• Mario (9/5): Zu Empfehlen - Sehr sauber und komfortabel Ausgestattet. Tolle Lage in der Altstadt mit sehr guter Anbindung. Tolles Highlight: vor unserem Balkon plätscherte ein kleiner Bach. Leider war (das sehr umfangreiche) Frühstück kalt (Rührei und gekochte Eier).

• Nika B (9/5): Wenn das Wetter schön ist, echt eine Reise wert - Die Lage an der Alten Elster, das Gluckern des Baches und die Ausstattung des Studios. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück am Wochenende war trotz zahlreicher Gäste angenehm. Den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon.
• Sabine (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in Hoyerswerda - Das großzügige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung beinhaltet alles, was für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Urlaub benötigt wird. Die integrierte Küchenzeile ist nützlich für eine Selbstversorgung. Durch den Raumteiler in der Mitte des Zimmers ist auch bei drei Personen etwas Privatsphäre möglich. Alles ist modern, hell und freundlich eingerichtet sowieso picobello sauber. Fußläufig ist der Zoo gut zu erreichen. Das Kino ist quasi nebenan. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge (z. B. Dubringer Moor) und wichtig: kostenfreier Parkplatz. Nichts.

It’s a perfect spot for those wanting to explore local attractions without the hustle and bustle of more crowded areas. This hotel offers a range of essential amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, which is a significant advantage for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facilities is commendable; everything is meticulously maintained and the overall atmosphere is inviting. The staff provides exceptional service, always ready to assist with a warm smile, making each guest feel valued and welcomed. Overall, it’s one of the best accommodations I’ve experienced, combining convenience, comfort, and quality service. The price is very reasonable too.

• Domenico (9/5): Staff is super friendly. We left our bike outside during the evening and the staff was so kind to put it in the hallway - The location of the apartment is just beautiful and very calm. The little balcony faces a small river passing just in front of the building.

• Vít (10/5): Exceptional - Great. Very clean. Nets in the windows. Front window blinds. Air conditioning. Nice and very comfy bathroom with window. Nonfeather bedding. A beautiful balcony, but the impression was spoiled by the fact that other residents were smoking on the balconies and it was unbearable - we are non-smokers. It would be good if the Hotel banned smoking in the entire building!
