David (10/5): Excellent service, great value for money - Rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location is great. Owner is very helpful with everything. Breakfast is in another hotel, but this hotel is literally in the next building (1-2 minutes walking from the rooms), and the breakfast is quite good.

Lucia (10/5): Skutocne vynimocne - Vyborna lokalita Skvela komunikacia pana majitela, bol celu dobu napomocny a velmi ustretovy. Dokonca nam umoznil aj neskorsi check out. Dal nam tiez vyborne tipy na restauracie a kaviarne. Poslal program akcii v marianskych laznich, cenniky spa… proste sa snazil, aby sme si nas pobyt na 100% uzili, co sa aj stalo a velmi mu dakujeme! Adéla (10/5): - Lokalita ubytování přímo v centru města. Pokoj byl veliký a dobře zařízený, včetně kuchyňky. Pan majitel byl velmi milý a ochotný, doporučil místa k vidění i k jezení. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme zimomřivější, tak bychom uvítali tepleji večer na spaní (topení začalo hřát až ráno).

Lutz (8/5): War ein schöner Urlaub. Danke für die nette Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Das Frühstück war in einem Partnerhotel, keine 3 min entfernt. alles da, was zu einem guten Frühstück gehört. Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Unterkunft war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Es fehlen eventuell ein paar Bilder, die die Räume noch gemütlicher machen. Gastgeber Jan ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Müller M. (10/5): Kurzurlaub zu zweit - Top Lage 👍 Großes Apartment, Modern eingerichtet und wirklich sehr viel Platz. Sehr gutes Frühstück was leider im Nachbarhotel angerichtet wurde. Aber durch die kurzen Wege ist auch dies kein Problem gewesen. Das reichhaltige, sehr vielfältige Buffet hat alles wieder gut gemacht. 😉 War alles top.

Klikorková (10/5): - Velmi příjemný majitel, už před příjezdem jsme dostali spoustu informací a nápadů na výlety v okolí. Při příjezdu ještě pak mapu s vyznačeným parkováním a doporučení na restaurace a další možnosti výletů. Ubytování bylo perfektně připravené a čisté. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

Brian (10/5): An exceptionally welcoming experience - Jan, the owner, was exceptionally friendly, responsive, flexible, and helpful. The location can’t be beat. Very clean, good layout, good quality appliances, comfortable bed. Highly recommended. The internet connection was not very reliable, and there is no ventilation (no window, no fan) in the bathroom of one of the apartments we rented (the other apartment had both a window and a fan).
Vladimir (9/5): Room was good, clean comfortable for staying. - Breakfast was very good. It was located in the neighbor Bohemian hotel between 7am and 10am. Location was excellent - just in the center of Marianske Lazne area close to the central Collonade and restaurants. No elevator
Oleg (9/5): Charming Stay with a Nice Host - Great memories! A wonderful hotel in the very center of the resort. Despite the close location of restaurants, shops, spas and entertainment venues, the room is quiet. All issues are promptly resolved with the owner of the hotel. Jan was very welcoming, told in detail about the location of the facilities, helped to meet with the medical staff to start treatment, recommended a cafe, arranged with a taxi driver when we left. My wife and I are grateful to him for the warm welcome. A couple of nights in the room it was a little cold - at the beginning of summer the central heating did not work. We asked Jan and he gave an oil radiator, the issue was resolved.

Emery (9/5): Superb - Jan was extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. Lovely newly appointed apartment in the centre of town, but set back from the road, so as to be quiet. No parking on site, however, we were directed to a site about 10 mins walk away for c 9 euros per night ( card accepted) and were able to park nearby temporarily to load/ unload, but you need 10 Czech krona or 1 euro for the 30 mins temporary parking ( card not accepted for this)
Arkadii (10/5): I'm very satisfied with the apartment and can recommend it for a nice stay! - Relevant for the room with balcony. Bright, clean and comfortable room with a lot of space. Balcony is a nice addition to relax on a warm evening or morning. Very quiet place with windows facing the inner yard, but at the same time 1 minute walk from the park with main colonnades. Welcoming and friendly host at the reception. Good equipment in the room to make some simple snacks or breakfast. Not an issue, just some comments: - There is no cooktop in the kitchenette, only a microwave, a toaster and an egg boiler. It's not promised, so just pay attention if you need a fully equipped kitchen to cook. - Shower might be a little larger, and it has a fixed shower on the wall, no hose - not too convenient to take a shower.

Petar (10/5): Excellent stay in the center of Marianske Lazne, definitely recommend - Jan (owner) is very nice person and speaks fluent English, which is rare, most people speak Russian or German in this area. Everything that I asked him, he was glad to help with advice. Location is in the center, apartments are clean, and is the best value for money deal in Marianske Lazne. There is also a free street parking that Jan told me about, and since I travelled by car this was very helpful. The only thing that could have been better is wi-fi in my apartment since the location of the main router is a bit far, and the nearby hotel wi-fi is interfering as well, but I fixed this easily with wi-fi extender. I also showed Jan my solution for this, and I honestly believe he is going to fix this for the next guests, because he wanted to buy the extender from me :).
