From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, relaxed, and very well organized, which immediately set the tone for a stress-free holiday. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the range of facilities available, there was plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained, from games to the pool and sauna. Parking was convenient and easily accessible, and the location itself is simply beautiful, with stunning scenic views all around. It’s a perfect place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Overall, a fantastic experience—we would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

The playroom was for kids was excellent, very clean and so well equipped. The pool and spa area was wonderful. We received a welcome drink and were able to order fresh bread for breakfast. We felt so welcome, our dog included. You need a car to stay here as there is not much around.

Fasquelle (8/5): Voor ons is dit een aanrader! - Het leuke aan dit concept is dat je op een apartement zit met de service van een hotel. Je hebt toegang tot het zwembad, sauna en fitness. Je kunt aan de bar iets drinken en pizza's bestellen. S'ochtens kun je pistolets halen. Er is een winkeltje met basis benodigdheden waaruit je dingen kan meenemen. Alles wordt verzameld en de rekening krijg je op het einde van je verblijf. Naast dit ben je volledig op jezelf om te kiezen wat je doet of niet. Je hebt de vrije keus om iets te koken in het apartement, om iets te gaan eten in het campingrestaurant of het stadje verderop. Daarnaast was het zeer proper in het apartement. Zowel handdoeken als keukengerei was voldoende aanwezig!

Inga (10/5): Nice hotel for families - The room had everything we need, everything as described. If you want to cook at home- no problem. Special thanks for a Coffee maker, we really enjoyed. In fact, the room was clean and cozy. I was pleasantly surprised that sofa sleeping was as comfortable as beds. My kids appreciated a playroom, it was hard to bring them back home. Communication with staff was always a pleasure. This accommodation is rather for tourists with a car. There is nothing around, only a beautiful lake. You need to take a bus (goes approximately every 30 mins) to reach the closest supermarket, 5 stops and you are in the town - shops, restaurants are all there.

Kathrine (10/5): - We had a great stay at Hapimag Zell am See! The hotel was perfect for our family - we enjoyed the amenities, especially the kids playroom and the pool. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. The staff was helpful and friendly, and we appreicated that the hotel was within walking distance to the lake. We would certainly recommend staying here when visiting the Austrian Alps!

Vivek (8/5): - Our room was neat and clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen. It was nice to also have empty lunch boxes in the fridge for people who want to do picnic. Room itself was of decent size. The staff was super nice and smiling. We also got a thank you for stay salt sample at the check out which was nice. Very cute 'Honesty Shop' in the hotel from where you can buy groceries, eggs etc, very convenient in case someone needs something urgently. 5 min walk to the lake.. 10 min drive to the Zell Am see city centre. The Bedsheets really need a changeover. It had lint all over because of which we had a super uncomfortable sleep. I also felt that they could have put a dishwasher easily in the kitchen as there was LOTS of space. Lack of dishwasher led to a lot of washing utensils by hand. We had one night stay, and throughout our stay, the lift was not working throughout our stay. It wasn't an issue for us, but it could be for some people definitely.

Brandon (8/5): A Comfortable Stay for Our Family - Beautiful property in an ideal location. Our room had plenty of space for our three children and two dogs. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. An easy walk to the lake. The pool was a great alternative for our family during inclement weather. You have to pay for espresso pods and things that typically come standard with hotels/apartment stays.

The apartment are big and fresh and the balcony has a magical view off the mountins. It’s lot to do with the kids with the pool, games and near the lake with boats and where you can swim and play volleyboll. And the pizza was great and we like the store to shop breakfasr and snax at the hotell. We loved this place and the staff.
