The apartments are clean, centrally located, great communication & great price. The manager of properties is quick to reply and very kind. - Lewis (8/5): Great, Cheap, Does the Job - The host answered my booking request at short notice following my previously arranged accommodation falling through - that alone made him a lifesaver. This apartment is in a great location, with a Spar literally across the street, Skanderbeg Square only 5 minutes away, and plenty of local food & drink options nearby. WiFi was fast, and the host was accommodationg for leaving luggage behind for a late departure. If you are staying here, you do need to be realistic with expectations. It is a shared bathroom, there is no kitchen, but it is cheap and does the job. Some of the rooms (including mine) face directly on to a main road, which is quite loud. The curtains in the room do not stop light getting in at all. The actual room is located a few blocks from the actual meeting spot for the accommodation. This can be a little disconcerting, but the neighbourhood is perfectly safe (if not a little Soviet - thank you Enver Hoxha!).

I didnt like the fact that even though we agreed on the check in time via sms with the owner she kept us waiting in middle of the heat for the keys to arrive because they were busy with other customers . We were travelling from far away by car with our 1 year old baby and wanted to rest in Tirana for 1 night, we waited around 50min “in the bar “she owns and she didnt even offered some water for us just keps us there waiting. Every customer is important and should be given the right service if they are paying. If we knew we had to wait so long we could have agreed on different check in time.

There is a supermarket and bus stops nearby. We had a fan in the room and a balcony. It was more than enough space for the both of us and the shared bathroom was always clean

The location is perfect, the house is 11mins walking distance from Skanderbeg square and 6mins from Conad supermarket. We had the full apartment to ourselves and it was fully equipped (iron, fridge, air conditioning, towels…). Elsa also helped us with the parking space near the apartment and allowed us to leave our stuff in their bar all day after check out so that we could enjoy the city without the luggage. I really recommend! :)

- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Although we only stayed for one night, Leo proved to be a wonderful host. Our flight got delayed and we checked in very late, but he still waited for us. The next day we grabbed a delicious coffee at the bar and the staff helped us call a taxi, she even talked to the diver for when he arrived. Our room had air conditioning, so we had no issues. For refence, the taxi from the airport to the guesthouse was 22 euros, and from the guesthouse to the bus station 6 euros. The area isn't the nicest, but we wouldn't say it was dangerous or sketchy. We didn't feel unsafe walking late to get food. There wasn't a trashcan in the kitchen, so we collected our trash and had to take it out when we left.

The location is very convenient, clean rooms and bathroom. The room had the smell of a wet dog, even though it was clean. The doors are very noisy so it's very disturbing when someone leaves the other rooms during the night. The shared bathroom is a bit inconvenient but for a short stay it's okay.

The accommodation is not at the address listed on Booking.com. The place listed on Booking.com is just an unbranded office. We had to ask a random waiter from a nearby restaurant to take us to the place. There, the owner (I think) took us in and led us 300 meters to another place where there was an apartment in the building where we had a room. The staircase was very dubious and we were slightly scared. Not recommended. Accommodation ok, clean and adequately priced but you can find better places in Tirana. - Jianrong (8/5): reasonable price. basic stay - the place is perfect, very near to city center. but the facility is just very basic, no kitchen. the apartment is renovated with 3 guest rooms, no kitchen, no living room, only one bathroom with toilet, very basic, but price is cheap, so you should not expect more. it is relatively good offer already. the host helped us to reserve a parking place. have to share bathroom, and it is quite noisy at night.

There was a construction on the road that leads to this house, the road was in really bad condition and we were told they might start the construction in the morning so we were afraid we wouldn’t be able to get out with our car so we didn’t use the parking lot. But this is just a temporary problem for a couple of months we guess.

Altogether, not a nice experience—I've been to many Airbnbs and Booking apartments of the same nightly price, and they all were much prettier, cleaner, having much better atmosphere, and located in nicer neighborhoods.

Altogether, not a nice experience—I've been to many Airbnbs and Booking apartments of the same nightly price, and they all were much prettier, cleaner, having much better atmosphere, and located in nicer neighborhoods.
- Harry (10/5): Great Value - Can't complain for the price. A comfortable stay close to the city centre with cafes, a supermarket, restaurants, bars and bakeries all on the street. Go to Sense Bar to check in! Leo was a great host!
