• Geert (10/5): Wir kommen gern wieder. Das wird unsere Stamm-Unterkunft in Greifswald. - sehr gute Lage im Zentrum der Stadt, nur wenige Gehminuten von der "Lange Strraße" und Marktplatz. Sehr ruhig. Gut beheizt. Kann gar nichts sagen.

Wir hatten Glück, es war viel Musik und Kultur an dem Wochenende in den Kirchen und auf den Straßen. Wir sind in Greifswald zur Schule gegangen und sind seid der Wende immer mal zu Familie feiern und Klassentreffen im Ort. Es hat sich viel verändert und wir wandeln gern auf alten Pfaden.

Als ich unter der Dusche war, kam jemand in die Wohnung rein und hat ein Zettel auf das Bett hingelegt. Ein no go. Habe mich deshalb als Frau dort unsicher gefühlt.

• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - A separate flat for rent in the medium-sized town of Greifswald approx. 70 km from Swinoujscie. I chose the flat because of its close proximity to the university (you can see it from the room). It was clean and spacious and had everything I needed, including a hairdryer and good wifi. You enter the flat with a code sent to your email and phone. Communication with the rental company was via messages on booking.com and was quite quick - all guidelines were clear and on a regular basis. Self-catering. Well-equipped small kitchen. I am satisfied, and it suits my needs. Parking space could be rented for an additional fee. As a frequent traveller who often books via booking.com, I have one fundamental recommendation for the company: email communication and all customer information in the flat should also be in English (not only in German), the common language in tourism. I was lucky enough to have a partner travelling with me who has been working in Germany for years and reading all for me. If I am in this town again, I will definitely use it again. The price for one night in such a town also seems excessively high (although, in fact, similar prices were in the old town and even higher, but with breakfast). The city is not a tourist attraction; I was here on business for a conference at the university. It has a small, well-kept old town.
• Arash (2/5): A total nightmare, the worst place possible. - Nur die Sauberkeit und Nähe zu Stadtzentrum This was my worst experience so far. When I arrived, I found out that the apartment in the third floor is which hasn't been mentioned by the host. After entering the apartment I wanted to take shower but there was neither shampoo nor bath gel there. I contacted therm through booking.com and also separately through their email address and asked for a shower gel but they didn't respond till 8:30 the next morning. I had to buy myself a shower gel that evening. The worst part of this apartment is its weak foundation and construct. By passing by of every heavy car the whole building was shaking very badly and for 4-5 seconds each time and almost every 10 minutes. It is unbelievable that the host rents such an unstable and old apartment. You can't believe it that I was experiencing earthquakes every 10 minutes even when sleeping over the night. It was a total nightmare and the worst place I have stayed at. You can't just sleep there and for so much irresponsibility and such a poorly grounded apartment I paid 90€ for a night. It was a total nightmare and I am highly dissatisfied with the accessibility of the host and the situation of his apartment. I highly recommend you to not stay there. It is awful.

The facilities (kitchen utensils, daily cleansing stuff, shower) are well equipped. The electric lock allowed you to check-in in 24hrs flexiby, it's safe and reliable. Prime location. The pillow could be more comfortable, it's a bit too soft.

Cozy and private house with apartments, feels like home. You can see a car on the parking from the room. Good contact with a staff on the phone, possible to buy parking place and solve problems after arrival. I don't like that in order to use parking you have to book it and pay for it separately. It should be already included in the room's price. It is quite problematic and may be misleading. Also in the kitchen there was no dish drying rack, but it is a small thing.
