- Louise (10/5): A fabulous, dog friendly property for our magical trip to St Anton - We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at VAYA St Anton. On arrival we were greeted by Viktor at reception who was extremely welcoming, warm and helpful. He was very thorough and explained everything we needed to know regarding the apartments, restaurants, lift openings and everything in between. The apartment itself was quiet, very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was just breathtaking. The apartment was also dog friendly which was fabulous for us. The location is great. Very close to the Nasserein gondola and a short walk or bus ride to the busier area of town and Galzig gondola where you will find a Spar supermarket and plenty of wonderful cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. If you need a larger supermarket there is one a short drive away in St Jakob. If I was to be VERY nit-picky I was a little disappointed there wasn’t a toaster in the kitchen. We couldn’t get our Amazon fire stick to work on the TV and there were no English TV channels. Not the end of the world of course, I should stop eating so much bread and watching so much TV! and it certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Which we will next year and we can’t wait. I would 10000% recommend this property.

Es war außerdem auch sehr entspannt den Spa Bereich am Ende des Tages zu nutzen. Da fällt mir lediglich ein, dass wir in der Kücheneinrichtung etwas vermisst haben. Größere Schüsseln für ein Müsli etc. waren nicht vorhanden, genauso wie ein Toaster.

The staff were really accommodating and friendly. Thank you! The kids playroom last year was great, but this year, was partly under construction. Some parts usable, but looks like it wasn't ready for the season start. Otherwise, great place.

The kitchen could have used a few more accessories like Backpapier, a pizza wheel, basic seasoning, sharp knives.

- Claes (2/5): WILL NEWER USE VAYA RESORT AGAIN, IT'S NOT A RESORT BUT AN APPARTMENT WITHOUT ANY SERVICE - The appartment was nice, but inventory was obsolete or even missing No cleaning and not even exchange of bed linen during a week. We received a new towel during 1 weeks stay, that was it. We also had to pay for parking, which is not normal in Austria.

- Alena (8/5): Very good - City, hotel, location, terrace, kitchen (had everything we needed), two bathrooms in a triple room, 30 euros per day per pet, additional parking fee, despite the reservation for three people the room was ready for two adults, after 8 pm nobody answered calls or messages, the third person had to sleep without a bed - in the morning they answered that they were preparing for the arrival of a child, but even for the child there was no bed, no towels - nothing.

- Aa-22 (10/5): Chic, modern, comfortable apartment with great views. - Large, clean apartment with modern and cosy decor and a beautiful mountain view. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Very friendly and competent check in staff. Minor inconvenience- The balcony off the living room was connected to the adjacent apartment's balcony without separators. As the occupants were often out smoking there , we didn't use the balcony. Wasn't a problem as there was another private balcony
- Maha (8/5): Very good - The apartment has a modern design. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.. The kitchen is fully equipped.. The beds are comfortable.. The view is beautiful, but I could not enjoy it because it is open to the entire street. At first, I sent a note to the apartments when I booked that I wanted to check in early at noon at 12 to 13, but unfortunately I was surprised when I arrived that the receptionist does not work until after 4 pm, meaning that my note was not taken i hoped thay at less answers my note ! .. When I entered the apartment, a deposit of 100 euros was requested for each person, and the employee was rude in answering my question why it was not explained in the booking! .... When I entered, I was surprised that the terrace is shared with 7 apartments next to my apartment, which made me feel uncomfortable. In addition, the apartment is on the first floor. If I sit on the terrace, it is as if I am sitting on the street, because the terrace directly overlooks the street. It is as if I am sitting in the middle of the street. All passers-by are looking at the apartment. With all the comfort of all the rooms of the apartment, passers-by on the street can look at me, and this does not provide privacy or security, as I closed all the curtains and did not enjoy the view
- Sandu (8/5): Underground apartment - pay attention when you book - The apartment is excellent, modern, spacious and very well equipped, but was underground. This was not stated in booking site. I asked repeatedly to be moved, useless. My apartment was underground, in fact one of the buildings is located entirely underground (under the road level). I had only one wall to outside, and a terrace (no handrail - dangerous). The terrace was in common with the neighbours (garbage, cigars smoke enter in my living room). My apartment was below the underground garage level, see picture. The access to the parking is extremely difficult - I had a small car and I am a good driver Found dirty plates in the kitchen. The hotel is located far away from the city center, cable cars, or other facilities.

- Abdulsalam (8/5): Very good - The hotel location is good. The apartment was good in terms of size, cleanliness and comfortably. Overall its excellent hotel to stay The hotel doesn't have AC, but it was ok during night at the time we staying there. The only negative comments I have, its for a guy who came and asking us to leave at 10 am, there was miss communication regarding check out timing, but the way he came and open the door was not acceptable and doesn't reflect the good image from the other staff in the hote. He shouldn't do that and impacting the good efforts from other staff. The check out time should be correct it in BOOKING.COM as it was mentioned the timing at 11 am while the hotel requested to depart at 10 am. The person at front desk was nice and gave us till 11 am to prepare our luggage to check out at 11

- Martin (9/5): Superb - Apartments are big, terrace is fantastic (sunny all day), it's very clean, beds are comfortable. My wife liked it and she is extremely pretending person. The children area is very interactive. The parking entrance/exit is only one and a bit tight, but given the location it's not possible to build it differently i guess.
