An amazing place to stay, our hosts were so lovely and welcoming and it’s in a great location. The Thethi villas are such beautiful guesthouses, we had such a lovely time here and the hosts could not be kinder and more helpful. We arrived a day early due to hike plans changing and they accommodated us so well. We all LOVED the morning breakfast and have to give a special shoutout to the 3month old “Chupi” who was the cutest puppy ever and would great us all when we came back each day, so we were all super excited to come back each day. Amazing rooms, we had a villa pod with two rooms which was perfect for our group size, could not recommend enough. Thank you! Nothing, perfect stay!

Une expérience mémorable que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

• Leroy (10/5): - Nous avons dormi 2 nuits, emplacement parfait, sur le trajet pour les randonnées. Petit havre de paix au milieu des montagnes, personnel très courtois et aux petits soins si besoin, petit déjeuner complet de qualité. Petite supérette juste à côté.
• Rapalaviciute (10/5): A beautiful and peaceful stay with a wonderful atmosphere, kind host, and great breakfast. - The village itself is absolutely beautiful – truly a fantastic place. The accommodation was also very nice and cozy. The host was extremely kind and welcoming. In the morning, she even made us coffee before breakfast, which was a lovely touch. When breakfast time started, the food was delicious and healthy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay – the surroundings and the atmosphere were amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside was that there was no hot water – it was completely cold. However, since we only stayed for one night, it wasn’t a big issue.

What impressed me the most was the cleanliness, starting from the sheets, beds, bathrooms, and more. • yaniv (7/5): יפה מבחוץ פחות שווה לשהייה - התנהגות המארחת שדבר ראשון ביקשה תשלום לפני שנראה את החדר. הכינו לנו שני חדרים רחוקים אחד מהשני למרות שההזמנה הייתה ברורה שמדובר במשפחה עם ילדים. שביקשנו שני חדרים צמודים הם ביקשו שנבטל כאילו תהזמנה בבוקינג. לא ציינו לנו שבחדר אחד בכלל אין מזגן והיה לילדים מאוד קר.
• Adi (1/5): The worst experience we have ever had - Nothing! Disrespectful and humiliating attitude from the owners! We had to beg several times during the night for them to please “fix” the hot water. We had requested a baby bed in advance — one of the hosts simply threw us the bed, completely disassembled, saying she didn’t know how to put it together so we should manage on our own. Not to mention it came without a mattress. When we dared to complain to the owner, he responded in a threatening and aggressive manner. Of course, when we asked to cancel the remaining nights, he refused and said we were welcome to leave — but he wouldn’t refund us. They sure know how to take your money — but not much else. We’ll never go back there. A terrible “experience.”

• Wesley (8/5): - Location is great, having the entire villa for yourself is fantastic. Shop nearby and few minutes walking to restaurants and such. Very lovely staff and more than enough space to park. Breakfast was good and the sights are phenomenal. Power dropped out multiple times a night, and when the airconditioning turned back on it made a loud beep - waking us up. Blanket but too small for two people. Shower made everything inside the space wet. Lights in the room are way too white a bit more yellow would have been better. All in all small things we had a great time.

Gute Lage und sehr ruhig Gerade morgens war es herrlich bei der Ruhe zu frühstücken und in den Tag zu starten Klimaanlage funktioniert gut zum kühlen, Frühstück war auch nett gemacht und lecker und wurde auf Wunsch pünktlich vor der Hütte serviert Als ich ankam, wusste ich nicht wohin.. Ich bin etwas umhergeirrt, bis ich schließlich die Besitzer fand Klimaanlage konnte nicht heizen - nachts war es arschkalt; hatte nur ein dünnes Laken In der zweiten Nacht hatte ich mir eine Wolldecke genommen, das war dann ok (Wolldecke und Daunendecke gab es auf dem Schrank) Ausstattung etwas einfach; hätte mir einen Kühlschrank und/oder Wasserkocher gewünscht

