• Mirko (5/5): Potrebbe ricevere giudizi decisamente più elevati con delle piccole accortezze - Ottima posizione molto centrale, WI-FI ottimo, comunicazione telefonica impeccabile, letto molto comodo Nessun numero civico (ma non è una novità in Albania), ottima la comunicazione telefonica per messaggio scrivendo tranquillamente in italiano, che purtroppo si azzera completamente al momento che ci si incontra con la persona che consegna le chiavi. Un signore anziano che parla solo in albanese, che va subito al sodo senza nemmeno salutare, facendo segno con le dita che desidera di essere saldato in Lek. La mattina seguente purtroppo è andato in scena il fatto più grave. Quando alle 09:00 in punto, nonostante il check out fosse indicato alle 12:00, l’ho visto intento ad aprire la porta senza neanche bussare, che naturalmente essendo nelle vicinanze, gli ho subito richiuso davanti. Perciò, ho constatato che si comunica in maniera egregia per telefono con una persona, ma le chiavi dell’appartamento vengono date da un altro individuo, che si mostra poco avvezzo ad avere modi cortesi sin dal principio. • Manisha (10/5): - The room is centrally located. It was clean, has a stove with some utensils. There's hot water in the shower. I slept really well there. The table fan is enough for one person. The host speaks English and is very welcoming.

• Jaromir (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, in the center of Elbasan. Room was clean, wifi worked well. I had a car and parked it for free on the main road (maybe 500 meters from the room). They also provided some instuctions, where to park (probably closer to the accommodation), but I did not use them.

• Ozlem (8/5): Elbasan - In general, it is a very nice room in terms of price and location, it meets the needs and is in the heart of the city. There is always hot water, you can make coffee or tea. There is a mini fridge. There is also a 2-burner electric stove. The owner is a sweet uncle. However, if you are coming in winter, heating is provided by an electric stove. I was closing it at night because it could be dangerous, which means the nights are cold. A better solution must be found for heating.
• Adrian (6/5): For just 10 euros a night, it offers remarkable value and leaves little room for complaints. - This place is conveniently located a stone’s throw from the center of Elbasan, near the castle boundary. During my stay, I was warmly hosted by an elderly gentleman, who appears to be related to the owner I contacted on WhatsApp. The prompt response and the value for the money I paid were commendable. Everything was satisfactory, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Given that it’s only 10 euros a night, no one should have any complaints.

• Jonathan (8/5): Very good - Location is great, just inside the castle walls. 2 beds and a private bathroom for the price is unheard of. Just a fan in there so it can get a bit warm, some noise from the water system. But you really have to look at it in context of the price.

• Jiří (8/5): Great and cheap rooms for overnight sleeping - I liked the location of the room, it was close to everything - the bus station, shops, main boulevard, and city center. The price is excellent for what you get. Though as I write in the dislike section it has both cons and pros. You have things there to cook something small and take care of yourself. WiFi is also there, but it's not perfect. Overall if you are looking for a cheap place in Elbasan that is close to everything and that you will just sleep there and explore the country, then it's the perfect spot for you. I wouldn't say that I disliked something specific, but if you have to spend more time inside the room, I suggest looking elsewhere where there is a TV and AC and the environment is more joyful. The place is excellent for just sleeping and going out but if you have to stay inside for longer you might not enjoy it at all. In the summer it gets hot in the room and the only way to cool down is to have the fan on 24/7. WiFi is a bit slow and during the stay, it disconnected a lot. Also, be aware that there might be ants in the room if you leave something sweet there. Other than that is really good for the price you are paying.

Parking space showing by owner very problematic. We was wake up at 7 am by the neighbours that we park in wrong place. Light from the private garden disturb sleeping
• Fiorina (10/5): Exceptional - This room is right in the historical center. It's an amazing offer. The room is clean and has everything you need, including a small kitchen area. It is close to the bus stop from Tirana. You need to prepared that the bathroom might not be up to modern standards. It's very clean. But the shower doesn't get all the water from the pipe, most of the water comes out of the faucet and not the shower, the "switch" on the faucet doesn't work properly. Also, the old people who look after the place don't speak any other language but Albanian. When I wanted to flush the toilet, the old man showed me that I needed to fill up the toilet water with a bowl first. I don't know why he did not just open the pipe. Things like that can get annoying and take up a lot of your time. But it's still a clean, cosy room in a top location and for 10 Euro a night it's great value for money..

• Joshua (6/5): All you really need, but not great - The location was extremely convenient, there was some space for parking the rental, and the apartment contained all the necessities for our trip. We also appreciated the low price. We didn't like how the toilet wasn't clean, the facilities were very small, the parking was tricky, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock. Additionally, communication regarding payment was difficult and patchy.
• Lorenzo (4/5): Disappointing - The flat I stayed in (which is different from this room, but from the same host) was very spacious and extremely central. However, it was not particularly clean and the host was a bit unresponsive. Even though we had agreed on the chek-in time beforehand, I had to wait for about 45 minutes from the moment I arrived in Elbasan until a man came with the key to the flat. Moreover, there was no running water in the flat and - although I perfectly understand it may well have been a problem out of the host's control - she didn't seem to care too much about this issue and did not even bother to apologise for the inconvenience.

• Distantlands (8/5): Nice privat place in the center. - It has everything you need and is comfortable for a couple days. It was clean and the location was perfect. Very quiet if ... I had to contact the owner. Which is a hassle if you dont have wifi. The water pump (I belieeve it is) gets annoying. It is loud and turns on and off every minute. Orherwise the place would be very quiet !

Most probably you do not need anything more for your 1-2 days stay in Elbasan. There is a strange noise coming from water pump. It was dusturbing during the night.
