• Mariano (10/5): Excelente lugar - Alojamiento bastante moderno, con una pequeña cocina, aire acondicionado y todas las comodidades que se requieren para tener una buena estadía. Dispone de parking y esta a unos 10 minutos caminando de la zona de restaurantes y bares. Me parece una excelente opción! .

• CHUDI (10/5): 超出预期！ - 房间干净整洁，很大很新，空调制冷效果很好，住起来很舒适。房东人很好，刚开始因为其他客人停车占了多个位置，我们的车被迫停在外边一段时间，后来帮我们协调停了进来。去海滩步行15分钟。 就像圣托里尼的所有房子一样，外边楼梯扶手比较矮，带小朋友，或者夜间上下楼梯需要注意安全。

• Liridona (10/5): Superbra boende nära till centrum och hav med trevlig personal - Allt var fantastiskt. Välstädat, väldigt bra läge nära stränderna och centrum. Inte lyhört. Personalen var utöver det vanliga. Supertrevliga och erbjöd att städa vårt rum varje dag och hjälpte oss med tvätt och transport. Vi kommer definitivt åka tillbaka! :) -

Die Vermieter waren super nett und das Haus auch noch recht neu - vielleicht ein paar Jahre alt. Der Balkon ging direkt auf die Seite des Gartens. Es war sehr laut, sobald irgendjemand um Haus das Wasser betätigt hat. Es klang so, als würden die Leitungen direkt durchs Schlafzimmer laufen. Auch war das Bett recht hart und das Kissen erst recht.

• Inge (9/5): Goed verblijf - De oudste dochter kon goed Engels en ze waren altijd beschikbaar voor vragen en heel behulpzaam. Onze kamer was mooi, met een goed airco, balkon en een nette badkamer. Ook was het erg fijn dat we bestek en een koelkast hadden. De locatie is niet ver van het centrum vandaan, een kleine 10 mins lopen ongeveer. Er was niks dat echt tegenviel. Ja de douche is gewoon een handdouche aan de muur zonder een douchebak, maar dat is de charme van Albanië.

• alex (10/5): - Modern and clean apartment, close to the beaches. Good bed. Very noisy neighbours shattering whole evening and part of the night, without respect for people who want to sleep.
• KeanuMelody (8/5): Nice place run by a nice family! Would stay again! - A nice family running this place. I booked for 1 night at first to see how the place was, and we got a very small room for me and my two small kids. When I told them that I could stay for one week if they could give us a better room, they gave us a much better suit, with 2 rooms (1 bedroom), one bathroom, one extra toilet room and two tv:s. Of course they asked a higher price for this one which I accepted, still reasonable. The place is about 500 meters away from the crowded area of Ksamil, which is a good thing. You are away from all the loud music and crowd at nights, peaceful and secure. There is one small cafe at the other side of the street, very convenient if you want to eat breakfast or a beer during a hot day. They offered us to wash our clothes in their washer which I was very grateful for. Thanks! Luxurious service, especially when you have small kids with you. - I wish they could provide us with shampoo and soup every day without me had to ask almost every day. We got small tiny boxes of 1-in-2 shampoo/body containers which was only enough for one person and one time. We went to the beach every day and I had to shower the kids every day at least once after the beach, and therefore we needed 3 containers at least every day, which I had to ask for it every day! - The extra toilet did not include any soap for washing hands, and was not cleaned the 2 times they cleaned our rooms during our one week stay. We used mainly the other bathroom though, which a soup container was included. - The towels need to be replaced. Tiny think worn-out towels (but clean).

The family is so lovely and accommodating. The place is so clean, the WIFI is the best I've found. The appliances work, and the shower pressure is amazing! If I am ever in kasmil again, this is the ONLY place I would stay. Absolutely phenomenal location, so close to shops, pharmacies, restaurants, the beaches, the location is amazing! The lovely young girl's English is so good, which made communication so easy. And she is absolutely lovely! One of the nicest family run villas.. The fact I have to leave so soon.

The staf was welcoming, very helpful for everything. Vila has it's own parking. Near all the facilities, near the center of Ksamil. We had our car so we traveled at beaches like Pulbardha, Gjiti hartes. But you are really near to poda, Greg. Etj. Realy worth the price. We enjoyed the balcony for dining or cofee. We really loved beeing here. It was really fine, nothing to complain about.
