- Johanna (8/5): - Die Lage und der Blick aus dem Fenster ist super. Hier und da merkt man, dass die Einrichtung schon etwas abgenutzt ist. Im Haus gibt es keinen Aufzug. Mit viel Gepäck und kleinem Kind kann es etwas beschwerlich sein.

- Christiane (5/5): Apartment ist gut, wenn man anspruchslos ist - Einfacher Check-in. Sehr gute Lage. Alles Sauber. Gut ausgestattet Durch den Fenstern hat es gezogen und äußere Lautstärke war in den Räumlichkeiten deutlich hörbar. Mikrowelle (Drehknopf) Wasserhahn im Küchenbereich und Licht im Kühlschrank defekt. Im großen Schlafzimmer gab es im dazugehörigen WC keine Abluft Funktion. Apartment war in der 4 Etage. Da wir alle über 60 Jahre alt sind war das nicht die beste Wahl.

Le parking à proximité a été particulièrement apprécié. Le matelas du lit principal est assurément "fatigué" ! Dans la 2nde chambre il manque une lampe de chevet. Les chaises de la salle sont en piteux état.

- Marie (9/5): Tolle zentrale Wohnung für Thermalbad und Casino - Die Wohnung (nr 3) war sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Küche ist voll ausgestattet und die Betten super. Die Lage ist spitze direkt gegenüber der Trinkhalle und ja, es gibt etwas Verkehr aber wir haben in der Wohnung nichts gehört. Diese Wohnung hat beide Heizung und Klimaanlage. Es führt eine Treppe hoch jedoch keinen Aufzug. Wir waren beide sehr zufrieden und würde hier wieder reservieren. Parkplatz ist etwa 5-7 Minuten zur Fuss aber es ist möglich vor dem Haus zu entladen. Die Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss sind sicher durch die Strasse etwas lauter.

Un email, qui nous avait été envoyé durant notre trajet, nous demandait de finaliser notre chek in en ligne, et de payer la taxe de séjour en ligne également. Ce que nous avons faire, dehors devant la porte sur un téléphone. Pas de place de parking à disposition, contrairement à ce qui était convenu.

Due to the roadworks getting from the check in location to the actual apartment was not easy. We chose to find the parking place and walk from there instead.

Close to restaurants, Casino, SPA and museums. It is right in middle of the city walking distance to all attractions. Finding the office was a bit difficult. Maybe more information how to locate it will be helpful. Parking lot reserved for us was occupied by another vehicle. Had to call to figure where to park but staff was helpful.

Tuvimos que ir a recoger las llaves a otra dirección a 6 minutos caminando y nos dieron mal el código de entrada. Una sugerencia en la cocina se hecha en falta algún producto de primera necesidad.

- maelig (8/5): - L appartement que nous avions était propre, spacieux, le parking couvert inclus qui est a 5 mn a pied de l appartement. Le lit de la chambre est tres inconfortable, tres mou sur les bords et dur au milieux , ce qui fait qu on glisse toute la nuit sur les extérieurs du lit Le self checkin est a revoir: 1°/ je suis passé trop tôt le matin de l arrivé ( 10h30 ) car je voulais juste faire les papiers et payer les taxes de séjour, on m a dit qu ils pouvaient le faire moyennant 20 euros avant de se réviser pour me dire que finalement c est pas possible. On m a demandé de repasser plus tard, j ai dit ok je repasserai à 22h ( car nous avions réservé des activités pour la journée ). 22h étant trop tard on a convenu de faire un self check in et que les instructions me seront envoyées par mail. Le soir a 19h30 l hotel qui est situé a 10 mn a pied des appartements m appelle pour me demander a quelle heure je viens faire le check in a l hotel... j ai dû reexpliqué la siituation. 2°/ dans le mail il etait précisé que je devais remplir un document a l appartement pour la taxe de séjour. Puis plus tard dans la soiree on me demande de repasser a l hotel pour payer la taxe. N aurait il pas été possible de la payer la veille? Ou de faire comme il était mentionné dans le premier mail? 3°/ le parking , j ai demandé lors de la réservation d avoir une place de parking, on m a répondu qu il etait trop tôt pour le réserver et que je devais recontacter 15jrs avant, chose que j ai fait... n ayant pas eu de reponse de la part de l hotel j ai relancé 2 fois et je n ai eu une réponse que la veille au soir pour me dire que c etait accordé. Mais lors du check in du matin qui n a pas lieu, la réceptionniste m a dit que je n en avait pas alors que je lui montre le mail reçu la veille. Finalement elle a pu appeler et une place m a pu etre octroyée.

- amelia (10/5): Appartamenti molto belli e accoglienti. - Appartamento, grande, pulito, accogliente. Due bagni di cui uno con una doccia enorme. Letti comodissimi, cucina dotata di tutto. Noi eravamo al quarto piano con una bella vista. Peccato essere stati solo una notte, mi piacerebbe tornarci in estate. Consigliatissimo. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, la lontananza dell'albergo dove si fa il check in e la mancanza dell'ascensore.

- Phuong (9/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Sie befindet sich im Zentrum, gegenüber dem Casino. Sie war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Check-in erfolgte in einem anderen Hotel, daher sollte man die Nachrichten sorgfältig lesen. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, ist es schwierig, einen Parkplatz zum Ausladen des Gepäcks zu finden.

