We had to book another night directly with the owner it was absolutely great! Spacious room that could fit 6 people and a dog. The kitchen was locked and we had to wait for the keeper to come and open it for us. WiFi connection wasn’t very stable.

- Sheeraz (10/5): Excellent - It is at few mins drive to interlaken city centre. Very warm and cozy stay with all amenities inside the room. Very welcoming receptionist. Since Switzerland has very expensive eateries so you can cook inside your room as it is provided with all essential crockery and utensils.

- Bidisha (10/5): Excellent stay - This property is by far the best I have stayed in a while. It was very clean, spacious , cozy and great location. The bus stop is just there and train station is 400 m away. There is grocery store nearby. The crockery and utensils provided are sufficient and good quality. Staying at a place like this at Interlaken was a luxury and eating home cooked food while overlooking the scenes really made my day. The host is also very good and very helpful. Nothing

The host was very friendly and nice. He gave a pack lunch which was unexpected. Our room was clean and well maintained. The small kitchen was equipped well except there was no microwave.

- Ana (8/5): Muy bien - El apartamento era amplio y en la planta baja y pudimos aparcar justo al lado de forma gratuita. El wifi funcionaba muy bien. Aunque nos tocó en la planta baja y daba a la carretera no era ruidoso. El apartamento es grande y teníamos una cama extra. Estaba muy limpio y parecía todo muy nuevo. Inicialmente nos encontramos que no podíamos cocinar ya que la cocina no funcionaba pero era cuestión del diferencial. La ducha era correcta y el agua salía con potencia y caliente. En la habitación la temperatura era ideal ya que aunque en el exterios llegamos a 34 grados incluso nos tapamos con los edredones. La ubicación es perfecta para realizar actividades y visitas por la zona y el precio correcto para ser Suiza. Al llegar no había nadie en recepción y no sabíamos muy bien a quien dirigirnos. Por lo que vimos la dirección del hotel debe ser una família de origen paquistaní o hindú que a la vez se aloja allí. No dispone de mircroondas.

The dining and lounge is very spacious and stunning for me. Looking new building. Very homely, I like woods and set up of the building. Staff are approachable. Calm area. We had a spacious apartment with a kitchen, which was great for preparing our own meals. And each bedroom (we had 3 bedrooms) has a toilet. - Pham (10/5): - Chỗ ở rộng rãi lắm, có thể ở 4 người phòng này luôn đó, chỗ ở gần chỗ đón xe bus. chỗ ở yên tĩnh dễ chịu, không gần với interlaken nhưng đi bus về đó cũng tiện, phòng thuê giá hợp lý và chill. Có không gian bếp để chủ động nấu nướng. Nhân viên siêu dễ thương và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình lắm, họ giữ giúp vali sau checkout mà không hề đòi thêm chi phí gì luôn. Nếu đi đến khách sạn từ tàu/phà lên đường và đi bus thì xác định là đi đường dốc và hơi mệt nhé.

Nonprofessional staff, staff hanging out with the entire family and friends around, talking loud on the phone and listening to loud music. Not respecting guests'comfort and privacy. The pictures of the rooms and reality don't match. We got a basement type room, very isolated, dark, right the opposite side of the over busy laundry room. By complaining to the management, they expected me to pay extra to change my room.
