Seidenberg (9/5): Ideale Lage für einen Messebesuch, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. - Sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr angenehme und schön harte Matratze, sehr einfacher Self-Check-In und ideale Lage für einen Messebesuch. Ich war mit meiner Tochter vor Ort, wir konnten ideal zwischen Messegelände und Innenstadt hin und her laufen ohne Probleme. Es gab nur zwei gefühlt alte Kaffeekapseln vor Ort, ein paar Teebeutel o.ä. wären nett gewesen, aber nur als i-Tüpfelchen. Ansonsten alles bestens!

• Saurabh (6/5): Decently located property with insufficient heating - The location was good. In general the property was good. Before we reached the property, we informed the property about our time of arrival. When we got there there was no one and we didn't know the code for the building entrance and apartment keys. When we tried to reach the property via phone/message no one responded. I tried almost 50 times calling the property without any success. We had two small kids and we were waiting in the cold weather and we're unable to contact the property. Upon contacting Booking.com, the property called us back 2 hours later. They blamed Booking.com about the miscommunication. While booking told clearly on the phone that it was entirely upon the property to provide us the code and the keys. When we entered the apartment, we noticed all the windows were opened. It was almost 0 degree Celsius outside and all the windows were opened. The heaters were not working to it's fullest capacity. We all were absolutely freezing in the night with little kids and they weren't enough blankets in the room. They were provided next day.

• VIRGILIO (9/5): Ideal para estabelecer como base para uma visita a Baden-Württemberg ou à Alsácia. - O apartamento estava bem equipado, como mobiliário sóbrio, mas adequado. O aquecimento estava ligado e a temperatura esteve sempre ótima. A cozinha estava muito bem equipada. Não houve nada que eu não gostasse. Tal como já partilhei com o meu contacto através de mensagem privada, apenas o WiFi precisa de um "improvement" pois é muito fraco.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung beim nächsten Besuch wieder mieten. Das Bett im Wohnzimmer sollte man lieber durch ein gutes Schlafsofa ersetzen. Dann würde es noch gemütlicher werden.
• Sheryll (10/5): Great place in a great place! - The location is amazing, we parked the car outside the apartment block in the allocated bays and didn't need it again until we left. Check in was simple and well explained, with no issues at all. The apartment was spacious clean and had a well equipped kitchen, with dining area next to it in the hallway. Perhaps a microwave would have been useful, but everything else was there for use, i even located the ironing facilities in a cupboard on the balcony. Very nice bed, good shower room. Would recommend, its a great place, in a great place! The living area let the apartment down in our opinion. There is only a metal day bed to sit on to watch TV, which is not comfortable and made a lot of squeaky noise. More cushions or even just a better sofa bed would make this place top notch.

• Mirjam (6/5): - Die Lage war hervorragend, sehr stadtnah und trotzdem nachts überaus ruhig. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vorm Haus, fußläufig sind Geschäfte und Restaurants zu erreichen. Leider wirkte die Einrichtung der Küche wie zusammengesammelt auf dem Flohmarkt, nichts passte zusammen. Auch die Stühle waren irgendwie wahllos zusammengewürfelt. Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen der zweiten Schlafmöglichkeit gebucht, diese bestand laut Beschreibung aus einem Schlafsofa. Es war jedoch ein merkwürdiges Ikea-Einzelbett, dass bei jedem Atemzug ohrenbetäubend geknarzt hat. Im Bad fehlt es an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer hatte keine richtigen Ablagefächer und nur vier zusammengewürfelte Bügel, das ist wirklich zu wenig für zwei Personen. Bei dem Preis hätte ich von der Ausstattung irgendwie mehr erwartet.

• Marlena (4/5): Disappointing - Quiet neighbourhood, parking, balcony Apartment did not feel clean, the shower outlet was full, therefore bathroom was full with water after shower. After we brought couch in the sleeping position for kid, we discovered that is very dirty. Couch was also not stable so whenever you made a move it felt unsafe and noisy. The apartment could be ok value for money, but in this case was much overpriced. We would contact the landlord with this issues but we were late home, after whole day in Europa park and we just wanted to rest, unfortunately these issues didn’t give us proper comfort.
• Thiemo (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Abzügen - Schöne Wohnung und zentral gelegen nahe am Stadtkern Wohnung war sehr warm. Es gab zwar Ventilventilatoren die allerdings sehr laut waren. Das Bett im Wohnzimmer war defekt, so dass wir die Matratze auf dem Boden legen mussten.

• Tomi (9/5): By far the best of four apartments we stayed in on our Schwarzwald tour. - Nice quiet clean spatious top floor apartment with a good location. Very good bed, good internet. If I could wish for something, it would be oven mittens and a salad spinner.
• Isabel (9/5): Good location and comfortable place. You'll feel at home at this apartment. - It was a cozy and comfortable place not very far from Strasbourgh and close to places like Baden - Baden. Good location if you want to enjoy Christmas markets. There wasn't a microwave.

• Sidhant (7/5): Nice apartments in a central location - Location was very good. Easy access to good restaurants, shops and the central part of town. Also the city is well located to cover a good part of the Black Forest region. Parking is right near the building. Over more than a week of our stay, the apartment wasn't cleaned even once. Some of the stuff and equipment in the apartment is quite dated.
