• Natalie (10/5): Cute apartment in a quiet area - Very cute apartment near Thao Dien. The decor is very sweet and the apartment has everything you need. The bed is comfy and the shower is really nice! Just a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station which takes you straight into the centre, or if you walk past the station you are in the lovely area of Thao Dien. There are plenty of shops, restaurants as well as a mall and a park nearby.

• Evgeniia (7/5): Ok - Staff was helpful and responding promptly. Bed was soft and comfy, bed linen was clean and made of good natural material. Hot water, good view. All the tupperware available, electric kettle, hair drier. It was really noisy in room 3. Bikes were not rare on the narrow street outside, so that I didn't sleep well. Besides, there was no window in the shower area, there was only a wall with decorative holes. Kitchen area was decorated with the same tile as the floor was...I can't say it looked cozy. The bed was actually creaking! Lucky I was to travel alone.

• Michaela (9/5): Superb - the appartment was good, equiped with kitchen necessities. we could leave our baggages at the accommodation before check-in and after check-out. the terrace that was presented here was in a bad condition. it didnt look as on the photos. our room was rather small.
• James (7/5): The rooms need to be well prepared before the guests arrived! - Convenient, almost automated check-in (Hotel owner provided us our door code to the hotel and room). Paid in advanced to the house keeper. When we checked-in and got into our room, the room is poorly prepared! The toilet was not flushed (probably by the previous guest) and the sitting board is wet! And I need to flushed it myself! The drain sound can be heard in the upper floor when a hotel guest is using the shower. One of our room chairs is broken before we arrived! And we need to ask the housekeeper to get us our new one. On our last day of the hotel, I opened the fridge and noticed a left over drink in the freezer! Which has been there sometime before we arrived!

• Iana (8/5): Decent place to stay in for a couple of days - Hot shower is working great, wi-fi is decent and the bed was comfy enough to stay for a night. Climbing up the narrow stairs with heavy luggage is quite challenging

There is construction going on here currently but when it is finished and they get the property fixed up this place could be really nice if they fix the rooms and get it cleaned up. Booked a bright apartment with balcony, got a dark apartment no balcony. Owner apologised about it but wanted same money for the lower quality room as for the one I was lead to believe I would get. No hot water in shower/sink Dodgy AC - didn’t cool good. No sound proofing - could hear all of the construction work going on in hotel from early morning. Dusty.

Tucked escape from noise. - The location makes it easy to get to Thao Dien, Binh Thanh, Districts 1 and 3 in a short time. Hot shower with great water pressure made the morning and evening’s comfortable. The staff and surrounding neighbors are friendly and welcoming. There’s no elevator, so if you have luggage consider that. The walls and floors are thin, so lots of sound can come in.
