Good location, good people, good bed. One of the best stays in Albania so far. The bed can use more pillows and the bathroom needs toilet paper. But I think the latter was just an oversight.

• Abby (9/5): Highly recommend Shtepia ime! - We had a great stay at Shtepia ime! Dino was very helpful and responsive, and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. There was another woman helping around the property who was so sweet. We enjoyed the common areas as well and found the location convenient to town. The wifi was very spotty. Also, we booked a room with a kitchen and found the supplies a bit limited just as a heads up (no dish soap, salt & pepper, etc.)

One of the highlights of our trip was the rafting experience organized by the hosts. Everything was perfectly arranged, and the team was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience safe and fun.

The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, especially if you want to enjoy nature and disconnect from the busy city life. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the overall experience felt very authentic and warm. One of the highlights of our trip was the kayak experience on the Vjosa River. It was an amazing adventure, well organized, safe, and truly unforgettable. Exploring the river surrounded by stunning landscapes made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely come back!

• Svenja (10/5): - Wir waren für 2 Nächte in diesem charmanten Guesthouse. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und modern, das Zimmer für 2 Personen geräumig, es gibt einen Balkon zum draußen Sitzen und einen Lounge Bereich im Garten. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Wasser. Fußläufig ist man in 5-10 Minuten im Ort, dort gibt es Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte. Wir haben über das Guesthouse auch den Rafting Trip gebucht, Buchung unkompliziert und die Tour war eine super Erfahrung - klare Weiterempfehlung! Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, Kontakt per WhatsApp/Booking lief jederzeit reibungslos und schnell, in perfektem Englisch. Die Housekeeperin vor Ort ist ein Highlight, es wird auch gerne mal zum Abschied umarmt :) Wir haben uns sehr sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Gastgeberin war trotz der Sprachbarriere unglaublich nett. Entgegen den angegebenen Ausstattungsmerkmalen war ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhaben, was unglaublich hilfreich war. Wir würden wiederkommen! Der unsaubere Wasserhahn.

L'établissement offre 5€ de réduction/personne par du rafting. - Le sèche-cheveux mis à disposition ne marchait pas. 😅 - Pas d'etendoir, ça serait super d'en mettre un. - L'espace extérieur avec les poufs qu'on voit sur les photos est inutilisable. Ça serait également super de le remettre en état. - Pas insonorisé.

Nous avons pris un petit déjeuner dans le jardin ce qui était très agréable ! Le stationnement peut se faire dans la cour ou dans la rue (nous avons opté pour la deuxième option), sans problème.

• Maria Wang (9/5): - Very pretty property, our room had a large balcony and a nice view. The guesthouse host nonna was very sweet and friendly. We requested some additional blankets and were able to get them. There's everything you need for a short stay here. The Albanian pancakes were also very delicious, we got breakfast one morning and ate it downstairs. The space is slightly small for 3 adult friends travelling together, but we made do. Also the balcony doors are not very soundproof so we were awoken quite early from roosters and an incessantly barking dog in a neighbouring property. It didn't get us down though, as the view was so lovely once we were up :-)

Dino, the owner, gave us plenty of local information, helped arrange drives for our visits, and made sure we could see every spot we wanted. He was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, which made our stay even easier. The hostel was very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located—quiet yet central. Highly recommended! Nothing. • Cecilie (9/5): All in all a good experience and will definitely recommend to all people visiting Permet if you like quietness and nice - The place had a really good location right outside the city centre of Permet and had a beautiful garden with a lot of bean bags for guests to chillax. The room was large, clean and had a nice and large balcony. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond. The room had AC, fridge, electric kettle and coffee which was highly appreciated! The owner wasn't at the location, however, he was very responsive and answered quickly when we had questions and the staff were helpful even though they couldn't speak English. We couldn't find any staff at our check in, so we had to ask one of the guests where to park and how to reach the owner. Later, we had to help other guests with similar issues. No options for credit card payment. The breakfast was 5€ which we found too expensive for two small slices of bread, cheese, one hard boiled egg and orange juice. It didn't include any hot food or hot drinks, such as coffee or tea.

• Sonia (10/5): Beautiful stay - Great location, a short walk into town. They provide rafting booking. Great communication via WhatsApp and the lady that greets you so lovely!!! She makes you feel like a member of the family, with great big hugs, even if you are sweaty from your journey! Very happy to help. The garden is so nice for relaxing and the room is so nice, with books and decor. We felt immediately at home. Nothing flashy, just nice and well done. You're next to a few falling down buildings but for us, this doesn't take away anything from our wonderful stay.

• Jackie (10/5): LOVELY. Great for multi nights stay! - Urania the housekeeper and Dino the manager were both absolutely amazing people. Went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The house is gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful gardens and great views. We had rooms on the upper floor and they were both wonderful and had balconies. Coffee and kettle in room, plus fridge was great. Rooms were clean and cozy. We were able to park inside the closed gate. Location was just a couple blocks outside the center, which made it so easy to access everything, yet nice and quiet. The description of this place online didn't do it justice! We loved it and would absolutely come back. Stayed three nights and wish we could have stayed longer!

• Tamia (10/5): Heerlijke plek - We werden zeer hartelijk welkom geheten door de lieve gastvrouw die ons alles liet zien. De kamers waren heel ruim, smaakvol ingericht en goed uitgerust. Ik zou er een volgende vakantie meteen weer naartoe gaan :)

• Antonin (8/5): Cozy room in a peaceful town - Warm welcome. Quiet surroundings and accommodation. Comfortable bed. Our room was a bit small. During the first night, a stray dog came in front of the house and barked, so don't forget to close the front gate.
