• Grace (10/5): One of the most delightful stays we have had on the South Coast. - The host gave us enough food for two complete breakfasts. Also the information booklet was comprehensive. The area was quiet and had spectacular views. Our hosts provided every possible detail to make our stay restful. My only two suggestions would be to put the instructions in a separate booklet near the television and better quality coffee.

Waterfront is spoilt with Mollymook’s walks,golf and swimming at its front and back doors. Will be back!

Nestled on a headland between the Golf Course and the Ocean, it's quiet, peaceful and has the most extraordinary views. Please see photos attached of the sunrise view from our Apartment and Bogey Hole where I swim daily. The Apartment is beautifully furnished, spotless and well equipped. Ken and June have thought of everything. A delicious Hamper of goodies on arrival and even Netflix for their guests!! They are wonderful hosts and we believe it is excellent value. We can't wait to visit again!
• heatherandrobc (10/5): A great week at Mollymook Beach Waterfront - This was our third stay at Mollymook Beach Waterfront, as always the accommodation was immaculate and extremely comfortable, (love the new lounge Ken & June), the view is spectacular and the welcome basket amazing. Ken and June are great hosts, respectful of your privacy but there if needed. There are lots of wonderful restaurants in the area and the golf club a very short walk. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

• GaryJSydney (10/5): A long time favourite - With family planning overseas trips for Christmas, we headed to our favourite Mollymook Waterfront, where we have stayed just about every year, varying months, since 2010. Hosts June and Ken seem like long known friends now, always very welcoming and always ensuring your every need is catered for. The units are well furnished and equipped, with a very comfortable bed and furniture. A generous breakfast hamper, and I am still keen to get back on the George Foreman Grill to rustle up the breakfast or dinner meals. We have stayed in both Reef Break and Whale Watch apartments, different layouts, but both with a spectacular view. My wife and I both spend at lot of time on the patio soaking up the atmosphere, watching the birds on the garden feeder, the surfers riding the waves or just listening to the magical sound of the sea. Just a short walk to the Bogey Hole for a snorkel, a little further to one of the beaches, or even closer is the golf club. Such a relaxing holiday and I am sure once visited, you will be hooked.

A beautifully presented, spotless and comfortable apartment with a delightful view of the ocean from the back deck. Away from traffic noise and a thoughtful welcome basket of wine and pre dinner snacks as well as enough to make a simple hot breakfast. Truly a welcome retreat after a long four hour drive in torrential rain in May. My host for the two days was Ken who kindly explained how to work all the entertainment/aircon electronics and offered up tips of where to eat and how to get to the little beach below the property. Everything I needed for a comfortable, relaxing visit to Mollymook.

We’ll miss waking up to that stunning view every morning and walking 5 minutes down to Mollymook beach for a swim. Ken and June were generous and helpful hosts and they have considered every detail for a comfortable stay. There’s some incredible restaurants in the area that are a must do if you’re in Mollymook. The accomodation was very clean, quiet and the king size bed extremely comfortable! The welcome hamper/two bottles of wine was very thoughtful and sets this accomodation apart from the rest. We’d love to return one day and we highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a getaway in Mollymook!

Cannot fault Ken and June’s hospitality and the ocean views from each apartment are incredible. The apartments are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The start up breakfast hamper they provide is so generous it lasts for more than the breakfast meals you are there for. It includes bacon, eggs, muffins, cheese, chocolate etc and complimentary bottles of wine. We love it there so much we are returning for a week next month.

Spacious, comfortable furnishings, especially the bed, the apartments are well equipped with exceptionally friendly hosts who go out of their way to make your stay one to remember. The startup hamper is also a great welcome. The view from the balcony is superb as you enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a short stroll to the Bogey Hole for a snorkel or the beach for a surf, golf course on the doorstep, what more could you want. Thoroughly recommended!

