- Els (8/5): It was average as the instructions were outdated with unlocking doors. - The apartment was clean. Beds were comfortable The arrangement for collecting keys was a disaster. We arrived in Johor Bahru early in the morning and struggled to find a place to leave our luggage. We had to cart it with us whilst exploring. We were tired and had to wait until 3pm to check in, and then the keys were not there. We had to wait another 35 minutes for someone to put the keys in the box sneakily. The experience was unprofessional and inconsiderate to guests flying in from abroad.

Once open the house very smelly, never clean the bed, full of hair and bedsheet dirty, never clear rubbish. My booking was for 3 nights. From day 1 till day 3. No WiFi, No TV. 2nd day No Aircon. I called the management never answer my call. I WhatsApp messages to your UHA Management regarding my problem and need help. But till I check out, there was no response or any help from your UHA Management. Very very poor service and very disappointing trip. My money goes to waste. Worse management... It was an experience that I wount put my family through again. Parking is at level 5, very narrow slopes at all parking levels. Tv doesn't work.

TV not working, no entertainment for the night. No shampoo or body wash provided. No place to hang your clothes in the shower, put at the sink and clothes still got wet. Kill 2 cockroaches during my stay. Maybe I last minutes book and given me the last room. The room not worth the money, totally got cheated by the pic.

- Rianna21 (3/5): Convenient location, but completely filthy room. - Nice view, lots of windows, convenient location, tasty restaurant on ground floor, helpful staff ~ The room smelled absolutely abominable the entire stay. The bathroom drains smelt like something died in there. Even after requesting further cleaning, the smell remained just as pungent. I literally couldn’t use the bathroom without gagging. And the smell permeated the ENTIRE house. It was foul - no other words to describe it. The entire house looks nice on the surface, but everything was very very unclean. Dirty, stained towels (yellow/brown marks), rusted toilet brush, mould on the bathroom walls, dirty toilet bowl, dirty kitchen area, filthy (matted) rug in the front room, dirty bed sheets (hair in bed). Everything literally looked like it had barely been wiped. Old dirty wall paper, the behead had tears all over it. I felt unclean being in there. Broken/permanently stained mirrors, ants in the kitchen, dirty floor mats (should be orange, but looked dark brown).

- Anonymous (4/5): they only gave me one key card, but we were supposed to get two but when I asked them they gave me a reason which is una - i liked the view and and the hall was clean, Wi-Fi was also okay can’t complain. the bedsheets were horribly dirty and they only provide one bottle of shower gel, their dining table chair was not stable and was shaking, toilet mirror were broken, there’s no mirror in the rooms only in toilet, the side lamp on the side of the bed not working and it’s broken and you have to use the key to unlock the door you can’t use the card to tap cus it doesn’t work says the agent. horrible.

- Nur (1/5): Smelly apartment - nothing The room that we got was S 11 10 and upon entering the apartment, we were met with a strong smell of a public toilet. We realized that the bathroom door was open so we closed it but the smell only reduced a bit. We decided that we cant stay throughout our booking so we left the apartment and didnt even stay. Then when we complained to the management we were told that they knew that the toilet was attached to the drainage. They knew the issue exists and STILL they decided to rent it out for booking. It feels like a scam tbh. Dont book here if you dont want to feel like staying in a smelly public bathroom.

- Megan (5/5): terrible smell from bathroom that never left. - The design of the apartment was good and very modern. Shower jet was strong and nice. As soon as we entered, there was a very bad smell. we stayed for 3 nights and the smell never left. We tried to find where it came from, it wasn’t from outside because even outside smelled nice. It always came from the bathroom, and could be the drain. The bad smell was so strong it gave me a headache the whole time, and was extremely nauseating. Management should have it professionally looked at and solved. every time we opened the bathroom door, the rest of the apartment would fill with the bad odour. bathroom was also very dirty and we consider it unhygienic.

- 44 (4/5): The owner of the property was fast respond... And also very fast rectified the issue during the stay - The surrounding of the area was good got alot of choice of restaurant nearby... Got few shops nearby easy for the people to get what they want... Firtsly when i come to check in the unit is not ready and not prepared properly...the bed and pillow was not arranging no linen for both... Secondly we found 2 of the bedframe got bed bugs... Thirdly we have hardly rest and sleep in the apartment we have to sleep in the living room due for that causes which cause us 2 days with disappointed stay...

- Muhammad (1/5): Overall location & size family friendly but amenities required some upgrades. If you’re not fussed about it then goo - Location & space. 1. pool - water was murky. 2. toilet - stench / bad smell. shower head in master bedroom shld be replaced - nozzles were not flowing properly. no showerfoam / soap in guest toilet, had to buy myself 3. living room - sofa was out of shape. 4. tv - no working channels. there was a tv box but didnt work - kept on asking to be updated so 4 days 3 nights no tv. 5. internet coverage was bad - didnt get wifi in the rooms. 6.security deposit - was asked to pay 200 transfer or tng on the booking day - i didnt notice any requirement for security deposit at the point of booking. shld have made it upfront. i checked out before 9am this morning. until now i have not received the deposit refund. 7. parking multistorey- parking is a pain, had to make 5 floors up to get to parking gate then a couple more floors to parking bay - parking is tight so its really for experienced drivers. 8. Iron - iron was locked to masterbedroom - inconvenient as anyone who want’s to use had to go into masterbedroom. ironing table was complicated- couldnt figure out how to make it stand.