Bardzo dobre śniadanie jest przynoszone na umówioną godzinę, można je zjeść przy stoliku przed domkiem, na trawie :) A gospodarz potrafi poczęstować własnej roboty rakiją, oj, mocną! :-))) Aby trafić do obiektu trzeba uważnie obserwować strzałki z nazwą. Okolica czasem ma kłopoty z energią elektryczną. Zasilanie niby jest, ale woda w czajniku gotowała się godzinę.
• Jamila (1/5): Teleurstellend en oncomfortabel verblijf – niet aanbevolen - Het huisje was sterk verouderd en slecht onderhouden: vies, zonder verwarming, elektriciteit, warm water of extra dekens, waardoor we nauwelijks konden slapen. Het ontbijt was mager en onhygiënisch, met katten die over het ontbijtbuffet liepen en zelfs uit de yoghurtbak aten die voor gasten bedoeld was. Het personeel was ongeïnteresseerd en niet behulpzaam. Hoewel ik mondeling een extra nacht had besproken, heb ik dit verblijf voortijdig beëindigd na de slechte eerste nacht. Tot mijn verbazing heeft de accommodatie toch €105,62 via mijn creditcard geïncasseerd, zonder dat ik hiervoor toestemming heb gegeven. It’s quiet but not too far from all the restaurants and it’s very close to most of the trails so you can just start from there. The breakfast was great and nutritious for your big hike. Nothing. Everything was great!

• Lisa (10/5): Glamping in den Bergen von Theth - Die Lage war perfekt, wir haben die Aussicht sehr genossen. Alles war sauber und eine Art Glamping - sehr passend zur Umgebung.
• Andrea (9/5): Pohodlná moderně vybavená chatka s krásným výhledem, rodinná atmosféra - Hostitel na 10 z 10, opravdu čirá pohostinnost, co už se pomalu ani nevidí, velmi přátelská a milá atmosféra. Člověk si připadal jako na návštěvě u rodiny. Krásný výhled, skvělá poloha (blízko do centra městečka i na turistické trasy), parkování hned vedle chatky. Moderní vybavení pokoje, dobrá izolace - nebylo ani potřeba zapínat klimatizaci. Nová velká koupelna, chatka očividně opečovávaná a postupně dovybavovaná. Víc než ochotný personál, domluva obratem před příjezdem i během celého pobytu, rady a tipy ohledně výletů i albánské kultury a dalších zajímavostí. Snídaně základní, ale dostačující. Chatka je na cestě k perfektnímu ubytování, jen by to chtělo pár věcí ještě vychytat - lepší odtok v koupelně, aby se u vstupu netvořila kaluž setrvávající zde po celou dobu pobytu (k dispozici byly gumové pantofle, přišly vhod), světlo do koupelny blíž než až uprostřed místnosti (aby člověk v noci nemusel tápat), více úložného prostoru či ramínka ve skříni (zrovna sem jede člověk hodně za turistikou, tedy má hodně věcí, co by bylo fajn někde pověsit). Teplá voda v koupelně tak akorát pro dva, někdy došla.

• Freya (7/5): Een prachtige plek voor een paar nachtjes. - Wat een prachtige plek. De stroom viel vaak uit en was niet sterk. Sommige stopcontacten zaten los en er was geen warm water.
• Morales Hoces (8/5): Experiencia rural - La experiencia de dormir en una cabaña y el desayuno casero. La ducha es incómoda, dan solo dos toallas de ducha y nada más. No había secador de pelo. El desayuno lo ponían siempre un poco antes de la hora acordada y se enfriaba, además era imposible comer tranquilamente por la cantidad de avispas que había alrededor.