The apartment we stayed in was very well appointed, with reverse cycle air con, that kept us warm during the cool June evenings. The apartment has a delightful view of the ocean, and we had the added bonus of seeing whales and dolphins off the point each morning. Ken also suggested several local restaurants that were all excellent.
• 62sallyk (10/5): Mollymook magic - Mollymook Beach Waterfront boasts beautiful front row viewing of one of Australia’s sensational reef breaks - from dawn to dusk a magic mix of surfers and dolphins and pods of whales heading north. The ultra comfortable and spotless apartment is top value - is perfect for rest and relaxation and is a superb base for walking, golf, swimming at the famous bogey hole, little coves and the main beach. Their website gives a big hint of the love and pride Ken and June Banks have for their set up and the Mollymook region. It really shines through on arrival, starting with a beaut welcome pack, their eye for detail and you quickly realise it’s the place to be. We’ll be back soon for our 10th visit! Sally and Paul

• Maureen (10/5): Memorable stay in Mollymook, Hope to return to this accommodation. - Wonderful location overlooking the the ocean with views of dolphins and surfers. The accommodation was very quiet and well located in Mollymook to walk to the Golf Club and cafe. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast hamper, snacks and wine. Looking forward to a return visit. Highly recommend Mollymook Beach Waterfront. Definitely no negatives. Everything was excellent.

Ken and June are wonderful hosts , offering recommendations for local restaurants and attractions in the Mollymook and Milton regions. Wonderfully comfortable bed , great shower and a generous complimentary hamper. It ticks all the boxes for a couple getaway , we will be back!
• barbarafJ1001VN (10/5): Mollymook - its so good we should keep it a secret! - Delightful apartments in a secluded area of Mollymook and only a short walk to the natural rock pool and main beach. Ken and June are the best hosts you could wish for. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend a stay. We had breakfast each morning on the patio and were entertained by the prolific bird life. A little piece of paradise.

• CP2913 (10/5): Stunning beachfront apartment - A stunning beachfront retreat equipped with all the essentials for a perfect getaway. We were delighted by the thoughtful welcome package, which included wine, cheese, and breakfast goodies. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and included all the little things including bathrobes. Ken and June were lovely hosts, providing information on the local area.

• Headsterb (10/5): Our own coastal getaway - We have been enjoying the many benefits of Mollymook Beach Waterfront for a number of years now. Our most recent stay was no exception. Our arrival at Reef Break always feels like coming home as every aspect of our stay has been thoughtfully executed in the fully self-contained apartment. Apart from our own personal luggage, nothing else is required. For example, the sumptuous and complimentary welcome hamper ensures that we were well nourished for the first couple of days. Each modern apartment has their own entrance off the main foyer/office while our hosts, Ken & June, conveniently live up stairs and so can be called upon should we need any assistance during our stay. They were an invaluable resource for anything from outdoor activities to restaurant recommendations. The “Reef Break” apartment again excelled in attention to detail & unrivalled cleanliness. Although free Wi Fi, Foxtel & DVDs were available, we simply logged in to your own streaming accounts on the smart TV during this stay. However, it's the priceless ocean view from our private patio that always commands our attention. A guest laundry also includes a dryer and complimentary washing detergent. We left our car (securely) parked for most of our stay as everything is within walking distance. This included the golden sands of Mollymook beach itself, Mollymook Beach Golf Club, Beach Hut café, Breakers Café and a newsagency/convenience store. As stated, Mollymook Beach Waterfront again exceeded our expectations and represents outstanding value. We have again already booked for next year!
• Ella (10/5): Exceptional - An absolutely fabulous beachside property with everything you could ever need. We were pleasantly surprised by a very generous gift package including eggs, bacon, cheese, 2 bottles of wine and much more. Ken and June were lovely hosts and offered lots of local recommendations, as well as a classic collection of DVDs to watch in the evenings. Everything was clean and tidy. The view of the ocean/surfers was only improved by watching dozens of native birds splashing in the bird bath.

The accommodation is perfect. It is comfortable and clean and provides you with all you need including a fabulous ocean view and a thoughtfully packed fridge to start you off. We have been coming here for years and can’t rate it high enough.

• tommyfromsydney (10/5): Best place in Mollymook - Where do I begin to describe this little gem of a place in Mollymook? I guess the best place to start would be the hosts, Ken and June. Lovely people. They were always around if needed but also respected your privacy. The unit itself was spotless. Nice furniture and amenities. Great TV in the lounge room and another smaller one in the bedroom. There is a great "starter" pack of goodies for you when you arrive. Bacon, eggs, milk, bread, and of course some wine and cheese. The view from the back patio was amazing. We awoke each morning to a spectacular sunrise. The tariffs are quite reasonable. Especially in the off season. It will definitely become our place of choice when staying in Mollymook. Be sure to check out the books on the coffee table. They are all Ken's work. He is a great photographer.
