• Haddioui (10/5): Impeccable - J’ai tout aimé ! L’emplacement était parfait, le studio très cozy et bien équipé, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le studio était un peu trop chaud, même lorsque le chauffage était éteint.

• DIEGO FERNANDO (8/5): - Cómodo. Es muy caliente, no tiene aire acondicionado. A pesar del clima frío el apartamento tiene calefacción que no se puede ajustar.
• Andrea & Michael Hauser (6/5): - The one bedside light was not working. It might be good to have the apartment wheelchair friendly for some guest, but the seat in the shower was in the way and the shower rail did not work. Also the basin tap extenders are inconvenient
• MING YEN (5/5): 地點方便，如果價格有比較便宜的話還可以 - 離車站近，附近有COOP 還算乾淨 房間很小，有電扇沒空調，夏天悶熱 有廚房烤箱洗碗機，有杯子/刀叉，但是沒有碗盤與鍋具，無法烹煮東西，除非自備鍋子 checking一切self service，要自己找到KEY開門，需要有點偵探解謎的腦袋，建議房東將找到KEY開門的方式做成PDF與圖片給房客。

• Sashi (10/5): Best family place at the center of Interlaken - Excellent - location, cleanliness, secure. Best for family of 4 or less.
• Linda (7/5): Good, clean, needs some easy improvements - Great to have the little kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Clean. Bright blue light on the one working bedside light, studio is too small for four travellers to open their suitcases. Suggest manager sets up alternative form of communication with guests, as messages can be delayed via booking.com. And if the cleaner is going to use the same key as the guest, you need two keys in the mailbox. We would have been stuck outside if we hadn’t thrown a snowball at the window and the cleaner saw it. Studio is way too hot, even with heating turned all the way down. Bathroom is set up for disabled access which makes it very awkward to move around.
• Karina (9/5): Superb - Very clean and confortable beds. I didn’t receive the instructions on time and had to ask for them. This made me loose time and delayed the check in. The bathroom is very uncomfortable.
• Shreeya (6/5): Paid for the Excellent Location - Very clean and modern apartment in an excellent location. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment. It was around a 5 min walk to the train station and the supermarket is around the corner. The room was very hot and stuffy with no air-conditioning. The only source of cooling was a fan which was dusty or the windows. The bathroom shown in the photos was not the same as what we got as it had great disability facilities but was not needed by us - i.e. the shower had a fixed foldable disability chair which took up too much space in the shower and the tap handles were large and made it awkward to wash hands / shower. TV had Netflix and YouTube but it didn’t work and when we asked the host, we didn’t get a response. Quite expensive for what we got.

• Hanaa (10/5): The hotel is great. - The hotel is nice, clean, tidy, modern, safe, has a mountain view, has facilities like a coffee machine and free wifi. Other than that, I had to go out of the hotel but I had an appointment at a store so I had to go there without my bags, so they told me I could leave my bags with them as a deposit in a safe place. They are really nice. nothing, but i arrived at the hotel late and the hotel staff were not there, but they left me a message with a code to put in my box, he didn't understand at first but I was helped by other tenants

The Bathroom (especially the shower did not have a way to drain the water) and the WiFI -- did not work most of the time. WiFi - showed that it was Suspended as the Bills were not Paid on time.

Shower that flooded the entire bathroom floor making entire bathroom slippery. Bathroom that ran out of toilet paper after first use. Main bed is against two walls so you have to disrupt your partner to get up at night. How about this one… A 20 digit Wi-Fi password with upper and lower case!!!! All that for $458!!!! Horrible stay.
