• Denis (10/5): - Абсолютно невероятная хозяйка гестхауса, очень добрая. Сами комнаты чистые, я там исключительно ночевал, но за небольшую сумму, лучшего варианта вам не найти ни в Ереване, ни во всей Армении :) Плюс неплохое местоположение, рядом есть продуктовый, минутах в 10-15 ходьбы Сити. -

• Mahsa (5/5): - It is near to bus station she dont know even one word at English we just spoke with her doghter at call It doesn't have kitchen or place for doing dishes also it just has 1 bathroom and toilet if you need water you shoud use the water at bathroom and we have 6 night accommodation but bathroom was not clean every day

• Del et Véro (10/5): Une bonne adresse à EREVAN - Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à ART GUESTHOUSE où nous avons été très bien accueillis. Notre chambre était très confortable propre et bien équipée. Nous qui aimons beaucoup les animaux, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir le chien de la maison pour compagnie. La WIFI fonctionne très bien. En résumé, nous recommandons cette adresse qui correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Rien, tout était bien.

• Julieta (10/5): - Es un excelente lugar para quedarse. Una casa familiar con baño compartido. Todo esta limpio siempre y hay heladera, lavadora, jarra eléctrica y microondas. La dueñas es muy amable, hay dos perros hermosos y cariñosos, pero están abajo, ellos no te molestarán. Tendrás una entrada independiente de la casa de los dueños y todo lo que necesites. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento

• Sonia (7/5): Good - The hosts were kind and accommodating even for our unusually late arrival time. Upstairs bathroom needs updated to prevent mystery water on bathroom floor. Otherwise the facility was acceptable.
• Anne (10/5): We felt ourselves like beloved guests living at a big friendly family. - The family was very nice and helpful, we became good friends. Atmosphere was peaceful and safe. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The walls were full of beautiful paintings. The final stop of the bus was in front of the house, good bus connection to different parts of Yerevan. We could use washing machine. Lot of small shops and some supermarkets in 5-10 minutes walk. Driveway in front of house, street noise was little heard in the room. There was shared bathroom and toilet, so sometimes (not very ofter) we had to wait for our turn.

• D (10/5): We will definitely use it again - We were looking to save some money in accommodation, we needed a decent place for two weeks stay and ArtGuest House was a good option for us. Very Good value for the money. We felt safe at all times. We had full access to kitchen, so we felt like home. The lady owner also helped with our laundry at no charge. Taxi to the Mall costs 1200-1500. Convenience store at walking distance. The outside temperature at 43 Celsius in a house with no A/C it was a big challenge. Every room had a fan but not enough if you are used with A/C. Noisy street if you have a front view room.
