evenings in the rooftop jacuzzi and that you book it so you can enjoy the space with just your group.

We really appreciated that. All three people who worked at the desk were wonderful. Coming from the tourism industry, I truly appreciate the attention to detail and service; it’s what makes this place so special! The rooms were spacious and perfect for our group, and the big surprise was the balcony with its incredible view 10/10! The location is perfect, and we even loved the option to do laundry at no cost. If I could suggest two improvements, they would be adding a full-body mirror and perhaps creating a small area for guests to work out. A light touch-up of the rooms would also be nice, but overall, this was a really wonderful hotel experience

salim (1/5): Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend - Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating. First, we had to wait 15 minutes outside just to be let in – not a great welcome after a long trip. When we were finally given a room, it turned out to be already occupied, which was both embarrassing and concerning from a safety and privacy standpoint. The staff did apologize and gave us a different room, but the inconvenience had already set the tone for our stay. Throughout the night, we dealt with constant noise from other guests in the hallways. It felt like there was no enforcement of quiet hours, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. Adding to this, the hot water in the shower lasted only two minutes before turning cold – unacceptable in any accommodation. To top it off, loud music from neighboring rooms made our stay even more uncomfortable. We understand some noise is expected, but this was excessive and clearly unmanaged. Overall, the hotel failed to provide a restful or well-managed experience. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you're hoping for a peaceful and professional stay.

Jenifer (7/5): Lots to improve, but still good - The apartment is beautiful, with exposed brick walls and floor-to-ceiling windows with a view out to the trees. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed linens were cozy. Check in and check out were easy, and management was always communicative and easy to reach. It's a beautiful place, but there were a lot of little annoyances that added up. I stayed for 4 days, and the hot water failed on me for every shower I took. They finally called in a technician after I left. The TV didn't work, no channels would load. I gave up on using it. I asked to use the jacuzzi (you have to reserve a day in advance), only to find out it also was not working. The concrete floors conduct sound, so I could hear a fussy baby crying all night in one neighboring studio, and a snoring and nose-blowing guest in another. (The room amenities claim the rooms are "soundproof", nothing could be further from the truth!) I had moved to this apartment from a different hotel nearby, a lesser-priced place where everything worked perfectly. So I think management has to be more proactive about making sure things work correctly.

I think small changes like having dish towels, comfortable bar stools, and a couple of chairs on the balcony would be low cost investment that could greatly enhance the experience. But, make no mistake, we enjoyed it there. Another chair on the balcony, comfortable bar stools, and a small love seat en lieu of that strange air mattress on the floor.
