- Lilia (10/5): I will definitely come back again. - Our room was bright and spacious. I enjoyed having large windows and a beautiful view of the river. The bathroom was excellent. My daughters performed at a dance competition, and it was fantastic to walk to the venue. The kids enjoyed the gaming room. I liked the gift shop of the hotel, where I bought a few pictures. We booked a room for four people, and had to share 2 keys, which was not the most convenient although manageable. The king bed was great, but the pull-out couch was not the most comfortable. The pool was closed for renovations, and the hotel restaurant was closed too.
- LAUREL (9/5): Will come again - Great location, wonderful amenities, lovely views This is our second year staying in the Nantucket Suite, It works out great for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment is very well equipped. However it is starting to get a bit shabby. Time for a refresh.

- Clare (9/5): I was able to enjoy a lovely restful holiday and felt very safe and comfortable. - It was beautiful and great staff. There’s a lot to do on the property and places to read a book. I would have liked more dishes and cutlery for the kitchen. Shelves could be lower in the hall and bedrooms.
- Marie-claire (9/5): Its a nice place but they need better signs/departure arrangements for early risers. - waterfront spot, pool/hottub/sauna, nice condo style. signage is poor- if my family member hadnt noticed the very small sign that told us the lobby is on the third floor of the building, Im not sure how long we would have searched. Leaving was also rather difficult as the area i was supposed to leave fobs was closed when i left at 9 am and the help i was supposed to get from staff couldnt happen as they werent present at the desk before 10 am. A janitor reassured me if i left the fobs at the desk i could still get out of the building, otherwise I would have waited until 10 am to get help? with 3 and a half hours more travel i wanted to get out early.

- Michael (7/5): Great location, spacious and wonderful views - We absolutely loved the size of the condo. At 1600 sqft, it was plenty big for 4 adults and 2 children. The views were stellar and kept the kids occupied watching the boats, ships and people go by from three directions. We appreciated the large dining room so we could host family that lived nearby for dinner one evening. Also, the indoor pool was a big bonus plus being able to walk to the main shopping and restaurant street a block away. A list was left with the receptionst and hopefully, they have acted on these suggestions. But the kitchen was poorly stocked. As an example, there were a total of 3 or 4 forks for a unit that sleeps 8 people, and a shortage of all dishes, cups and wineglasses plus chopping and slicing knives. No salad bowl to speak of either. Stocking a kitchen is not a great expense and really makes a big impression for people using the facilities. Although the dining room table was large and offered two extensions, we couldn't get extra chairs from the staff when we wanted to host more for dinner. Our family had to bring in their own chairs. Foldaway chairs in a stock room or even in a closet in this big unit would be great. Finally, the mattress in the second bedroom should be replaced or at least, look at the support structure underneath as the adult couple sleeping in that room complained about sloping to the center. If these small items get addressed, I would move my review to Excellent.

- Rose (10/5): Beautiful Views, Facilities it was sail away relaxation with Tall Ships. - Beautiful Location. I would have loved to stay longer to take full advantage of the facilities. Pool is gorgeous, lovely hot tub and even a small dry sauna. I thought that the pool facilities prep area / change area needs a facelift update and the water for the shower takes a very long time to warm up. Staff were courtesy and acknowledged the deficiency and would relay to property management.

The beds could have been more comfortable, there were no sheets for the sofa bed and I was given incorrect directions twice on where to go for parking.

- Paul (9/5): Will make your visit to Brockville 10 x better - Our suite had an excellent view of the marina and beyond, plus a well-equipped kitchen (full-sized cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, kettle, coffee-maker) with all the plates, dishes, utensils, cutlery, cookware, pots and pans you need to cook for yourself. Washing machine and tumble dryer too! Large dining table. Comfortable beds, good-size balcony, high-quality bedding and towels and robes and sundries. A very, very comfortable place to stay with friends and family. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The facilities around the reception area (billiard room, Steinway piano, shuffleboard table, pools, lounging areas (inside and out) are splendid and contribute to the sense that this is a special place to stay. Would definitely want to go back next time I am in Brockville. The 'housekeeping' could have been done to a higher standard -- thick layer of dust under the bed, and it didn't look like the floor had been swept since the previous guests -- but the cleanliness of everything that really mattered was exceptional.

