• Jennifer (9/5): Stress free - Views over poolside & tennis court and especially over the river water. Main room/lounge room extended balcony was perfect and sauna/spa was great for relaxation. Managed by good kind people and I felt comfortable and safe there at all times. The location, the views, the cleanliness, the facilities, the staff attention to detail, etc. We left the place completely satisfied. Nothing at all, the experience was positive. Everything was provided and we didn't need much either.

• Sara Campbell (5/5): Mixed - Great location and the views from our apartment were lovely. Our time at the apartment was soured by being accused of smoking when we were absolutely not. We received a knock on the door on a Saturday night from who I assume to be the manager asking if we were smoking which we said no. That first interaction was okay, I don't mind being asked so that they can find out. It was the morning after checking out that really upset me. I was called by the receptionist to ask once again if we had been smoking. I said no, but that answer wasn't good enough and I was requested to 'tell the truth, be honest'. It was a shitty way to end our weekend away to be honest.

• Gluhovic (7/5): Dragan - Location, swimming pool, close to the beach Wi-fi would always cut out, or slow, facilities are good but a bit outdated, tv was glitchy and sometimes would stop. When we arrived both fans weren't working so they had to get them fixed, after the electrician came one fan was working fine while the other still had some faults and was not working if we wanted to change its speed.

We contacted the staff and asked about fixing it, they sent someone up to check it out. But they still couldn’t fix it, they basically said sorry you will have to deal with it. We went with kids and were hoping for a few quiet days, relaxing and we couldn’t even have the kids sit and watch Netflix for a while.

L’accueil nous a dit de nous garer dans le parking visiteurs ou dans la rue avec le risque de ne pas avoir de place évidemment.

• Cassandra (7/5): Comfortable stay, really would have liked to use the spa though. - Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. I booked this property so we could use the indoor pool/spa for entertainment and relaxing during the day. When we arrived, head to the spa for a sign to be up letting us know it’s down for maintenance. If I had known this in advance I would have booked elsewhere.
• Kellie (7/5): Great Location and whilst not cheap was reasonable for the event time. - Hotel location is excellent, across from the river and a short walk to both Surfers Paradise and its restaurants as well as the tram stop to get anywhere from Broadbeach to Southport. Room was nothing fancy but clean and had enough space. We came for the marathon and the indoor heated spa that was advertised on the property was not in use, getting fixed. Was bad timing to fix this in school holidays when a marathon was on. We really missed it. Didnt' like either that there wasn't enough toilet paper for the time we were staying. Reception advised that its not like we paid $400 per night like a hotel .... umm we paid like $360 per night so it wasn't cheap!

Only one towel per person to use for 4 days. Empty wrappers in bedside table Ants Ceiling Fan in main bedroom not working properly. Parking was an inconvenience as it was constantly occupied by vehicles with no permits Room had a odour Raised concerns when arrived regarding missing items as mentioned above. Never received it.

• Norman (10/5): The family christmas day was just beautiful with the lovely apartment and the surrounding environment. - Location was amazing. The views from the two balgonies were breathtaking. The pool and barbeque areas were well appreciated by all. Everything was just perfect

The stay itself was just a fifteen minute walk away from the centre which was amazing, especially since parkinf around that area was close to impossible. Overall great stay, will definitely come back Some parts of the room were a bit outdated. Toilet doors didn't lock, doors jammed so it was difficult to open sometimes, that sort of stuff. Had all the necessary amenities including an outdoor pool which my son absolutely loved! The carpet in the apartment and hallway had a mildew, old smell. I presume it’s from it being quite dated so would be nice to have fresh tiles or something else that doesn’t keep that smell. The ground floor tiling was beautiful and fresh looking so something like that would be nice on all the levels.

• Luis (4/5): The stay was disappointing... - The location has easy access to Surfers Paradise. We were given a room without air conditioning, with the staff claiming it was because we were paying too little. However, I noticed I had actually paid more than their advertised rates, and they blamed the issue on the amount Booking.com was passing on to them. This was especially frustrating as the room description during booking clearly stated it had air conditioning. While the kitchen appeared clean at first glance, everything felt sticky and unpleasant to use. One night, since we had to leave the balcony doors open because of the lack of air conditioning, a large cockroach flew in. This forced us to close the doors, leaving us to endure the stifling heat even more. Additionally, although every room is supposed to have an undercover parking spot, it seemed ours was given to someone else. As a result, we had to park outside for the entire stay.

Loved that the kitchen had a large fridge, microwave, oven. Also a washing machine and dryer in the unit was handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend and will certainly rebook Only down side, the spa was being refurbished so not available and only one lift available due to renovations but not a hassle
