- Christian (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Host unglaublich hilfsbereit. Holt einem mit dem Fahrrad ab und navigiert durch die engen Gassen. Hilft beim einparken. Gibt’s jede Menge Tips. Kümmert sich um das Auto für die, die zweit Tage wo anders übernachten. Es gibt frühstück auch für die die ausserhalb der Essenszeit (wegen Abreise) was möchten.

Gute Preis-Leistung. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem antiken Haus, daher ist es innen hellhörig. Nach aussen sehr ruhig.

Et surtout la gentillesse, la bienveillance et la disponibilité des hôtes. Ils ont été d'un très grand conseil pour notre trip dans les montagnes , nous ont gardé nos affaires pour que se soit plus facile pour nous. Bref j'ai rarement rencontré des personnes aussi gentilles. C'était ma première nuit en Albanie et certainement la meilleure . Encore un très grand merci pour tout! Réservez sans crainte ! Especially the host was so kind and helpful, we felt so welcomed there. We even asked to stay for one more night :). I highly recommend it to everyone who plans to visit Shkodra, the location is perfect and the hospitality is even better.

Excellent location 5 minutes walking distance from the main pedestrian/restaurant street of the city, but the guesthouse itself is on a quiet street so there is no noise.

- Niamh (10/5): A quiet haven in the centre of Shkodẽr. - This is a lovely peaceful guest house to relax in after a day of sightseeing! Our room was beautifully decorated, the bed was really comfortable and it was extremely quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious and served in the garden area.. Sheli and Renato were fabulous hosts and we will hopefully return and stay there again. Everything was perfect!

Renato sent us lots of ideas for activities during our stay. We were out early (before breakfast hours) on 2 of the days and they made us a breakfast to take with us in our hike both mornings. We felt like guests in their home throughout our stay and will certainly be back! Thank you so much Everything was great

- Thierry (10/5): Pour une découverte de la ville de Shkodër dans de très bonnes conditions - J'ai apprécié les horaires d'arrivée flexibles, la gentillesse des hôtes et les conseils forts utiles de Renato, la chambre refaite à neuf et bien équipée, le lit très très très confortable, et le petit déjeuner équilibré servi dans le jardin. La localisation de l'établissement est avantageuse: proche des zones animées de la vieille ville mais pas trop (ce qui permet d'en éviter les désagréments), et à 10 minutes à pied de la station de bus pour Tirana ou des arrêts du bus lenant au château de Rozafa. Il est demandé aux clients de respecter le calme de 22h à 7h, règle qui - si elle est observée par tous - doit permettre de pouvoir passer de bonnes nuits de sommeil!

A quick tip: while there is a parking spot available, be sure to reserve it in advance and notify the host. The accommodation and the rooms are absolutely stunning clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are incredibly professional and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout. We loved the delicious breakfast, and the garden is the perfect place for relaxing. We highly recommend this stay!

- Wagner (10/5): Jederzeit gerne wieder - InTown Guesthouse liegt wie es schon der Name sagt mitten in der Stadt bzw. auch Fußgängerzone. Ab 19.00 Uhr ist die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz gesperrt, da dann alles zur Fußgängerzone wird. Wir wurden beide Male (wir haben einmal 2 Nächte und einmal 1 Nacht übernachtet) herzlich empfangen und es wurde auch jeweils der Weg zum eingeschlossenen Hof, der als Parkplatz dient per WhatsApp mit einem Link zugesandt. Es war kein Problem, den Parkplatz zu finden. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Für alle, die Albanien nicht kennen, es gibt hier zum Frühstück üblicherweise Tomaten, Gurken, ein Stück Schafskäse, Eier in Variationen, etwas Brot, Butter, Marmelade und etwas Obst. Das ist sozusagen das Standardfrühstück und völlig ausreichend. Da wir uns etwas erkältet hatten, wurde auch unsere Bitte nach Honig sofort erfüllt. Kaffee und Tee gab es soviel wir wollten und an dem Tag, an dem wir bereits um 7.00 Uhr zu einem Ausflug wegmussten, wurde uns ein Lunchpaket fertig gemacht und trotz allem bekamen wir um 6.30 Uhr sogar noch Tee und Kaffee, obwohl es offiziell das Frühstück erst ab 7.30 Uhr gab. Renato spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch und wir konnten uns sehr gut verständigen. Das kleine Zimmer ist zwar wirklich klein, aber trotzdem ausreichend für 2 Nächte. Bei der weiteren Nacht hatten wir dann einen großes Doppelzimmer. Dusche und WC sind neu sowie alles in diesem alten Haus neu hergerichtet ist mit viel Liebe. Da fällt mir leider nichts ein. :-)

Hervorragende Gastgeber - Von der unkomplizierten vorab Kommunikation, über den freundlichen Empfang und den sehr angenehmen persönlichen Kontakt sowie die Flexibilität der Gastgeber, war einfach alles Top. Wir haben uns kurzfristig für eine Verlängerung unseres Aufenthaltes entschieden. Wir würden gerne mehr als 10 Punkte geben. Klare und uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. - Lea (10/5): Fantastic! - If we could, we would give 10 stars! I can't even describe how helpful, thoughtful and heartwarming Renato & Sheli have been. The communication was excellent - before and throughout the whole stay. Renato even helped us to find a good parking spot because we arrived after 7pm. The room, the garden, the whole accomodation- was very clean, very beautiful and we felt right at home. The breakfast was very delicious and authentic. Die Betten hätten etwas komfortabler sein können, aber das wäre wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

- Kira (10/5): We loved every minute here. - Renato & Sheli have been the best hosts. They waited for us at the gate to help us park the car and showed us everything we needed to know about the city. The rooms (we stayed there two times) have been beautiful, you can truly see that they value the old house and renovated it beautifully into a modern accommodation. When we left very early we got breakfast to go which was delicious. We would always come back! ♥️

They found us a safe space for our bikes in the garden and gave us suggestions for where to go for dinner. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Delicious local breakfast is served in the garden. I wanted to stay a bit longer but we had to keep cycling.

Only weird thing we didn’t expect was the car had to be parked in by 7pm and we could not drive it after that but we did not need to. Everything is walkable. The breakfast TO DIE FOR. The little courtyard is so perfect for a quiet cup of coffee and delicious breakfast. Room we had was the deluxe and it was super clean. the shower was so big and beautiful. Quiet even though you are right in the middle of everything. Would stay a million times again!
- Tracey (9/5): You couldn't do better! - Renato was a wonderful host and the guesthouse was excellent. Right in the heart of Shkoder with parking that Renato guided us into. Very comfortable and clean room. Extensive and delicious breakfast that we ate in the garden. An extra couple of pillows would have been good, as would a shelf in the bathroom. Very minor quibbles though, this was an excellent place.
- Barbara (10/5): - Les gérants sont extrêmement gentils, ils ont adapté leurs horaires pour que nous puissions partir très tôt le matin pour prendre le bateau au Lac Koman. C'est très central, pratique pour visiter l'ancienne ville, tranquille et calme mais à 2 pas des restaurants et cafés. Très propre aussi. Très bien organisé et équipé. Tout parfait ! Le parking est idéal car la ville est piétonne à partir de 19h.
