- Juliana (9/5): Muy seguro y cómodo 🙌🏼 - La ubicación es excelente, está dentro de lo que sería un barrio privado con seguridad así que es muy seguro y cómodo (además de ser muy lindo). El barrio tiene pileta con parrilla y house con gimnasio y restaurante. Está a 10’ de playas como Eagle Beach o Palm Beach, y a 5’ de Arashi (en auto). El departamento estaba limpio, tenía todos los artefactos eléctricos necesarios como cafetera, microondas, lavavajillas, lavarropas y secarropas (no tenía tostadora). Tenía 2 habitaciones, ambas con baño en suite y una con TV, y también tenía un patio con parrilla a gas. Diferencial: te daban 3 reposeras (en un depto para 4) y heladerita, clave para la playa. El wifi no llegaba a una de las habitaciones (la que no tenía TV)

Solicitamos una más, teniendo en cuenta que somos personas de casi 70 años, y nunca se acercaron con una, por lo que todos los días íbamos a la playa y uno siempre se quedaba sin silla y tenía que sentarse en la arena.También la luz de uno de los cuartos estaba agotada, no se veía nada de noche y el baño de esa misma habitación debería tener más luz, como también la cama de esa habitación estaba mal ubicada, no se podía bajar por ambos lados, estaba contra la pared.

Igualmente, el personal de mantenimiento solicitado, fué enviado casi inmediatamente y resolvió estos pequeños inconvenientes.

The clubhouse was beautiful, and the entire property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. - Katherine (10/5): Absolutely Amazing Experience in Aruba - We liked that we were provided with excellent customer service. All my questions were answered promptly. We were given easy to follow instructions and recommendations. We were also given many essentials such as towels, detergent, soaps, beach cooler, coffee, kitchenware, hangers, steam iron, etc. It was very clean when we arrived. There were 3 air conditioning units which kept the townhouse cool. The location was perfect because it was close to the beach and within driving distance of the city center and airport. There was parking right in front of the apartment which was very practical. The pools were a good temperature and there was an outdoor BBQ grill by the pool with seating and a table. I loved that I was able to relax in the backyard and do my own laundry. We tried out the Saliña restaurant on the property and we loved the food and entertainment. On our last day we went to a local restaurant nearby called Opus and loved it and would have not seen it had we not stayed at Bocobay. The overall vibe at Bocobay was excellent and I highly recommend and would book again in the future. The only things we didn't like were the sofa bed which was kind of hard to sleep on and that we couldn't check-out later on the day we were returning .

There was a possibility to wash your towels in a washing machine, but it is not something you would like to do on a vacation.

There was a strong odor coming from the septic tank, which we couldn’t open or enjoy that area because of it. Other than that, everything was fine.

- Danielle (10/5): - We had an amazing time! The location is beautiful with 3 pools and the restaurant has the best food on the island! We had a rental car and was able to get around the island in a short drive. Very close to everything. Our favorite was about 1 mile from Tres Travis beach. Bring your floats, water shoes and goggles. This water area is roped off and has the best snorkeling with turtles! We will definitely return in the future!
- Jasmina (10/5): - We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed a lovely garden view, and the property is located within a secure, 24-hour gated community. The Bocobay team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, responding to our requests almost instantly and even arranging a late checkout with ease. It was such a wonderful experience!

- Anna (10/5): - The property was great! There was a washer and dryer on site which was so helpful since we went to the beach every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with a dishwasher which we used and worked perfectly. We also used the grill in the back and the area to grill and sit in the back was wonderful. Communications were also spectacular. Both Whatsapp and emails we got responses very promptly. We asked for fresh towels and laundry pods and they were brought to us at a reasonable time. When we came back from the beach we realized the AC unit was dripping and it made a huge pool of water at the tv console area and on the floor. We contacted them and left to the beach. When we came back the AC was fixed with no dripping and the tv console and the surrounding area was all cleaned up. Highly recommend, 10/10
- marcia (8/5): - When a car was parked in my assigned parking spot I called the people in charge and received no satisfactory response. I’m from NY but decided not to do what I would have done here. The car was moved by the next day and everything else was fine.

- LINDA (10/5): - Our air conditioning shut off, and literally 5 min after I reported it we were back up and running. It was 9pm at night- yet they were so incredibly responsive and courteous. Such an amazing stay all around.

- Alexandria (10/5): - We were so pleased with our stay and the communication from Bocobay Gold Coast. It was convenient to have a kitchen and laundry in unit. We rented a vehicle so we didn't have to be inconvenienced by taking taxis and it was a wise decision. Every day we explored a new part of the island and then came back to a clean apartment. The communication from Bocobay representatives was top notch and when we needed more laundry detergent, it was a quick request on WhatsApp and magically appeared at our doorstep. We were overly impressed with everything. Thank you, Bocobay for making it an easy, communicative, comfortable, and clean experience. We are already planning to come back here for our next holiday.

- Boris Omar (10/5): - The unit was exactly as described. It was spacious and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella which we used when going to the beach. You will need a car when staying at Gold Coast but everything is nearby. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aruba.

- Bhz_yyz (7/5): I would definitely come back - The location was amazing, super close to the beaches in the north. You need a car, but that's not a big deal. The kitchen is small but functional, you can cook pretty much whatever you want. Excellent AC We expected the kitchen to have at least salt. It had nothing; we needed to leave again and buy tiny little things before our first meal. We left it there now for the next guests. Not great blinds in the bedroom, close to zero light blocking. The communication with the staff is via WhatsApp and they are not close by, so expect delays.
- Aleksandar (10/5): Nice and quiet place , perfect for a family vacation - We booked Bocobay property last minute due to problems we had with another property on our first day. We could check in earlier and the property was a top notch Town House , very quiet and only 4-5 mins drive to the beach ( Arasji,, Malmok, Hadicurari, Palm Beach) . We rented a car so the whole vacation was like being "at home" with acces to the world class beaches. The Bocobay staff was very responsive and acted quickly! Our place had a nice backyeard with a BBQ ( which we didn't use), access to the nearby pool, 3 bdrm upstairs. AC units in all Bdr and also two units in the living room and a study nook. The property has a nice kitchen, dishwasher, big fridge with a freezer, washing machine and so on. Highly recommended for families! Everything was good!

- Sabrina (10/5): - Although the property is about a 10 minute drive from the bars, restaurants, and casinos, I would still stay here again! The property is clean and the staff were awesome. I locked us out of our place one night and one of the amazing staff stayed with us until the locksmith arrived and even drove us to get something to eat. One note, find the property rep at the airport to get help to the property (rather than just jumping into a taxi) AND rent a car. It’s not that expensive, there’s free parking on the property, inexpensive property in town, and it’ll be worth every dollar. Taking taxis everywhere can add up quickly.

The Arashi beach was 5 min away, other beaches also very close. Would recommend to everyone and the price was very good.
