• Carolina (10/5): - Es cómodo y lindo. Tienen servicio de limpieza todos los días. Está bien calefaccionado. La cocina está bien equipada, además te dejan azúcar, té, café, detergente y esponja. El rallador, le pondría uno normal y le agregaría una espátula.

• Sébastien (10/5): Très bon séjour - Très bel établissement au coeur de El Chalten, l’appartement est grand, fonctionnel et la loterie est de très bonne qualité ainsi que tout le matériel, savon, crème pour le corps à disposition… L’emplacement géographique est parfait, le propriétaire est disponible sur WhatsApp et très serviable et agréable. La douche est chaude. De plus, il se situe à quelques pas de la gare de bus, omnibus. On s’y sent bien. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Merci pour tout, à bientôt Les voisins sont irrespectueux, parle et crie fort le soir tard et le matin tôt. On entend tout de l’intérieur, ce n’est pas la faute du personnel mais c’était assez désagréable

La calefacción adecuada, el baño super implementado: shampoo, acondicionador, jabon liquido, loción de baño, y la secadora de cabello fue esencial! La zona del kitchenet super equipada, todo lo necesario para poder cocinar lo escencial para este viaje. -

• Nina (9/5): Um charme em El Chalten - Apartamento super confortável e completo. Estávamos em 4 e nos atendeu muito bem. Tem todos utensílios para 4 pessoas. Voltaria Achei a calefação um pouco ruim. Pedi para aumentar e aí da sim sentimos que o quarto estava gelado.
• Julian (8/5): Muy linda experiencia! - La iluminación de la habitación, el colchon, la limpieza, la ducha. En términos generales, me pareció muy cómoda la habitación 102 y sus servicios. Algunos detalles mejorables: Principalmente la cortina de la cocina arruina la privacidad ya que no es blackout y desde afuera se ve directamente hacia la cama. Hay pocos tomacorrientes para conectar cosas electrónicas tales como cargadores de celular, entre otros. Un solo dia tuve problemas de ruido por los vecinos de arriba, los cuales hicieron ruidos molestos hasta las 12 de la noche y por más que avisé a recepción no pudieron hacer nada al respecto en ese momento.

The staff, Meteo, was very helpful with the hiking advice and rental shop suggestions. We were very happy with our stay there. Though there were lots of cabinets for storage, we could use more places to hang clothes.

Que no tuviera un perchero de Pared, al entrar al apartamento, a veces llegas con la campera mojada y no tienes donde ponerla.

• Konstantin (4/5): Wonderful stuff, beautiful property with too many issues - The Stuff was so friendly, so amaizing-- they went out of their way to make sure we were welcome and to help out with any of the issues that we had Unfortunately, the property itself was pretty horrible. I am not sure it's the property fault or if it was Chalten's issue. On the pictures it looked so gorgeous, but we encountered a series of the issues: 1) Right after we checked in and were admitted in the apartments, i have noticed a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I think there was a mold issue there-- the window was liking rain the whole time. Husband said there's sewage and draining issues in El Chalten. I could only breath through the mouth in the bathroom and tried to spend as little time as possible in there 2) We had issues with the heating and WiFi there-- it was very cold and even after the stuff came and tried to turn on the heaters, the property was freezing by the end of our stay ( it was quite toasty when we came in, so it seems it shut down). There was almost no Internet at night ( over usage by all the people on the property and the size of the broadband?), plus there was a power shutdown one night, we didn't have electricity for a couple hours, but, again, it might of been a city problem 3) The refrigerator smelled awful, again, i suspected mold problem. 4) We were informed that we will have complementary breakfast every morning, but were served stale bread with dulce de leche one morning and nothing for the following 2 days because they ran out of bread. Not great loss, but still.. 5) Children slept on the second floor and were complaining about mice/rat noises. One night my son discovered what he thought was rat poop in his bed and refused to sleep there any more.

• Iver (9/5): Nice place to spend some time in Chalten - would stay again. - Desk staff was energetic, helpful and friendly (also good/adequate English skills, which was useful). Facility was very nice, fairly new, cleaned daily, comfortable and very complete (kitchenette) for short/longer stays. Location was very convenient to the bus station, groceries, restaurants and most everything (small town). Quality of property seemed to probably be above average. A few items could use maintenance (like bath hangers) - this is a higher-price stay in Chalten and most guests probably expect some attention to even these small things. The supplied breakfast was good but could use a little variety after some days (different fruit, or bread?).

Staff were so attentive and gave us whatever we asked for right away. I would have rated it a 9 if it was not for the construction materials around the place. Room next to our was under construction so materials in the hallway. No noise thankfully. Balcony view was obstructed by scaffolding. More lighting in the unit would have been helpful. Construction material everywhere, but unit was very new.