- Jürgen (8/5): Alles in allem gut - Im zweiten Zimmer waren die Fenster nich schalldicht genug. Das Appmt. Liegt an einer Hautstraße.
- Domann (9/5): - Hervorragende zentrale Lage mit toller Aussucht azf Kurpark und Trinkhalle., Fußläufig sind die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Gratisparkplatz wurde zwar bestätigt, war aber nicht für den gesamten Zeitraum geblockt. Es wurde aber alternativ ein Gratisparkplatz mit Auslass-Code im Wagener-Parkhaus mitgeteilt. Das hat bei der Ausfahrt problemlos geklappt. Wir vermissten eine Teekanne bzw. es gab nur eine Müslischale. Privatparkplatz ist trotz Navi schwer zu finden, da Hausnummer 52 (direkt gegenüber Wagener-Parkhaus Nr. 44) im Zufahrtsbereich nicht ausgeschildert war und auf dem Parkplatz keinerlei Hinweis auf das Hotel bzw. Appartment angebracht war (nur Abschlepp-Warnung bei unerechtigtem Parken). Die Anfahrt sollte auf dem beim Check-in im Hotel übergebenen Merkzettel besser erklärt werden.

- Gennadiy (10/5): - This place had so much room! It was nice to have a half bath in one of the bedrooms and the shower in the other was amazing. Great water pressure and just relaxing. The location was great for the Christmas Markets. It was just a short walk from the front door and you got to walk through the Trinkhalle to get there. The creek below made sleeping with the windows open just magical. Parking was a breeze in your own garage stall. No need to worry about finding parking. You have to pick up the keys at a neighboring hotel with some small European roads. Kinda a pain in the butt, but made for some memorable moments for the Americans in the car.
- Winnie277 (9/5): Schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage - Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind absolut prima, das Apartment 2 war ruhig, groß genug für 4 Erwachsene, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und alles war vorhanden, in der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und Cafes um sich zu versorgen, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kostenlosen Parken war auf Anfrage möglich. Alles Top Es ist leider sehr umständlich den Code für den Schlüssel in einem abgelegenen Hotel abzuholen, dort die Kurtaxe in bar zu entrichten um dann mit der Nummer wieder zurück zum Apartment zu laufen. Das hätte genau so gut per PayPal und SMS erfolgen können - wer die wenigen Vorteile der Kurkarte möchte kann diese ja dann abholen.

- Elena (6/5): - La ubicación , estaba limpio No me gustó que me ofrecieran un Bajo y luego no me lo quisieron dar cuando llevábamos un bebé y teníamos que subir dos pisos no me gustó que desde el primer día pidiéramos que arreglaran el microondas y no lo arreglaron no me gustó que no habían unas escoba para poder barrer el suelo por lo tanto no podíamos dejar al niño tampoco en el sueloy no me gustó que no me hicieran caso

- Annette (8/5): Fazit: Apartment und Lage top. Personal/Freundlichkeit ausbaufähig! - Wir hatten kein Frühstück. Die Lage ist top! Der Empfang an der Rezeption war leider nicht sehr freundlich! Auch wurde uns nicht gesagt, dass die Zufahrt zur Garage auf Grund einer Baustelle schwierig ist! Hat uns dann viel Zeit gekostet! Das nächste Problem war dann, dass uns das falsche Apartment genannt wurde! Bis wir dann telefonisch jemanden erreicht haben, war schwierig! Dann musste die Mitarbeiterin auch erst noch telefonieren….., also wieder Zeit verschwendet!
- Gemma (9/5): Estancia estupenda para disfrutar de la ciudad - La ubicación es excelente, con unas vistas espectaculares. Camas muy cómodas, aparcamiento privado y gratis muy cerca, y sobre todo la amabilidad de las dos personas que nos atendieron cuando hicimos el check-in...Gracias por su simpatía y sus esfuerzos para podernos entender (en nuestro caso tuvo que ser en italiano). La falta de ascensor supuso un ligero problema, dado que nos dieron un apartamento en el tercer piso y subir personas mayores con maletas fue una odisea. Aunque solicitamos con tiempo uno más abajo, supongo que no habría ninguno disponible.

- Chiheb eddine (7/5): Allgemein war es ganz angenehm und zu empfehlen. Stadt war nicht so cool - Zentrale Lage, sehr ordentlich, sauber Handtüchern waren nicht vollständig und die können nicht um 16 uhr nicht geliefert werden. Da muss. Man es selbst abholen. Es ist eine halb Weltreise.
- Susanne (9/5): - Für einen Stadtbummel / Weihnachtsmarktbesuch perfekt: perfekte Lage, komfortabel , alles, was es braucht und sogar mehr vorhanden, sehr sauber … Das Einchecken im Partnerhotel, das ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt und als Ortsunkundiger nicht so leicht zu finden ist… Dank der freundlichen Dame an der Rezeption war es allerdings schnell und unkompliziert erledigt.

- Sylvain (10/5): Marché de Noël à Baden-Baden - Superbe appartement très bien situé au cœur de la vielle ville. La propreté est excellente. La literie est très confortable. L'appartement est très bien décoré; tout le nécessaire de cuisine est disponible. Il est possible de réserver un garage, ce qui est un plus à Baden-Baden. Il faut récupérer les clés de l'appartement à la réception de l'hôtel avant de pouvoir rejoindre l'appartement qui n'est pas situé au même endroit. Même si ce n'est pas très loin , c'est compliqué en voiture. Sur place il est possible de se garer au pied de l'appartement pour décharger les bagages (les places de parking à Baden-Baden sont un vrai casse-tête), mais n'avons pas trouver de place disponibles. Ensuite il faut rejoindre le garage pour le véhicule à 400m environ.
