- Melanie (8/5): A well placed hotel to explore Gyumri - Central location, traditional house, friendly staff particularly the woman in the evenings. Not informed about the coffee machine which was difficult to use once we found it! Not clear what the dining area was for. A kettle would have been easier to use! We asked for parking for the hired car and were assured it was nearby. What was available was very hard to use given it was essentially a pavement!

- William (10/5): Exceptional - My room was a good size and it was nice to have the option to sit on a balcony too. When I booked this hotel I didn’t realise it had its own bar with brandy and vodka that is brewed by the company who own the hotel. The lady working in the hotel in the evening was very friendly and as a lone traveller it was nice to have someone to talk to. I had to pay extra for breakfast (3,000 AMD) but it was cooked to order rather than just being a buffet.

- Paul (7/5): Great location but with big cons.. - - Great location next to the city center - Facilities look quite new - Beds are not very comfortable - My biggest problem was the light that came into our room, as the curtains are translucent. Especially if you have the smaller double room, you have the street light shining at your window!!

- Artem (8/5): Good and cozy place to stay even during a long trip. - Breakfast in the hotel was very delicious and various. Location of this hotel in the center of the city was very appropriate for us. Here was the big clean room with all we need and comfortable bed in the bedroom. We had some troubles with Wi-fi connection in bedroom and sometimes there were strange noises outside which we heard in our room.

It's a real treat for the eyes combined with immaculate service and delicious breakfast made with local products. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The location is superb if you plan sightseeing. Our room was not that big for a couple with 2 suitcases but we didn' pay too much attention to this tiny drawback.

- Matthew (9/5): A lovely place for a weekend getaway in Gyumri. - This is a very nice boutique hotel centrally located in the most exciting part of Gyumri. The bed as ok, but not great.

We could have easily rented an entire house for that price or less. The room was very small, the queen size bed was actually two smaller beds brought together. And the breakfast options were very limited.