• Riaz Hussain Janjua (1/5): - ⭐ Review of Thethi Villas, Albania (Stay: 31st July – 3rd August 2025) We stayed at Thethi Villas for three nights during our Albania trip, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing and unpleasant hotel experiences we have ever had. --- 1. Management & Guest Treatment The property is managed by a couple who were both disappointing and openly disrespectful. Hospitality, courtesy, and guest care were completely missing. At check-in, important essentials such as the air-conditioning remote were not provided. When we politely requested it the next day, instead of apologizing or helping, the couple treated us rudely and behaved as if we had stolen the remote. This experience was humiliating and unacceptable. Their attitude throughout was cold, unfriendly, and unprofessional – very far from the standards expected at a hotel charging premium rates. --- 2. Villas & Facilities The villas look attractive from the outside, but the reality inside is disappointing. Rooms are much smaller than standard hotel rooms and give the impression of cheaply built cabins rather than quality villas. The lighting inside the villas is extremely dim, making the rooms feel dark and depressing. Bathrooms have transparent glass doors, which is impractical and very uncomfortable, especially for families traveling with children. Overall, the villas are poorly designed, lack privacy, and do not justify the price charged. --- 3. Staff & Service The property is severely understaffed. For nearly 10 villas, only two ladies were handling everything, and often only one was present. In the evenings, there was no staff around at all, leaving guests without any support. Service requests were either ignored or delayed, and there was no sense of hospitality or care. • Christophe (9/5): - Very beautiful place and quiet. The small villa is relatively large and all inside is quite new and modern. The breakfast in the garden was good and pleasant! Cash only place with virtually no ATM nearby (there is one ATM in the "city" which is borderline scam with exorbitant fees). Based on the price of the hotel (90EUR per night), card payment shall be provided - make sure to come with a lot of cash until they fix this issue.
• Alberte (10/5): Det var et super hyggeligt sted! - Vi havde et skønt ophold. Super placering og meget lækkert morgenmad i helt vildt flotte omgivelser. Kan varmt anbefale Thethi mountain Villas. Personalet var også meget hjælpsomme. Der var ikke noget dårligt :) det var en super oplevelse.

• Naomi (7/5): Prachtig locatie - De omgeving is prachtig en de koele temperatuur in de avond/nacht was aangenaam. De beheerders deden hun best om alles op rolletjes te krijgen. Het ontbijt was minder en als je later ging ontbijten dan at je wat er nog lag.

Le pire rapport qualité prix que j’ai observé en deux semaines en Albanie (260€ pour deux nuits) : - jardin pas du tout entretenu, oubliez les belles photos de booking - personnel froid et jamais souriant - une planche avec un clou sortant juste à côté de la « réception » à notre arrivée, heureusement que je l’ai vu sinon je finissais avec un clou transperçant mon pied - nous avions la chambre 2, le soleil en pleine face c’était très désagréable - le gros groupe électrogène faisait un bruit démentiel et était situé à quelques centimètres de l’un des logements, ça m’a choqué - oubliez totalement la baignoire promise, il n’y a jamais d’eau chaude - je me suis douché qu’une seule fois à mon arrivée (avant que les autres clients arrivent) sinon je n’ai jamais pu me doucher car pas d’eau chaude du tout - la porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas sauf à clé - la climatisation n’arrêtait pas de se couper en pleine nuit, ce qui me réveillait car je mourrais de chaud, et je la relançais - le rideau pour pas que l’on nous voit tout nu dans notre logement n’est pas assez grand, ce qui fait qu’on peut nous voir Bref très très très mauvais rapport qualité prix

• valerie (10/5): - Notre séjour d'une semaine en août dans un des chalets était très agréable, joli, et très confortable. Le frigo est un vrai plus. Les petits dejeuners bons et copieux. Et les deux jeunes hôtesses charmantes et sympathiques. Theht est un endroit qui offre des randonnées au départ des chalets. Je recommande vivement.

• Noelia Rodriguez Abreu (9/5): Theth con mi hija - a ubicación de la villa es muy buena aunque hay que tener en cuenta que la carretera que lleva a ella no está asfaltada, la verdad es que la villa no está nada mal, la bañera de hidromasaje no funcionaba al principio pero lo comunicamos y lo solucionaron enseguida, el desayuno es correcto y la limpieza de la habitación hay que ponerle un 10, es verdad que el gobierno que está quitando todas las construcciones ilegales y la zona está llena de escombros de las demoliciones, no es agradable ir a pasar un fin de semana y encontrarte el pueblo lleno de furgones blindados de policia y maquinaria pesada destruyendo todas estas edificaciones, pero en cuanto al establecimiento, es muy recomendable. Hay un motor de luz pegado a la villa y hace mucho ruido cuando se conecta
