• Tigran (9/5): Like my second home I would be happy to visit again. - The hotel management was incredibly responsive to my needs throughout my stay. They addressed every request promptly and effectively. Thanks to the diligent and professional housekeeping staff, my room was always immaculate and comfortable. It is hard to recall anything I didn't like. Just having more flexibility for stay dates change or cancellation would be perfect.

Raz w tygodniu sprzątanie- dołożone zostały nowe ręczniki, mydło i wyniesione śmieci. Do telewizora można podłączyć HDMI, więc można sobie śmiało swoją telewizję podłączyć. Darmowy parking na miejscu przed budynkiem. Bezproblemowe i bezobsługowe zameldowanie oraz wymeldowanie (boxy na kod). Generalnie świetne mieszkanie do wynajęcia. Byłam bardzo zadowolona.

• Katalin (10/5): - Die Apartments sind top! Geräumig, sauber, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, hell, gut lüftbar – einfach ausgezeichnet. Als Vielreisende kann ich sagen: bisher die beste Unterkunft, die ich in Deutschland hatte, besonders für den Preis. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend – vielen Dank dafür! Für mich alles 10 von 10 Punkten.

• Farah (1/5): L’expérience globale avec cet établissement a été extrêmement négative, marquée par un manque d’hygi - 1. Manquement aux obligations d’hygiène (30/12/2025) À notre arrivée le premier jour, tard dans la nuit, nous avons constaté que les draps et les oreillers du lit étaient manifestement déjà utilisés et sales, avec des traces évidentes d’un précédent séjour. Nous avons immédiatement demandé le changement du linge, lequel n’a été effectué que le deuxième jour. En conséquence, nous avons été contraints de dormir la première nuit sur des draps sales et déjà utilisés, ce qui constitue un manquement grave aux obligations élémentaires d’hygiène et de conformité du logement. 2. Manquement grave à la sécurité du logement (31/12/2025) Le premier matin, malgré le fait que nous ayons correctement fermé la porte de notre chambre la veille, nous avons découvert que celle-ci était ouverte depuis l’extérieur. Cette situation soulève de sérieuses inquiétudes quant à la sécurité des occupants. Par mesure de précaution, nous avons été contraints de bloquer la porte de l’intérieur à l’aide de meubles et de valises après chaque entrée. Lorsque nous avons signalé cet incident à l’établissement, la seule réponse apportée a été : « Probably the housekeeping wanted to enter for cleaning ». Cette explication n’est pas crédible, dans la mesure où nous étions réveillés dès 6h30 en raison de la présence de notre bébé de 7 mois, et la porte était déjà ouverte avant cette heure. Par ailleurs, compte tenu d’une gestion manifestement défaillante des clés (nous avons reçu la clé de l’appartement n°10 au lieu du n°12), il est légitime de penser que les clés ont été mal attribuées et que l’accès à notre appartement a pu être donné à un tiers par erreur. 3. Blocage à l’extérieur du logement – Mise en danger (01/01/2026) Le deuxième jour, dans l’après-midi, nous sommes rentrés avec mon épouse et nos enfants alors que la température extérieure était proche de 0°C. Nous avons été totalement bloqués à l’extérieur de l’immeuble, la carte d’accès ayant cessé de fonctionner en raison d’une perte de magnétisation. Le matin même, cette carte fonctionnait déjà de manière aléatoire (environ une tentative sur cinq) pour la porte principale et celle de l’appartement. L’après-midi, elle ne fonctionnait plus du tout. Je suis resté dehors pendant plus de 30 minutes dans le froid à tenter de joindre l’établissement par téléphone, sans aucune réponse. J’ai multiplié les démarches via téléphone, WhatsApp, la messagerie Booking.com ainsi que tous les numéros indiqués par l’établissement. Malgré de nombreux appels, y compris depuis un numéro français vers l’international, je n’ai obtenu que des répondeurs, sans aucune assistance. Au total, nous sommes restés bloqués pendant 3 heures et 15 minutes, sans accès à l’appartement pour lequel nous avions pourtant intégralement payé, et sans accès à la nourriture nécessaire pour notre bébé. Cette situation constitue une mise en difficulté grave, voire une mise en danger. Lorsque nous avons finalement obtenu une réponse, il nous a été répondu de manière désinvolte que « ce n’était que deux heures ». Cette réponse démontre une totale absence de compréhension de la gravité de la situation : même 45 minutes dans le froid sans nourriture pour un nourrisson peuvent avoir des conséquences sérieuses, et plusieurs heures dans ces conditions sont inacceptables pour une famille. Les échanges avec l’établissement, ainsi que les preuves (photos et vidéos), sont joints à ce message.