Sin dudas Recomiendo este lugar Es solo una critica constructiva. Nuestro apartamento era para 4, cama de dos plazas arriba y abajo 2 camas individuales. Creo que un sofa cama seria mas practico asi quedaria mas espacio para usar la mesa y las sillas. De todos modos no es algo que impida el uso del apartamento

• Sabina (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für 2-4 Personen – schön eingerichtet, ruhig, sehr sympathisches Team! - Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen – wir hatten ein kleiner Studio zu viert mit unseren Erwachsenen Kindern. Unser Schlafzimmer hatte einen Blick auf den Fitzroy! Es gibt ein kleines Frühstück, welches man sich im Laufe des Abends schon abholen kann, damit man früh in den Tag startet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit Mateo und Julian waren ganz wunderbar. Die Wohnung wird jeden Tag gereinigt von sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist großartig! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Leider war es schon ausgebucht. Wir waren mit allem wunderbar zufrieden. Nichts hätte besser sein können.
• Elizabeth (9/5): - The site provided breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely nice, addressing our questions promptly and allowing us to leave our bags there after we checked out. We cooked our own meals and everything we needed was provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And it's near the bus stop, so very convenient for coming into town and not having to carry bags for very far. There was a market about a block away that made for easy meal prep.

Caixinha com café da manhã que ajuda muito na logística das trilhas. Cortina (pequena) da sala transparente de frente para o banheiro poderia ser melhorado. Quando o vento fica forte (quase sempre :-) ) acontece muito barulho do lado de fora do apart (mas dentro da propriedade) - vi que são coisas possíveis de se ajustar facilmente.

Sommier gigante, la vajilla impecable, tenia buenas facilidades para cocinar. La mampara de la bañera no tenía caída y se salía el agua hacia afuera,mojando todo el baño al ducharse. El agua llegaba a la puerta. No había un lugar donde esperar bajo techo para cuando las excursiones te pasan a buscar. El recepcionista está solo pocas horas y no había a quien hacer consultas. El viento movía las chapas del techo y hacían ruido toda la noche

Todo funciona con electricidad. Tiene una heladerita dónde te dejan dulce para desayunar. El pan te lo dan por la mañana No me gustó que el departamento que nos tocó tenía vistas de la cocina al pasillo de entrada y a otras habitaciones, y de los dormitorios a un lugar dónde había andamios, ladrillos, arena. No lo recomiendo para gente que quiere cocinar, tiene todo eléctrico, si hubiese tenido que prender la cocina se hubiera complicado. Es todo digital. Nosotros cenamos afuera. Al haber contratado por booking no pude preguntar sobre las vistas del departamento y otras cosas. La ubicación me gustó muy cerca, 2 o 3 cuadras de la San Martin. Me pareció muy caro por otros lugares dónde estuve con vistas maravillosas. A mi me tocó el departamento 5.
• Ryan (8/5): - Struttura nuova ad inizio paese vicino alla fermata dei bus in una zona molto tranquilla. L'appartamento é dotato di tutti i confort, era ampio e la stanza da letto separata dalla cucina/salotto. Sarebbe stato ideale anche per 4 persone. La struttura fornisce un piccolo box colazione con succo, pane, marmellate, frutta e del formaggio. Nelle vicinanze si trovano dei supermarket forniti per eventualmente comperare altro per la colazione (es,: uova o prosciutto). I gestosi sono dei giovani ragazzi molto gentili, attenti e disponibili alle richieste dei clienti. La struttura per quanto nuova a tratti sembra non essere completata (cantiere con ponteggi, finiture mancanti - solo per la parte esterna. In camera tutto é completo). Anche il piccolo giardino intorno alla struttura non é tenuto molto bene ed e é peccato perché altrimenti sarebbe davvero molto carino. Guardando fuori si vedono ponteggi, detriti ed erbacce. Posizione non centralissima per rapporto al resto del paese ma si raggiunge tutto a piedi in 15 min al massimo.
• Cheryl (8/5): Good place if you want to cook your meals in to save money. Close to everything in town. - The hotel/apartments are right in town so you can easily walk to restaurants, shops for food, and to most trailheads. El Chalten is quite compact. It is roomy apartment. Liked the big upstairs loft with queen size bed. Good street parking. The breakfast is very basic--a big hunk of bread, an apple, a juice box, and some jam/cream cheese that you had to go down to reception each morning to pick up in what looks like a toolbox. There is also virtually no place to hang up towels in the bathroom (but this is quite common in Argentina and Chile). More hooks or towel racks would be appreciated. I found the table pushed up against the window challenging if you really had 4 people staying there which is what the room accommodates (had upstairs loft). The stairs up are slippery and there is no railing--so dangerous to come down at night to use the restroom in the middle of the night. They need to install a railing for safety issues. Anyone who has mobility issues should be aware there is no elevator to take you to the rooms on 2nd floor.
• Gismondi (8/5): Chalten lugra solado, el apart acompaño pero deben mejorar !! - Cama cómoda - buena iluminación natural y artificial 👌🏻 El desayuno - algunos detalles de la cocina como el grifo y faltantes de elementos - faltaba espejo en el ambiente - solo en el baño tenía. Faltaba placard para colgar las prendas

• giselle (8/5): - El departamento familiar era amplio y comodo El desayuno no estaba bien organizado y era un poco pobre. Por otro lado no me gusto que pese a haberme alojado 4 noches, la reserva de booking se ajusto mostrando como si hubiese sido solo 1. (y eso paso despues que nos retiramos del hotel)