- Rebecca (5/5): Expect to be met by eye rolling at every request to staff. - It’s a beautiful place and nice location. The staff were not professional and they met every request with a quote of their policy. For example, we asked for more coffee, and we were told we only get 4 pods per day. We were paying $400+/night. We never got Wi-Fi in our room—the kids had to sit in the hall to play video games. Every time I asked, I was told there wasn’t a problem.

The studio was full equiped: kitchen, washing machine and dryer, ac… very spacious and comfortable, we had a river view, that was wonderful. The pool was not crowded, clean and very nice Check-in experience was awful. The reception was difficult to find and there was nobody because they were understaffed
- Nicholas (10/5): It was an excellent hotel with a great view in a beautiful town. - Everything was clean and in good condition I didn't like how I could not contact the hotel by phone. I left 2 voicemails to ask a question and it was not returned. It seemed as though there was no one at the desk answering phones. The voicemail of the resort instructed callers to leave a message and that the call would be returned--but was not. I sent an email with no response either. This was my only concern.

- Karen (7/5): great location but felt let down by the suite itself - location was great and space within the suite was good few issues - door to second bedroom wouldn’t unlock so we had to leave the balcony door open to gain access; curtains in bedroom were broken; one blind wouldn’t drop properly to cut out the light; blind in second bedroom the chain was broken; water was cut off (workmen outside I believe) at 9.30am on check out day preventing showers, loo flushing and putting the dishwasher on

Costly but Well appointed suites As others have stated Restaurant needs separate review just OK Not much on menu lots of apps and fried foods too bad lovely spot on the water. Went elsewhere for a fine dining meal. Requested early check in waited 30-40 min outside front desk waiting for someone. Found a few pairs of contact lenses on Bed table from previous guest yuck but who would actually do that. Shower curtains in Pool need changing moldy. More attention to detail needed Careful Booking.com let me book in 8 guests and 2 babies max occupancy is 8 even if babies are in cribs had to leave one family at home. Have been to this hotel many times should open elevators now there is no covid restrictions entrance complicated.
- Vladimir (10/5): Great resort but skip the restaurant in it and no EV charging access if outside. - Great river room view 1 bedroom unit I did not rate the restaurant here as I think it's a separate rating. The restaurant is bellow resort standings. I have not seen so many fired and unhealthy items in my life. Even the salad (joking) may have been deep fried. Only fish on menu - deep fried. Also, EV guys take note. I was given an outside spot and no access to charging. With so many EVs on the road including Tesla, it should be a given for this property to offer charging.

- Nancy (2/5): poor sleep, not the the size of bed listed and very poor customer service and insulting conversations! - beautiful view of the water and marina and it’s surroundings The Blinds in the main living room window beside the A filthy balmy with mild and a collection of dried up leaves and dirt.in the balcony .Unkept..no chairs; the Bed was very small in comparison to the standard queen size declared by the insulant manager and his assistant Paige. We asked for a bigger mattress and this very ignorant man , came up to our room with my permission to measure the bed. He said it was by his standards it was an actual Queen size and that by his his measuring tape was we wet wrong. We sleep on a queen mattress at home and we have enough or more area to sleep. This manager … was so rude..inappropriate with me and my husband, said we must be sleeping on a Super Queen which we did not know what he was talking about. Who speaks to customers like this. He told me and my husband that there is nothing he could do, and that he has never heard of “ Fragrance in the workplace environment “ either! I told have severe asthma and Copd, and the linen on the bedding and towels completely saturated with fabric softener. I explained that I would need to have bedding changed without fragrance. I went and purchased our own blanket please call me as this can’t be edited for my grammar or spelling in my phone . Nancy and Jamie Ready
