• Rena (9/5): great stay - great space, great location yes it is dated but honestly for the price it was comfortable clean and very easy to settle in not the hotel's fault but there is construction nearby as it is a growing area so a pair of earplugs are recommended for light sleepers
• Ricky (7/5): Exactly as expected. Thank you. - A lovely albeit dated apartment for a stay for work. No bells, no whistles, nothing fancy - just a comfortable place to stay. It was extremely windy with regular rain showers, and for some reason, the bedroom was inundated with noise from outside throughout the night.

• GERD (10/5): - Well located, very spacious and well furnished.. Excellent value for money. Slightly aged, but compared to other options, great value for money
• Mea (9/5): It was good for our needs. - Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable. The ocean view was good too. The lounge room was spacious and comfortable. Not enough tea, coffee and sugar. There was only one toilet roll. I have never come across not able to get top ups before.

• Richard (9/5): Location, Location, location - Location is excellent with tram station outside of apartment. Easy walk into Surfers. Good facilities with heated indoor pool, Kitchen well catered for, plenty of space in the apartment. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but expected for the price. A little outdated, but once again, usable and the price reflects this.

• Christine (8/5): Position - Position great. 1 block to walk into Surfers Paradise. 9th floor which was a great view and sea breeze. It's a dated property. I recall staying there back in the 90's as a family and I felt it was the same apartment!. Needs a bit of updating

• Anna (9/5): Supernöjd - skulle gärna bo här igen och rekommenderar gärna. - Läget: nära strand, nära livsmedelsaffär, bra kommunikationer med buss och spårvagn. Lägenheten: rymlig, välstädad, balkong med utsikt över havet mm. Skönt med AC och fläkt. Skönt med utomhuspoolen. Lugnt i huset och trevlig personal/manager. Mycket prisvärt. Saknade gratis wifi - alltid en fin service att erbjuda.
• Tony (8/5): - The location was great. Close to the beach and the main street. Although I was always able to find parking, I was worried that one day I may not find one. There is no allocated parking for each unit.
• Abhishek (7/5): - The location is very good, and Manager Zom is very helpful. Good value for money Kitchen cupboard were broken and overall cleanliness was ok ok could be improved.
• Jayden (3/5): Noisy, mouldy, and lots of interesting odours. Very poor - Central location right next to the beach Mould in bathroom, cupboards full of random stuff from previous guests, so much mould in aircon we couldn’t turn it on. Left with half a roll of toilet paper for 2 nights.

• Phoebe (1/5): Not good, left not long after been there to go to a different hotel. Felt very unsafe. - N/A We felt very unsafe at this apartment so we left and went to a different hotel. Wasn’t clean and the facilities wasn’t good either. Only had one roll of toilet paper too and no other toiletries. Not only that but we would have had to pay for watching the tv/ wifi. I just feel like if we are paying good money to stay here we shouldn’t have to pay for these things. We also didn’t feel comfortable telling the receptionist this either so made up a reason to leave.

• Michael (8/5): Value for money and good location. - Really good, the apartment was large and spacious. The only thing no A/c in bedroom hard to sleep being hot in the room.

• Tan (9/5): Nice place, nice reception, value for money. - Location close to surfers paradise. Beach in the backyard. Carpark was invaluable. Bedroom was a little too dark. Had to open the curtains for the natural light to brighten up the room. No aircon in room only fan.

• John (10/5): Quarterdeck Apartments - value for money 👍🏽 - I loved the location. It's literally next to the tram station, a short walk to Paradise Central shopping center and in the heart of where the action is at Surfers Paradise. There wasn't much to not like. The carpet in my room smelt musty but a room deodorizer can easily mask that so it wasn't a big problem. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, clean and stocked with the essentials that made my stay enjoyable.

• Ellie (10/5): Was amazing how close the beach was and how well priced the accommodation was. - Loved how close it was to the beach and how well priced it was! Bed was a bit uncomfortable but apart from that, the apartment was amazing value for money.

The view from our room was great. We don't mind staying here again in the same room as we're in. Nothing much except that the place just need updating. and the microwave plate was a mess, I had to wash it 1st before using. Minor issue.

The whole place was dated, bathroom in particular. We didn’t need WiFi but there was none of you had to pay for it. Low stock on towels and hard to get extra, you buy your own toilet paper after the first roll is used.

• Gary (4/5): enjoyed the stay but were disappointed with the room in. general - Booking in was excellent, staff member was cordial and helpful,parking was good and secure, lifts appeared clean and serviceable but a Tenant said lifts had been out for a period of time before we arrived the room location was good but the room itself was very untidy and dated, the bathroom had a leaking toilet from the bottom seal and the washing machine installed had a massive leak if used and you had to turn water off at the wall to stop it, only two towels were supplied and a mat with charges applied if you required more which we required a bathmat extra to soak up leak from washing machine which we requested we not be charged for,the bed was comfortable and clean

• Jade (4/5): Poor - We had bugs all over the kitchen/bathroom. Couldn't eat or cook in the apartment, The bugs were all in the kettle/toster. The wardrobe was full of dust, so I couldn't hang our clothes. It was cheap, but we expected not to have bugs all over the pace.

Room was actually an apartment, bathroom with washer and dryer, kitchen, living room and bedroom, very nice. Some minor cleanliness issues, a food scrap on the kitchen counter, with ants, very small bugs under some objects. Room terms required me to take my own garbage down to the basement and to wash and dry the dishes, ok. Light switches somewhat confusing.

Hallway to room smelt so bad I wanted to just walk out plus the carpet is stained and dirty. Carpet in the room was stained and the whole room felt dirty. Car parking is difficult to get in and out of.

• Michelangelo (3/5): I didn't expect much, but I'm really disappointed - The bed was comfortable (Even though they were 2 single beds put together), the apartment was spacious, there was air conditioning The sheets were thin as paper, the whole structure is dated, bathroom and kitchen to renew, pool and spa are really small and I don't trust the cleanliness, 1 towel per person for full staying, doesn't provide paper (only toilet paper) and shampoo or body wash. You have to pay for WiFi
