• Ange (9/5): Tidy studio - The room was tidy and clean. There were toiletries available. It was a comfortable room for 1-2 people. The location was great for my purpose. I would stay again. There were no kitchen supplies. There is a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, but no plates, bowls, or cutlery.

• Gowri (10/5): Exceptional - We had some delay in getting 2 of our rooms due to previous guests not showing up to check out, but the manager was super helpful and proactive, and did his best in making us comfortable. We appreciated the customer service.
• Leonardodavinci (7/5): Great staff and location but rooms are subpar - Staff are great!! Electric outlets are very cheap and/or broken. Light switches would not stay on. Electric plugs difficult to use. AC remote display was dead. Shower head is not adjustable and just sprays water on the wall above your head. Water flow is always variable because the building's plumbing does not have proper air vents. Towels are stained.

• Stanley (9/5): Quiet location in Korean Town - This is small hotel but nice hotel. All the facilities are up to our expectations. We were here to attend a trade show. The hotel is just 2 kilometers from the SECC so very convenient for us. Rooms are in good size with many cabinets to store our belongs. They also have a motorcycle parking in the basement. It is in a quiet neighborhood in the Korean town with many restaurants within walking distance. Nothing.
• Bao (3/5): not worth the money - the cleaners are very gentle. They kept my room clean everyday. However, that’s the only thing nice about the hotel There’s always one only guy at the reception. I wasn’t sure if he was the owner. But I barely see he smiles during 6 nights that I spent in the hotel. Another thing is the Chinese guy who lives in the room which located in the garage. He always complain every time a motorbike heads in and slam the door while spitting bad words. Worst service hotel I’ve ever been.

• Khoa (8/5): Very good - The room is clean and the bed is quite comfortable. I was lucky to have a room looking out to the park so it creates quite a nice, calm feeling. The balcony - just a little strip of 300mm wide so you can't out your chair there to enjoy the view. The cutlery and cooking facilities - although this place is called serviced apartments, it only has a microwave and a kettle in the room. There is no cook top or other cooking facilities. Basement - you have to use the stairs to get to the basement as the lift doesn't seem to take you there. Ramp down to the basement - it is quite a steep ramp so you will need to be very careful getting up and down the ramp with the motorcycle. Also the ceiling above the ramp is quite low so watch out for your head.

• Azadeh (7/5): Good - The receptionist was helpful and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable! There was a kitchen had neither utensils nor dinnerware. The location was far from city center, but we could get grab/ taxi easily. Hotel does not provide any breakfast, however, there are lots of great eateries in the neighborhood!