• Julie (9/5): Apart from being locked out we had a fabulous stay and despite that we would stay again. - The location was perfect for us as we had to pick a rental motorhome only a few Kms away- but the local bus also took us there. Excellent shopping in Neutraubling (Regatta Sport Outlet shop). Kitchen facilities were great- shower fabulous- clean and modern. We are not fans of single doonas for a double bed but it seems to be the european way. We were given an incorrect code for the lock box so couldn't retrieve our key card to access the apartment. No one answered the emergency number (7 phone calls). We were locked out for almost 2 hours panicking. Luckily I had internet access so I sent an email and eventually I received a phone call and was given another code to another lock box. There is no airconditioning so in summer it is very hot- but again that is common in Germany.

• Martina (10/5): - Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft. Super Lage für Ausflüge, Einkäufe, Restaurants und sie liegt in der Nähe zu Regensburg. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und alles sehr sauber. Wir waren hier zum zweiten Mal nach 4 Jahren. Wenn wir wieder einmal in der Nähe sind, werden wir wieder hierher kommen. Jederzeit sehr zu empfehlen.

No staff anywhere present to help you out if you had a problem - or not able to reach anyone with mobile phone. Problem with the sink in the bathroom that did not get fixed for all the 3 nights stay we had.

• Tigran (10/5): Amazing interior and exterior athmosphere, friendly and responsive staff. - It's a former Monastery building, and like it's somehow blessed. Very inspiring for my job and mission thoughts. The athmosfphere of the Hotel, both interior exterior is great. The service and the staff are friendly and responsive. Glad to be their loyal customer. Perhaps the flexibility in reservation scheduling. You need to book at least 7 days in advance, and if plans are changing for some reason, and if you cancel, you lose all the money for the stay. That makes it difficult to reserve for longer stays in this amazing Hotel.

• Kelly (7/5): Good - Spacious and modern, bright room. The bathroom was well designed and the bed was very comfortable. There was a dishwasher and a hob for cooking. Overall the style is very appealing and the furniture is in good condition. The window above the front door allows too much light into the room everytime someone is in the hallway. This means that we woke up in the middle of the night many times due to the bright light. There is also a lot of light coming from the bathroom which has a glass door and from the windows next to the bed which do not have German shutters. So the room unfortunately does not get dark for sleeping. In addition, there is no air circulation in the room or bathroom. The air gets very dry, hot, and uncomfortable during the night. However, you cannot leave the windows open at night because the road is very, very loud (and there is a very bright street light directly in front of the window). I would recommend fixing the bright light situation and installing a fan. I would also fix the vacuum cleaner that was broken in our room. The freezer is not accessible because it is too close to the wall and the door cannot open. There are no coffee capsules available. There is no sponge available for washing dishes. There was only one bowl available for soup or cereal.
• Vjeran (9/5): Superb newly refurbished apartments in a historical building. - The apartments are beautiful, clean and have a lot of space. The furniture is new and modern. The check-in process is fully automated and smooth, but... ... I've booked two apartments months in advance and when we arrived there where someone else's stuff in one of the apartments. I called the hotels owners, and they resolved the issue, but in the end we waited for an hour to get into the second apartment. Since we stayed only one night, this situation kind of ruined our otherwise great experience.
